This company sent technicians who were both highly competent, extremely professional and very calming when assessing a ruptured sewer pipe due to a city drain back-up, which caused a pressure buildup, and subsequently ruptured the main drain pipe in my house. They went out of their way to schedule a service call as quickly as possible and were onsite within 30 minutes of my frantic call. They checked the entire line for any blockages and weaknesses and installed new pipe and found and marked a drain clean-out access point in my yard for better access in case of potential future issues. Fair pricing and fast resolution. Couldn’t be happier.

This company was amazing! Tools, staff, service, response time. They earned my respect and would hands down recommend them to anybody considering my experience: I had a very challenging clog problem with my pool pipes that was caused in the construction and when I explained the issue they accepted the challenge and showed up same day, when I had already called like 10 other companies that just said no (weird spot for being a hard plumbing issue but in a pool). After the visit they decided to come later with more equipment, after using used several top notch tools including camaras and jetters plus their great knowledge and hard work they were able to solve the problem! I can't say good enough things about them, HUGE thanks to Drazen and Josh, they gave their 200%! 👏🏻

They promptly contacted me following my request for a quote, showed up the next day for an quick inspection/statement of work review, quickly sent a quote (that was several hundred dollars less than three other competitors), followed up after the quote, and showed up on-time the day of service. The tankless water heater in our new house suddenly stopped working so I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very nice and had a tech out to us shortly after I called. He was great - solved the problem quickly (filter issue). This is who we are going to use from now on for any water heater or plumbing issues.

The guy came out was very professional and honest. He let me know how much it was going to cost after he inspected. I would refer Mr Rooter to any commercial or residential facilities.

Quick response to my initial request for a quote to install a toilet, gave a fair quote, and great service the next day. They wore masks and booties, without being asked, and when a very minor leak was discovered, came out on a Saturday, and fixed it.

They came out within an hour of reporting an emergency leak, and had my hot water heater replaced by the end of the day. Very impressed with their speed, focus, and professionalism.

My favorite thing about Mr. Rooter is how clean and tidy they were when installing our new toilet and removing the old one. Every other time we've used a plumber they end up getting nasty toilet water all over the floors. Not Mr. Rooter! They wore booties and even put booties on the dolly they used to remove the old toilet. They also even took all of our packaging from the toilet shipment so we didn't have to mess with breaking the cardboard down. A little pricier than other companies, but totally worth it as I didn't have to clean half of my house afterwards. Thank you!

Our family has a very hectic, busy schedule and Mr. Kozul not only called me to confirm our time, he waited for me to arrive home from work during rush hour traffic. I cant go into enough detail how incredible these guys are. We have had many issues with plumbing in an old home and these guys never cease to amaze. Kind, professional, empathetic, down to earth, and knowledgable plumbers! They wont take advantage of you and will give it to you straight with the issue. Sandro has come out a couple times and now I feel like were close friends haha, but seriously, they're nicest people! I would give them more stars if I could!!!

Mr Rooter is by far the best and most professional plumbing service in Nashville (and I've tried a lot). I had three different plumbers come out because my shower, sink and toilet kept backing up. The other plumbers would charge so much money ($30 to remove the toilet, $125 to run a camera, $100 to run a snake) and each time they claimed there was no blockage. Only the guys at Mr Rooter were able to correctly find the problem - there was a section of clay pipe that hadn't been replaced and was broken. They fixed it as soon as they found it (which was a lot of work as they had to cut through concrete to get to it), quoted and charged me literally a third of the other quote I received, and were extremely nice. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I could not be more happy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Nashville Service. He came out on a Saturday to look at my problem that another company had quoted to cost me 8800.00. They said my pipe needed to be replaced. After his inspection of the problem i was experiencing, he explained why I did not need to have my plumbing replaced at this time. He told me all I needed was a new toilet bowl because the one i had was a slow flushing type that I was using for my Airbnb service. Without going into more detail than this review can handle, he simply charged me for unclogging the line and the toilet worked wonderfully. I know now what needs to be done to prevent the problem from recurring. I will always recommend this company to another i speak with in the future and i hope as many people as possible will see this review and learn from my experience. Please always get a second opinion if you are unsure, but better yet, just call Mr. Rooter of South Nashville and save yourself time, stress and anxiety.

Mark Foley is the best! I ask for him specifically whenever we having a plumbing issue. I have used this company for several years and have recommended them to many people.

I called Mr Rooter about a clogged drain. Unlike Ben Franklin Plumbing, they were honest and straightforward. I’ve since used them several times with good results. Amir had a very good handle on a large project to replace old cast iron pipes that rusted through. I’ve also had exterior faucets and a tub spout redone.

We had a main line issues and after trying for hours to get a hold of our rental company we called Mr.Rooter and they showed up and had the issue fixed in the 30 minutes. They have my business and my appreciation for being so responsive.

Yesterday evening I didn’t have just one but two plumbing issues at two different homes! One home with a water heater that went out and another where a dump truck ran over a clean out drain effectively breaking it and causing water to back up inside our showers and toilets. We’ve had them come out 3 times to fix the same leak. First time they came out they said they needed to replace a valve, replaced it, we paid. We still have a leak. I call again and they come out and can’t find a problem. We put bowls under the water heater in different parts. We find the valve that was replaced is still leaking. We call they come out a third time. This time we tell him that the valve that was replaced is leaking. He says that if it was just replaced then it’s not leaking. Comes in with nothing but a flashlight, just looks at the date on the water heater and says it needs replacing then just walks out. Doesn’t check the valve, looks at nothing else. He didn’t stop for questions or for us to talk with him. He didn’t even stop to write up a receipt for us. We will not be calling this company again.

By far the best plumbing HONEST company i ever used. Very PROFESSIONAL and friendly. Had a problem with a leaking toilet shut off valve was told by 2 other plumbers the drywall needed to be cut out and pipes sawed replaced very expensive.
Mr Rooter came in fixed it in 20 MINUTES no sawing of drywall. I called these guys on Wednesday night they were here Thursday noon. It was not an emergency he came the very next day meanwhile they kept in contact very good communication . I highly recommend them. I have been a homeower for 30 years ive used numerous plumbers in Nashville they are the best.

Incredibly professional and honest. Hard to find a good plumber these days, But Rooter is the best.

I called about 7:00 AM. They said they'd be there at 8:30. Actually came about 15 minutes early. Toilets weren't flushing properly. Mark knew what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. He fixed both toilets giving me a discount on the second. He tested everything thoroughly and made sure I had the opportunity to assess what he'd done. Based on my experience I'd highly recommend.

Our old galvanized water line had a leak. The leak detection company gave us a quote to repair it that seemed high. I requested a quote from Mr. Rooter because they offer trenchless water line replacement. Drazan came out and gave me an estimate. He suggested I get other estimates and choose the best one, which I appreciated. He also said trenchless replacement cannot always be done with galvanized pipes and gave me 2 quotes based on the 2 different methods. They always try trenchless first.

After scheduling the job, Drazan and his team came out and dug a hole at my water meter, cut off the main line in my basement and got to work. They had to dig a larger hole than they wanted to to get the pipe out, which cost a few hundred dollars extra. However, they still got the job done without disrupting the landscaping around our house and the cost was close to what another company quoted just to fix a leak. Not to mention the 10 year warranty! I highly recommend Drazan and his team if you need a main water line replacement.

On Memorial Day, my sewer line backed up and starting overflow my guest bathroom toilet and tub. It was a nightmare. Within 2 hours of calling Mr. Rooter, they were onsite and assessing the issue. They fixed the clogged sewer line very quickly and at a competitive price. They turned a really smelly situation into something that was handled fast and quickly. It was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone who has these issues plus others. I am grateful for their help and the smarts of the resource that was onsite.

Ive had a few plumbing companies come out and unclog toilets in the past and this one is by far the most expensive. $295 to unclog a shower using the handheld auger. The technician was here for about 45 minutes total. I paid that same amount to another company when a toilet needed to be unclogged using the giant auger and it took several hours. While everyone was nice, I feel like I got ripped off.

I should have asked upfront what the cost would be but I wasn't expecting to pay almost double what I have paid in the past for a smaller job. Most places wave the diagnostic fee when you have the tech do the work, which they did, but we didn't get the military discount on top of that.

We'll use the company I've used in the past now that I know it's just a normal plumbing job.

The company kept me informed from start to finish. Informed me that they would have to come back to complete the repair and they came back on time completed the work properly and made sure that everything was in order. And the price was a great value for the amount of work they did. I would highly recommend Mr. Reuter to anyone.

This group was phenomenal!!! They were INCREDIBLY fast and efficient. I was blown away by how fast they were and how good of a job they did. They went above and beyond my expectations. Mr Rooter Plumbing of South Nashville is excellent. After a recommendation from a friend, we called them when our grinder pump was having issues. They were fast, communicated well, and had the job done asap. I highly recommend.

This place really came through for me at the last minute. I had a clogged shower drain in my Airbnb unit. The receptionist was responsive and helpful; sent a technician out within a few hours. He was pleasant and professional. Fixed the drain and price was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys!

Very nice experience! The individual who answered the phone was helpful and courteous. The plumber who came, Mark Foley was very professional and polite. I also like that Mark gave us 90 days warranty, on the work he performed. Mr. Rooter will be our go to company whenever we need a plumber.

My small business had an unfortunate experience with a leaking grease trap and this company absolutely saved the day. We were working with another company and they were not very responsive and not nearly as efficient. They gave us an astronomical price quote to replace it and couldn’t even install it until days later. We called Mr. Rooter and Sean not only showed up within the hour but had a new grease trap delivered and installed within 2 hours. Wonderful service! Came out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon when the kitchen sink wouldn’t stop backing up! Fixed within an hour!

We had multiple plumbers out and would not address the issue. Dozun (not sure of spelling) had our issue fixed within an hour. He explained what was causing the issue and how to prevent the issue in the future. I kept his card for future use as he was great to work with. I highly recommend.

Came in a timely fashion and alerted me 30 minutes before arrival. Offered 2 options for repair and completed it very quickly.

Had an initial inspection to discuss options regarding a shut off for my refrigerator. All went well and Ended up scheduling this service to be done a couple days later.

Another technician (different than the person that came on the initial inspection), had come to install and told me this service could not be done and that the first person overlooked key details. Luckily we were able to find a solution with installing a in line valve that I already had on hand from a previous project. But still had to pay over $200 for the service after being told my initial service couldn't be done and for installing a part that I already had. Wasn’t the best experience but was content that they still took care of the issue I had. Would’ve been 5 stars if I wasn’t told the wrong information on the initial inspection. I might consider using them again but will be careful next time.

Drazan Kozul was great! He really knew what he was doing, diagnosed the issue, took care of it, and advised us about how to avoid the problem in the future. We would recommend him to anyone.

Water heater went out on Sunday night. Called Monday at 8:00 and Amir was at our house by 9:30. Fantastic service when we needed it quickly

They explained to me what happened why the water drips into the ceiling and let me see the progress together with the demonstration of the cause and effect . Job well done..

We bought a new gas cooktop and needed a line run from our existing gas line. Both of the workers listened carefully to our request and answered questions as they arose. They were most considerate of keeping our home clean by not tracking dirt as they came in and out from under the house. They were also very friendly and respectful of Covid restrictions.

The whole experience with Mr. Rooters was fantastic! From reception setting up my appointment to the technician searching high and low for the right part to replace in my outdated bathroom, I was so impressed the whole time with the commitment and kindness. Would aboslutely recommend to anyone!

Sandro and Mark were fantastic. Sandro had to come back the next day when he discovered our sixty-year-plus pipe had cracked. Him and Mark worked efficiently and repaired the clog AND the pipe. No more leaks! They were very respectful of our home and wore masks and shoe covers inside and took them off outside. They were on time and very personable and professional. We actually had another un-named company (insert smiley face here wink wink) come quote us DOUBLE to do the same job. I’m so glad I went with Mr Rooter and will be using them for all the plumbing needs for our 1960’s fixer upper!

The Plumber, I believe his name is Mike, was friendly and professional throughout my experience with him. He did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving my plumbing issue!

They came for a same day clogged kitchen sink issue. Tech had a great attitude and knowledge, found the issue right away and used his auger to unclog the pipe. 100 ft down the lines, this is something I could not do myself. They even have a months long warranty for the work. Definitely my new go to plumbers

Mr Rooter has done multiple jobs for me. They installed a tankless water heater, a toilet, repaired a pipe in the wall that was damaged, and now they are repairing a drainage pipe from a sink that was not installed correctly years ago. They don't mind if you watch because they have nothing to hide from the customer. They explain what they are doing and are very respectful to me and my home. They are very much like family.
