My water line broke and leaked all over my front yard. And on a Sunday of course! Called Jack Ward and Sons and they had Levi come out within the hour. He was quick, helpful and fixed the problem that day. The price tag was also not as shocking as I thought. Given it was a big job and a Sunday rate, still felt reasonable. Would use again!

We had a plumbing issue with one of our toilets the day before we were hosting an end of year gathering of 50-70 people. Levi called ahead and was on time, very professional and made sure I didn't have any other plumbing issues he could take a look at. He was able to resolve the issue without needing to remove the toilet and explained what he was doing in case a similiar issues happends again. Would definitely recommend!

Very displeased with the way this company operates. I was a first time customer who was having some leaking behind my sink. The servicer came out and I explained that we had a leak in the faucet hose extension, but it did not appear to be causing the overall leak. He assured me that was the main issue and was on his way.

I was charged $170 for a 10 minute appointment in which no labor was truly done.

After following up with the company, they advised this is their standard starting fee, regardless of how long they are there/if any true labor is completed. This information was not shared with me up front and when confronted, they refused to work with me to reduce the cost.

Overall, very nice people, but it’s a ridiculous initial fee if you are getting something simple looked at.

On Sunday at a restaurant I met Tommy, who owned this company a long time ago. He gave me the phone number to call and yesterday I did. This morning, a man named Chris came to my house and figured out the problem quickly and is currently in my bathroom finishing up the repair! I very very highly recommend this company

After having good experiences over the past two years, I was recently disappointed in this company. I was told over the phone that a simple service call would be at least $180 before they even did anything on a new water system they installed only 3 months ago. I called another company and the service call has been completed for $69. I can’t believe that Hiller was so much less.

Excellent service been having a issued since July had couple of other people coming to fix it and nothing happend! Thanks to Mr. Derek for answering my questions and fixing (finally) my problem !

I had been ignoring the rusty trickle from my hot water heater hoping it would last past Christmas but I came home one evening to a larger leak. I called the next morning and Elaine quickly put me at ease telling me they could get there that day.
She called back with a quote and told me they would call before coming.
Derek & Carter did call letting me know they would be on the way soon. They were professional and kept me informed as they installed my new heater.

We had a water heater leak Sunday morning and they had someone out Tuesday to replace it. Derek did the install of a new unit and was both professional and knowledgeable. If using jack ward plumbing I’d request Derek if possible.

This company is terrible. They sent an old man to my house that spent two hours digging and trying to locate a septic that is right below the ground. Sent me a Bill for $360 for digging around in my yard and did complete any services I asked for, which was to simply pump out my tanks. They also forged my signature on an invoice saying that I accepted services rendered. Save your self the time and steer clear.

Great service!! Derek and Levi went out of their way to answer any questions that I had, did their job in a professional and timely manner, even cleaned the mess on the floor:) Will definitely use again and recommend to all of my friends.

After jumping through hoops with 2 other companies I finally called Jack Ward and Sons. They were able to fix a drain/pipe issue in 45 minutes after I had been told by Hiller it would take a few weeks and my “floor would need to be jackhammered up.” I’ll call JW&S for ever plumbing issue I have from here on out. They were professional, fast, friendly, and exactly what you’d want from a plumbing company.

Great company, would recommend to anyone needing some plumbing jobs done. Was able to complete the job quickly and at a reasonable price. John E did the estimate (free) and work and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.

Great work repairing some very old plumbing that failed in my bathroom. A lot of work done right by Christmas eve and under pressure of Leaving me with out a toilet for any longer than necessary

We recently had them come out after calling around for water heater prices and theirs was easily the best. Everything is working great.

We had a concern with the warranty of work that was done on 3/25/23 and reach out to the owner 4/7/23 since We received in writing a 30 day warranty on the work done on our home as of March 25.2023.

Carolyn was very nice when calling this morning but the owner wasn’t professional about the warranty that was on our paid in full receipt. The technician was polite as well on 3/25/23.

We are not happy with this company and the owner doesn’t seem to mind how we feel about his response.

We will be looking for a new plumbing company today.

We hope that others have better luck in the future when talking to the owner about any concerns regarding their warranty.

They really take care of their customers. We first called a chain/corporate plumbing company first. ABSURD prices. Jack Ward was way more reasonable and very down home people. I would rather spend my money with a responsive small business than being put on the back burner with a huge company. I own a small business myself and this matters to me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We are a very busy business and came in to find our building was flooding and a pipe in the wall busted. I called Jack Wards office and the front desk was very nice, helpful, and put us down as priority. Our tech was Levi and he was precious. He came in with a smile on his face and very professional. I showed him the leak and he went straight to work. He had the job done in no time. We have used this company before and they have always been great. We truly appreciate them.

Jake with Jack Ward was literally perfection! He was prompt, efficient, and knew exactly how to fix the problem with the utmost professionalism! We were stressed and under pressure and he calmed us down, got the job done, and reassured us along the way! Thanks Jake, you rock!!

Levi came out to clean my grossly-plugged kitchen drain line. He also gave me some pointers on how to prevent this from happening again. DON'T PUT FOOD PEELS AND GREASE DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL YA'LL!!! Levi was friendly and professional, and most importantly - my drain, and dishwasher now work! Three Zorro Snaps!

Benton and Brandon did a wonderful job installing my new water heater. I had a bit of a complicated case where they had built a closet around the water heater with no room to get it out. We were able to find a side panel to remove. They arrived on time. They were efficient and put back everything and cleaned up everything. The two B's were sweethearts and if I can get those guys again I definitely use you guys again. Thanks you guys.

They were hired to do a job that was bid 5 days at my company. Took a total of 16 days for them to complete fully. They had to dig out the old pipe and replace it in our rest room. However they took a ton of breaks, and would disappear for hours claiming lunch and parts hunting. When they had the job 98% finished they planned on leaving without cleaning up their mess. Thats where the 16th day came into play. Very disappointed in the work.

First let me say, I would absolutely hire these guys again. I don't believe in leaving sensational reviews or anything but I do certainly feel like Ward and Sons deserves my 5 star review. I hired them in January of 2020 to do a rather large job, repiping my entire cast iron drain line. After receiving their bid (which was a fraction of what the next best guy was going to charge me) I hired them. However there was some miscommunication regarding the exact details of the job. I talked with the lead plumber and he graciously agreed to preform the work exactly as I had originally envisioned it and at the originally agreed upon price. While on the job they went above and beyond what was expected of them several times. At the end, I was charged exactly the agreed upon price in their bid even though in my mind they could easily have added on extra fees for services that could have been considered outside of their scope of work. These guys have more than earned my future business.

As a side note, the lead plumber on my project was a young guy named Levi. I believe Levi did an exceptionally good job navigating the tough issues this particular job presented. When he eventually did run into an issue he had a hard time with, he sought out the advice of an additional experienced plumber rather than just doing the job his own way. This, to me, shows great humility and willingness to learn and leave the customer with a job that's done correctly the first time. Jack Ward and Sons is lucky to have him.

Jack Ward & Sons went far above and beyond what I expected from a plumbing company. They had a late afternoon appointment available same day but actually called and asked if they could come sooner once they finished a job somewhere else. They were able to diagnose and fix a complicated clog and drain vent issue that had been causing my washing machine to overflow. Brandon was up on the roof in the rain for several hours. He was experienced himself but wasn't afraid to call in the master plumber, Levi, who arrived to lend a hand. They were both great to work with and explained the issues and steps they were taking to fix them. They didn't have that condescending tone that you get when working with some service professionals.

Hopefully the clogged drain was the last issue I have, but there's only one company I'm ever going to call again, Jack Ward & Sons. Thanks for the help, boys!

I had a frozen pipe issue that was very frustrating. The guys at Jack Ward & Sons did a phenomenal job and were able to fix my issue. They were very patient with me and were thorough in fixing my pipes as well as explains the problem. I would definitely recommend using Jack Ward & Sons!

Called on 10/19/2017 because I had a pipe burst under my house. The staff at Jack Ward & Sons worked me into their schedule as they were booked up for the day. They arrived at my house at 4:30 pm and fixed the issue for a great price. All the other plumbing companies large and small could not come out and service the issue the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Derek and Alex provided great service today. They called when they were on their way, informed us of everything going on, and made recommendations and provided pricing that was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up all of their workspace when they were finished and were very sweet to our dogs. This is the 2nd time we have used Jack Ward & Sons and I would use Derek (and his apprentice Alex) again for sure!

Wow I called Ward Plumbing this morning, and by 10am Dwayne was there and fixed a difficult shower gasket leak without disrupting the tile, and gave it a thorough inspection for a very fair price. Kelly was very accommodating scheduling us same day! I highly recommend Jack Ward Plumbing.

They were on time, courteous and fixed my problem quickly!

I called at 5:30pm. They came out the next day, my problem was NOT an emergency. A part had to get picked up, they said and would be out Monday. Monday morning they were here repairing my toilet. They charged me over $100. less than one of those TV plumbers who fixed the same problem on my other toilet 6 months ago.

Who ever was driving in gallatin with one of your vehicles need to learn how to drive. They didn't want to let me merge and tried speeding up to cut me off when I was in front of them getting ready to merge. Unprofessional to drive like that.

I used Jack Ward & Sons Pluming for a water heater install. They sent one tech to install the water heater. I had the water heater and other parts on site ready for the install. As a result of the install the PVC drain pipe that goes into the basement slab got broken. I emailed Jack Ward Pluming but they were unwilling to do anything about it. The amount I paid for the install was considerable higher than what they first quoted me. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them. They don't stand behind their work.

They are always on time, they provide great service and never an issue! Always get things done!

Wasn’t told that there would be a $170 service charge. Workers weren’t even here for an hour and looked at 3 toilets. Total $207 for 30 min of turning off a toilet and turning it back on.

We used them recently and everything worked out great. Good price and easy to work with.

If I could leave zero stars I would. After arriving home from a 12 hour shift at work I noticed my pipes were frozen -zero water. Several failed attempts later to fix it ourselves I decided to make some calls to some local plumbers. I called around 630pm was told someone would be out the fix the problem in 3 hours as he had 2-3 other jobs before me. I was told the charge was $175 per hour with a $45 service charge. I was so desperate to get this fixed I agreed and said I would wait. 11pm roles around and still no call. Called the guy back and was promised 1 more hour, max. Midnight roles around and still no call to let us know they are on he way. After 6 hours of waiting I finally gave up because I have to be up for work at 530 am and needed some sleep, but was sure to keep my phone on loud Incase he was to call. No further contact was made from him. I understand this is a busy time, but please don’t promise that you will show and then don’t. I could have made other plans for me, my family and my pets.

Fantastic service. I had a water pipe burst under my house during the cold snap of February 2021. Other plumbers could not make service calls due to the poor conditions of the roads. JW & Sons came out within 45 and fixed the leak in under 45 minutes. Very polite and courteous. Would highly recommend. Thank you JW & Sons!

Jack Ward and Sons is our go to plumber. They also do great work and make sure to always take care of our plumbing issues. And at a fair price!

I have used them several times and will continue to use them in the future. They are always friendly and seem very knowledgeable, and their prices have been reasonable.
