Can't say if service was good or bad. Can say though that I called in twice this morning to schedule an appointment. On both occasions I heard the phone get picked up, and then hung up. I am writing this 1-star review so that the owner will hopefully see it and address this with his staff. We found another great plumber whose office staff is friendly and communicates when we call.

I was expecting a major replacement issue. John took what we had, made some adjustments and totally corrected the problem. He could have easily proposed a much more expensive solution but actually took the time to provide the best solution for us.

The ARS installers were extremely courteous and professional. They had great attitudes the whole time, even while surviving in the attic in this Tennessee heat! I appreciated how they kept us informed as to their progress throughout the process. At the end, we felt informed about what had taken place and were sure of any next steps if needed. We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! Would recommend to family and friends needing plumbing services.

I recently had a friend help me install a ductless mini-split in my pool house. My friend is an experienced hvac professional...within 2 weeks of installation I started having issues with the unit so I called Jewel Mechanical to come trouble shoot the problem. Within an hour Justin had the problem fixed (poor installaion by me and my friend) and we were back up and running! The moral of the story is call a true professional like Justin AND Jewel Mechanical...they are a great company to work with!
