Would highly recommend Lee Company. They sent out a plumber, Sean Nelson, same day and he discovered the cause of our issue within an hour or so. He set a follow up appointment for two days later to replace a section of pipe. He completed that repair very quickly. We were left very pleased with the professionalism and speed of Sean with Lee Company.

Installed an Awesome Flow Tech water Filter system and repaired a Moen bathroom water fawcett that was drip drip dripping. My service person. was professional, knowledgable, skilled and explains everything to you when you show interest. The Flow Tech already provides an improvement in our water taste, smell and in washing our clothes. We are saving money jsut from not buying so many cases of bottled water. Environmentally we will not be taking so many plastic bottles to the recycle center on a weekly basis. Coffee even tastes better.

We’ve used the Lee co for over 21 years. They are ALWAYS (without any exceptions) courteous, professional and kind. Every single time. Yes, they can be a little more pricy than others, but you always know exactly what you are getting. They can up sale, but I can say “no thank you.“ They helped us nurse along an older HVAC system and squeeze as much life out of it and get as much as we could from our warranty. We’ve Recently moved to a different house and unfortunately the previous owner did not keep up with routine fall and spring maintenance on the units. Lee co is helping us squeeze as much as we ethically can out of the warranty and get the units running as best and economically as we can... we just don’t have the funds to replace them, and they get it. I know they do other services, but HVAC care is their bread and butter and where they shine the brightest.

During a routine HW heater replacement, the conduit to the unit was unknowingly compromised. When I flipped the breaker, it popped and smoked and the power to the entire house went out.Because there was no main breaker on the box, I feared the worst, that it blew the box itself.I called Lee Company at 2:30 and even though it was last minute, they were able to get a service person to the house by 6pm.The coordinator I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and understanding. She listened and tried to get us taken care of as soon as possible.When Henry arrived, he was able to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly, and he was also extremely professional and kind.I would 100% use them for future issues and would recommend them for anyone needing quality, professional electrical work!

From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone is courteous and informative. They will accommodate any schedule you have and if you need to reschedule they do not get mad. Quoted $1800 to put plumbing lines back together under kitchen sink. Called Eddie Fry Plumbing, a licensed plumber, and he did the job for $300. That is a testament to how overpriced Lee Company is and what you’d expect to overpay.Shortly from now, I’m certain Lee Company will respond with the same BS, cookie-cutter response below.

The tech provided comprehensive evaluation and service of our tankless water heater, thoroughly explaining everything he did and completing the work very efficiently.

Todd came out and set us up for the maintenance plan at Teresa’s play and learn. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and set us up for the future! We appreciate him. He even celebrated Grandma’s day with the kids.

Our technician was fantastic. Came exactly when expected and remained until after dark to complete the job. Stayed through adverse weather and returned the next morning to finish the service. Very happy with the results!

We have a yearly service contract with Lee and have never been disappointed. We have used their electrician and plumbing department for several jobs and they have always done a great job. They are always on time and the technicians always are knowledgeable and complete the job quickly with no issues. Their pricing is quite fair for the service they provide.

I have been reading most of the reviews and I am shocked of the bad experiences and surprised that some of employees would be like that! I really think it is who comes out to your home for repair. You can request people to come out and that's what I would do! Like for an example, Wes, Westley and Dustin for HVAC they know what they are doing and are very professional and Gerrit for appliance repair, these guys are super helpful, they know their trade, very professional and I would so call for these guys!

lee co. installed a new thermostat to replace the incorrect replace of a thermostat and i was without heat due to the heating wire not wired correctly on the new thermostat. they need to get the techs caller id since no lee co. shows. how many people do not answer from this?

They came out so fast after initial contact, and were completely prepared for everything and anything. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 min. It was done efficiently and professionally. Brad was excellent and clearly a pro. 10/10 would recommend.

Our water tank busted the day before Christmas Eve. Someone came out the same day and sent us the estimate within a few hours. The men were there on Christmas Eve installing a new tank at 8 a.m.! Great service!

Called Lee Company for plumber due to sewer blockage. Technician runs a snake, high speed camera down the line charging$275 to says it’s a broken pipe and will need to dig up our yard with an estimated cost in the thousands and doing nothing to repair. Opted for a 2nd opinion through another company who in less than 5 minutes had the blocked pipe open. Called the Lee Company to voice concerns for the poor service received who were unapologetic having no regard just stating they would pass along. Never heard from them again. I DO NOT recommend this Company!!!

I have used Lee Company numerous time and have had several of their technicians in my house for various work. They have all been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and have completed the work in a timely manner to my satisfaction.

We had wood damage on soffits and facia boards from squirrels. This was in a really tall part of our roof but Kevin and his crew fixed it perfectly! They took their time and called in an electrician to make sure the wires were okay - and a portion of the wiring in the attic actually needed to be replaced! They finished up and it looks great!

Regular hvac maintence - however, everytime they come they recommend yet somethingelse be done, at a ost of no less than 1400 for eachreommended item. So I dont totallytrust them - no different than any other company I've used in the past.

Kurt and Steven were consummate professionals. Much of the work involved drilling into exterior walls of my house and cutting a hole into the hardwood floor in my living room. The quality of the craftsmanship was top notch. My biggest fears of a misplaced hole or unsightly damage to our house were completely allayed. Their methods are thoughtful and derived from years of experience. All the electrical work satisfied my expectations in terms of functionality.

We have an annual HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Maintenance contract with Lee & Co and we recently had our annual inspection of all three and the three technicians did a very professional job. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We also had a recirculation pump installed by Lee & Co shortly before our inspections and again it was done very well and made a big difference. We've used Lee & Co for many years and we highly recommend them for dependable and quality service. They may not be the least expensive but they are one of the best in our opinion.

I have used Lee Company in the past and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. This time was no different! They worked my problem into their schedule on a Friday. They suggested different solutions and completed work in a timely and efficient manner Monday. I cannot thank the guys enough! I’m super pleased with my new tankless water heater! Finally, I appreciate them adding a water cutoff valve .. which was not part of my work order. Going above and beyond is what I consistently see from service techs at Lee Company.

Lee did HVAC annual maintenance. Service attendant noticed I did not have any float switches in the pan that catches the water. Another company installed the HVAC 2yrs ago because my old system froze and melted and the water went everywhere. They didn’t tell me about needing float switches that shut-off the system if the pan was full to prevent water going everywhere, the whole reason they were installing a new system to begin with.Thank you, Lee Company for alerting me to the need for float switches and installing them for me as well as a back up switches. You’ve done much for my condo in the last 12 months, including fixing closet shelve that fell, Installing 2 toilets to replace 2 I knew were going bad for last 3years, and fixing patio outlet that has not worked correctly since I moved in, plus other minor odd jobs and great tips and advice!I Truly appreciate all the preventative maintenance, as well as repairs. Dustin saved us $10K plus. (Back story) After the tornado, we had another provider (with whom we had a monthly maintenance with) come out and take a look at our unit because the AC wasn't coming on just the heat. After 4 visits in 3 days....we were finally advised to get a new unit. Of course we were shocked so we decided to get a second opinion and called Lee Company.Dustin came in and we explained what the issue was. He checked the unit, the thermostat and wiring connections from the thermostat to the unit. He monitored the temp of the vents. It turned out to be a faulty Nest Thermostat. (A Thermostat we had less than 6 months) He replaced our thermostat and our unit is running perfectly. :-) Due to their fast, efficient, honest and quality service we have switched out monthly maintenance to Lee Company. And would recommend them. Thank you Lee Company for saving us sooo much money and stress during this already stressful time.

I had a home maintenance contract with them. I took the afternoon off to be at home for a plumbling maintenance visit which it took me 6 weeks to get. Their plumber did not show up for the visit. It took 2.5 hours for them to return my call, for them to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment. Of course, nobody actually asked me or told me. They have always been really hard to get on the phone. They have really poor service and I am giving up my contract.

Both Greg (HVAC) and Chris (electrician) have serviced me before and that means a lot to me. Great at their job and great Lee Company ambassadors. Lee Company Annual Plan investment has been a one of my best financial decisions.

Have been doing business with Lee Company for a couple of years now, and have nothing but good things to say about their service and professionalism of their technicians. They contacted ME to setup my Spring tune-up, I didn't have to call them!! Called before they arrived to make sure all was good to go, showed up and completed the work in a timely manner and left everything cleaned up as if they were never here in the first place! I had my semi annual hvac checked out prior to using the AC for the year. Ritchie did a great job. In an out in a reasonable amount of time and let me know at the end before leaving what the status of my AC unit was. Good job Ritchie.

We had a dishwasher quit working, which requires a certified technician. The office got it set up quickly and were very nice to talk with. Garit was a great technician who came to look at our dishwasher, he arrived on time, was very kind and was honest about our options.

Lee Co. always comes through whenever we need them at a moment’s notice.

Made appointment easy and conducted a full inspection of the heating system. It is set a little higher than I like but I can reset the thermostat . Gave some things to think about for the future. Thanks. Very satisfied with the visit.

We were experiencing a really bad thunderstorm, but Lee Company's technician came, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and was totally professional. It was the dinner hour and we felt so bad that he had to work in such horrible conditions that we invited him to have dinner with us. He said he couldn't because he more service calls to make, so we made him a TO GO plate of BBQ ribs, fries and a bottled water. He was very grateful and polite.

Our water heater thermocouple stopped functioning and when contacted Lee Company, they were responsive, fit us in on the same day, the repair was handled quickly and the service technician was respectful of COVID 19 precautions. The cost of replacement was about $120 more than a similar repair done in 2014.

Plumbing. The things they fixed are not fixed. And they have not followed up with other repairs.

Dustin showed up punctually and was very friendly. He even covered his shoes before he came in the house (not necessary, as far as I was concerned but he did it anyway). He did a thorough inspection and took pictures of everything he looked at (I was working from home so I couldn't spend the time following him around) and went over it with me in detail, explaining all of his findings and how that measured up against what would typically be expected. There was no unfavorable findings, thankfully, so he didn't try to sell any unneeded services. The only thing he did suggest (which an electrician also recently suggested) was a whole- home surge protector.Great experience with Lee, especially with Dustin!

I’ve been ‘nickled and dimed’ by this company for the last time. After multiple pinhole leak repairs at $200 a pop, I paid to totally replace my tankless water heater and associated piping. Less than a year later, the pinhole leaks have started again. I will turn this situation over to my attorney. No way to do business.

Had a leak under the house I couldn’t fix and Lee came out about 10:40pm and helped us get it fixed up. Price was a little steep in my opinion (final cost broke out to about $100 per 10 minutes) but the work was quality. Repair took about 40 minutes.

Lee Company has been handling all my maintenance, repairs, & upgrades since 2015. The reason why is they are always punctual, clean up, & and do phenomenal work. Whether it electrical, plumbing, or HVAC their technicians take pride in their work! I never had a sour experience. I understand they are not the least expensive, but you pay for what you get. I appreciate all the techs that have been to my home and will continue to call when needed. If you want the job done right the first visit, give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!

My electrical work was excellent. Work done was helpful to me for my workshop. My plumbing was done great as well, both technicians were very helpful to me. Friday the technician will replace defective part in my AC and Heat unit.

I have had nothing but good results with Lee Company. There techs usually go above and Briton’s and do a good job of explaining all options and issues. They have always been on time and do good work. We have their monthly memberships which gives 20% off f any work or services and haven’t regretted it.

Would not let me post with 0 STARS- But 0 stars is my ratingYou asked for my opinion....here it is!When I called stating I had an outside water main leak which I marked, dispatch gave me a time from 12-2 and said the technician would quote a job once he was there. When they hadn't arrived, I contacted Lee several times. They said I was on the list but not scheduled for a time. They would come after other jobs were completed. I stressed it was outside and it would be dark. Dispatch said We have the equipment, no worries.Technician arrived at 5:30 pm, when it was dark. Stated dispatch should have told us to call American Leak Detection, he could not quote us a price until job was done, he would really only be able to dig a 2x2 hole for hundreds of dollars- any more, he would need additional help. Also- his equipment to work in the dark was a flashlight and a shovel!!Called another company in the morning and job was completed within 2 hours for less than it would have cost for Lee Co. to dig a 2x2 hole.Also, technician said his previous job was cancelled because he was 2 hours late for that- that job was taking an older couple shopping to swap out a toilet. Gov. Lee- shame on you if you are charging an exorbitant rate to take an elderly couple shopping!WILL NEVER CALL LEE COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ELSE THE SAME

The plumber went above and beyond to get my problem resolved.

The employees are very nice and respectful. They are through and answer any questions you have. We are on their maintenance program which is a great thing. From the inspection of our heat/air unit we found that we needed to have it replaced and that it was a true potential for carbon monoxide poisoning. The Technician showed my husband what the issues were so we could make an informed decision. Anthony Grayson came out and went over all our options and answered all my questions. Very nice gentleman! I highly recommend Lee Company!

My experience with Lee company was a good one. The tech serviced our HVAC unit, and we were pleased with the work and information that he shared with us.

I can always depend on the professionals at Lee Company to do the work I need done affordably & efficiently for my rental properties.

Lee Company is great. I pay $8.25 per month, get 1 maintenance check each year for air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical. Also I am given 20% discount on any service they provide. The only problem I’ve encountered is scheduling. There has been a time or two that my routine maintenance has been bumped to another day to service another customer. Good news for the other customer. Bad news for me.

So I had just typed out a nice long explanation of my experience with Lee Co. but somehow it kicked me off for a second and started the review over so I'll just instead say thank you to the plumbing technician Jacob Clark and the customer engagement specialist Allan Farhat for helping me out. Y'all are top notch to work with Jacob is a very impressive young man. Very friendly and professional. Thanks guys for the hard work and the quick response times.

Customer service is terribly bad , do not provide details or help customer understand the process of dispatching the technician/how they charge customers/explain the system of flow that happens on week days or weekends ?

Avoid this company. Called them for a leaky faucet, and the technician tried to sell me *literally* everything in the catalog. Wanted to charge me $1000 for an entirely new faucet. Paid him $49 and told him to get lost.

BEWARE RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF, this company should be ashamed of themselves. A technician from the company just came to my home to give me a quote on connecting a gas line. After being underneath my home for five minutes he quickly determined that it was moisture under my home. The technician has to come inside my home and go through a crawl space which is aligned with encapsulation. Little did he know that I had another company to come out the day before and everything was great. I just wanted to compare quotes and go with the best and most fair quote. I was told that I would get my quote right away and the technician left and said he would have to send someone else out to take a look. Needless to say I am out of a $79 for someone from this company to come to my home to try and rip me off to make the company more money. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look elsewhere.

The Plumbing review was very detailed and the service provider took time to explain what he was doing and the results of the review. He also answered additional questions I had related to my refrigerator and the filter. He reviewed the water shut offs in case of a leak. The service provider was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure a thorough review. Excellent service!

We had Hiller and Lee both come out to our house and quote us. Hiller was there next day. Lee was there 4 days later. Lee’s quote for the same thing was $1,400 more expensive than what Hiller quoted us. I would not use Lee Company without getting input and quotes from other providers.

Called Lee Co about a leak in a pipe in my crawl space and they sent someone out the next day. I received a courtesy call from the plumber, Ian, when he was about 15 minutes away from arriving at my home. He assessed the pipes, explained the problem and told me up front about the cost. There were no surprises or add ons. He was very efficient and the repair was finished in about 90 minutes. He was pleasant and courteous. Very pleased with Lee Company !

They diagnosed the problem with our furnace and got it working with no hassle. They suggested that it was two years beyond expected life. A project manager came out and made a quote to replace the unit and give us credit for the repair work that was done. The furnace was installed the next day in just four hours. The whole experience with Lee employees was great. All were very professional and personable. A pleasure working with them

I live in second stair condo and and the 30 year old HVAC needed to be replaced. The hvac is on the outside deck. They came on time and replaced it in about half a day. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything. Even nice enough to put plastic down on my carpet so no stains. Everything went well enough i used them to replace my 11 year old hot water heater and turn off values. Again nice job.

Satisfied with work except with the replacement of the electrical plate that he took off before replacing the old dimmer switch and installing the new one and the new plate. Eventually the old plate has some paint that was stuck to it and when he removed the old plate, some paint also came off as well. We had someone come in about 3-4 weeks before this job and sanded the drywall, took off the popcorn ceiling, and painted the bathroom. We paid roughly $800.00 for all that work.When your guy was finished, he brought me back to the bathroom where he showed me the finished work--installing everything, and also pointed out the plate that he took off and showed me that the paint had come off.He suggested to me that I could get some paint and touch it up, and go to Lowe's and Home Depot and get a larger plate to cover up the paint chip stuff so it wouldn't show.I wasn't to thrilled those suggestions since I didn't do it-plus I just paid someone a lot of money to sand, scrap, and paint the bathroom about a month ago.The guy from Lee Company did a good job except for that plate incident and the paint mess-up; I didn't think that I would be the one to have to repair his mess up.

A storm broke my electric meter and weather mast at 1:30 am on Sunday morning. Lee Co. was the only company I called that said they would dispatch an emergency team instead of saying we'll try to work you in. They showed up in the morning and did an excellent job or replacing the damaged equipment and getting the local electric company out to reconnect our service. Sharp, knowledgeable, professional, and importantly - they were able to send someone when I needed them for emergency service.

My old air conditioner heating unit exceeded its usefulness on a Saturday night. I called the office around 8:50 pm to see if someone could come on Sunday. A tech came Sunday morning at 8 am and determined I had a major Freon leak. He suggested that I replace the unit with something that had an excellent reputation and warranty. He called a service manager to discuss options and within an hour of our conversation he was at my house to clarify and finalize my choice. The next day at 8 am the nicest installation crew ever was at my door with the new system. They also put in an easy to read, easy to use thermostat. An unexpected benefit is a huge improvement in my asthma. Thanks again Lee Company!

If you are considering Lee Company for a project, please read this review before you make your decision.I needed a gas line replaced at my house so I called Lee Company to schedule a date to have a case manager come out and take a look. The scheduling process to have a case manager come out was very easy and simple. On the day of the visit (wednesday), my case manager called me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time.  I showed him what I needed done and he informed me that he will follow-up via email with the estimate.The case manager emailed me the estimate the following day (Thursday). On the next day (Friday), the day after I received the estimate, I emailed my case manager back to let him know that I accepted the estimate and requested to be put on the schedule. After this I expected a follow-up email with next steps, however, I never got any follow up from my case manager. After 3.5 business days (so the following Thursday) of being ghosted by the case manager, I called Lee Company to explain the situation. The rep I spoke to apologized for the lack of communication and informed me that he will reach out to my case manager's supervisor, and that I should expect a call from my case manager by end of day.About 45 minutes after I called Lee Company to explain the situation, my case manager called me to inform me that they would come the following week to complete the job. My case manager never apologized, never took ownership for the lack of communication, or acknowledged my three attempts (on different days) to contact him directly prior to calling Lee's main line. I can without a doubt say that my case manager does not care about providing any customer service and professionalism. If I didn't reach out to Lee Company my case manager would have never contacted me back.The crew that came out to replace the line were fantastic and did a great job. Overall the case manager I got needs to step up and provide the same level of service as his coworkers. I needed this job done quickly and if I was not pressed for time I would have definitely contacted another company due to the lack of care/communication from the case manager.Edit: got a call from Lee company taking ownership for the communication issue. I appreciate the outreach and taking feedback seriously. I definitely understand that issues can occur. Tech that quoted price seemed embarrassed to quote it as high as he did, got manger to knock a few dollars off, but still over priced. We bought our house in 2021, and it was built in 1980. The previous owners did not have the HVAC ducts ever replaced, the electrical panel replaced, nor the old black copper piping that was all under the house. So to prevent extreme leaks, electrical fires, and to save us energy bills on the HVAC, we contacted Lee Company to see about getting all the work done.All in all, we have our HVAC replaced, our electrical panel replaced, a 240v outlet installed outside to charge our car, new piping ran to the house and throughout, and a dehumidifier installed in our crawlspace. The work took a total of two weeks with HVAC and Electrical working one week, and the Plumbers working the second week.Not only was everyone that we spoke to very professional and kind, but ever project manager worked with our schedules and were on time for their appointments with us. Everything was explained thoroughly by the project managers and there were no hidden fee surprises.The different teams (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) all talked to each other and communicated any potential issues and got everything scheduled between the teams.I cannot say enough amazing things about every technician that came to our house! Every single guy that came out was very polite, professional, and loved our cat lolAll of the work done by the teams was impeccable, and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have have them come out to repair a heating problems 3 *, and despite paying them $12 a month for something or other which I don't quite know what some sort of preferred customer status, Do not return my phone calls, when a technician finally does arrive, the repair only lasts a short time, and then I need to pay again.Under no circumstances would I recommend this company.

Had a scheduled appointment to get some estimates on some work around the house. They showed up an hour and a half late, no big deal things happen. An hour in and another guy shows up for “training”. So they’re looking at everything, cool. They’re at my house for about 4 hours, 45 minutes of that is just sitting in my driveway talking. Well that’s been about two months ago... no call, no email, no work done. They essentially basically cased my house for 4 hours, and left. I never even got their names...

After contacting 6 local HVAC contractors to get estimates on a new unit to replace our 21 year old unit, we chose Lee Company. We were baffled that out of the 6 contractors we contacted, only Lee Company and two others responded. I guess some people dont want to bother with taking our money?Anyway, we chose Lee Company even though they weren't the cheapest. Based on their stellar reputation in the area and my awesome interaction with Anthony Grayson, it was a no brainer.The installers, Jason and Eric, showed up early, introduced themselves and kept us informed during the entire installation. They had the old unit hauled away, did a very neat and tidy install of the new unit, sealed our ductwork in the crawl space and cleaned up the work area before they left. Jason's custom sheetmetal work was a thing of beauty! We have security cameras all over our property and at no time did we see these guys staring at their phones or goofing off. They were always busy and we could tell that the more experienced technician was very patiently training the other guy. We've had some negative issues with other service people (Comcast, TDS, Greeway) where the guys who came out were very unprofessional and masterful experts at wasting time, doing shoddy work and lying. Jason and Eric worked like Bill Lee himself was standing there watching them.We highly recommend Lee Company!

I was hoping to have one place to call for all of my house work, but this company had one shot and failed. I was supposed to have an appointment from 10-12, so I waited around all morning for them. I called at 1130and finally reached someone after initially starting calling at 11, just to be told that they rescheduled my appointment and failed to call me? Really??? You just lost a customer. I just purchased this house and have a lot of projects to do so I don't have time to wait for nothing. I wish I could give 0 stars. RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

He was friendly and efficient, and he wore booties over his shoes to make sure he didn't track anything into the house. He could tell us quickly what the problem was, the cost of the repair, and he made an honest recommendation based on the cost of the repair and the age of the appliance. And he cleaned up any messes before he left.

He identified an issue with my heating unit during a regular maintenance appointment and thankfully had the needed part on his truck and was able to make that repair on the spot for me.The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did bump my tech's arrival time without a lot of notice. However, I certainly realize some jobs take longer than planned and I do appreciate the communication letting me know he would be later than planned. My service tech ended up arriving at the top of the next service window hour so it really ended up not being much of an issue, if 4.5 stars was an option that is what I would rate my overall visit.

We had a technician come out to fix our refrigerator back in June. He said we needed new seal. He ordered the part, so he said. We thought maybe a little delay because everything seems to be on back order. Calling every week, someone would say it’s on order. 3 months into this, the tech never ordered our part. In their defense, later the technician admitted to not ordering the part. Now 3 mo later our refrigerator is still not working. Called 3 different repair services and they al have the same diagnosis. Not the seal but the . Fan. They will be out Friday to fix it. Lee Co was great after the tornado and replaced our hot water heater with a tankless heater. Was very pleased with them for that. This other service they have failed. Will not use them any longer. Just be cautious when you hire anyone for aJob.

The absolute worst experience I have had with a company! We made an appointment for them to come assess a leaky ceiling, and also paid an additional $100 for an extra service they were offering to check our heating/air unit. Long story short, they scheduled the wrong tech to come out multiple times(that I had to take off of work)so now I am left with a huge hole in my ceiling that they cut out, out $100 for a service they did not provide, and no type of resolution after multiple calls!

I HAVE TROUBLE WITH A LOUD NOISE FROM MY UNIT JUST AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED . I HAVE REPORTED IT SEVERAL TIMES TO LEE CO. The tecks sent out to check says nothing's wrong . Nothing wrong cost me 500.00 dollars last spring from broken fitting and loss of freon. The same noises have started again since if has turned cold . They keep saying nothing is wrong if nothing is wrong breaks another fitting I will drop lee co. .

Our igniter on our Heating unit went out and they were very responsive. They answered the call after hours and within 40 min we had a technician here to respond to our call. Blake came back after getting the part to install the next day to repair. He was very professional and explained what he had done and shared images with us. My Mom had used them for years and shared her experience so we now use Lee Company.

I’ve used Lee company as a second opinion a number of times and they have always found the source of the problem when the first group didn’t. They walk me through what is needed to be done and make sure I understand the issue. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they are overpriced, but worth it to have the quality they deliver.

We pay a montly fee, $8.99. Lee Co. sends a technician up to 4 times a year to check HVAC systems, Plumbing, and Electric. They show up when they say they will. They stay in communication until the job is done. Everyone is kind and courteous.

Chris was our Electrician for our annual inspection. He was on time, very professional, gave great advice and solved some problems i did not even know that i had.

Our A/C went out mid January when it went from warm to cold. Another company came out and said it’d be at least 8 weeks on the part (as of April, they still don’t have it). Lee came out (James was the technician) and found that the only problem was a wire that a rat had chewed through. He was extremely sociable, good with the dogs, and had the A/C fixed that day. Probably saved us hundreds of dollars and I had cool air before he left. If anything, Lee needs to add a place for tips for this kind of service. Big thanks to Lee and especially James!

Completely disorganized. I went online to schedule an appointment. I received a call back in about 15 minutes. Then after 15 min on the phone after what i thought was scheduling an appointment she hung up the phone. The next call back was not the technician as expected but another customer service person to schedule another appointment. I missed the call and called back to find out no one knows who i spoke with and there was no one on the way. Then he placed me on hold for yet another 15 minutes to find out he cant tell me how much it is to replace a toliet.. it was going to be 50 dollars to come out to tell me how much it was... very confusing since this is supposed to be a plumbing company

I have been a customer of Lee Company for many years and I also have a contract wherein they come to my home twice a year to inspect my HVAC system. I have always had a pleasant experience up until Friday, June 9th. My air had stopped working early Friday morning. I had a scheduled appointment for that day. Well the technician, Thomas Salomoni, informed me that he couldn't fix it because it was old and the compressor was no longer working. He also said that the refrigerant for my system he could no longer get because the law had changed and it no longer was available. He called his Project Manager, Andy Mankin, who I spoke with over the phone. Andy was trying to sell me a $9,000 unit. Andy wanted to put this $9,000 system in the next day which was Saturday. I informed Andy and Thomas that I was going to get other estimates. That is when they started the song and dance. Thomas told me that if I allowed any other company to put me a new system in that it wouldn't be done right and I would be calling Lee Company to straightened out the other company's inadequate work. Apparently Andy was traveling to come to my house but I informed Thomas it wasn't necessary for Andy to come to my home because I wasn't interested in purchasing a $9,000 unit. Well, those two guys continued to try and sell me the system. I did find someone else to come and look at my HVAC system. My system is in good condition and the only thing I needed for it to work was the refrigerant and you can still purchase the refrigerant and it will stop being available in 2020. Thomas actually turned my system off and left. All the lies were unnecessary. I hope that Lee Company isn't hurting for money wherein the employees would try to take advantage of an almost elderly woman. That's my story. Please beware.

We had a outside faucets pipe burst at 4:45pm and the water got about 1/8 high in our living room and dining room. I called Lee and they came out pulled out the faulty pipe/faucet and installed a new one working untill 8pm that same night! Thank you Scotty May for doing a great job!I have used Lee for Electrical help before and now for this plumbing repair. All I can say is There’s no reason to call anyone but Lee!

Had a couple of major home system situations over the weekend. 1 electrician was sent out and provided a temporary fix to an issue that required more in-depth attention due to a part being too old to replace. He was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly provided the service.

Problem diagnosed, experts to sell the job were called in, fair price quoted and waiting for the work to be done. All positive.

Paul was very nice and down to earth. He took his time explaining everything in detail so I understand what was going on.

John was great and very detailed. I originally thought the price was high, however after they explained the liability I understand. They explained everything and even got a call from the supervisor. Just completed work, could not have been any nicer. Did excellent work!!!!

We first used Lee for a small plumbing repair that had bothered us for months and had bamboozled two previous plumbers, and the Lee rep called on his many years of experience to solve the problem quickly.We then called Lee when our hot water heater suddenly died and started leaking. A sales rep came out the same day (Saturday) and gave us a reasononable quote on a replacement, and the installation took place the next day. It was done quickly and correctly, and the installers were courteous and helpful answering my questions.

We have our home maintenance through Lee company which keeps us running smoothly. Any time we've needed urgent service, they are quick to get out to us and fix the problem. Just last night we had a pipe burst and it was resolved in less than 2 hours from the time I called!

I’ve been a customer for years. Had the monthly plan that was supposed to grant me four free check-ups per year. Last year was charged full price for the only two I had, and despite repeated calls, they never “made it right” as the one department manager assured me in a message. This year I’ve been trying to schedule visits since February - the online appointment calendar doesn’t actually work, messages aren’t returned and no one is ever available unless you’re paying full price. Those free visits need to be scheduled weeks to months in advance and sometimes they just don’t happen at all. It’s not worth the monthly fee if you can’t get anyone to respond.

We initially brought Lee in to help with light flickering issues in the 1950's home we just bought. We knew going into it there would be significant cost and work needing done to bring the property to code (relocating the meter and rewiring old wires). We had the meter replaced and relocated but Lee did little to help with the original issue of the lights flickering. We requested that they come out on several occasions after but it was a struggle to get ahold of anyone (once they were paid for the meter work they were flighty). When techs did come out they did little to nothing to diagnose the issue, blamed other employees and told us that flickering lights are normal. (they are not) the project lead kept telling us it would be too costly for us to fix the issue without giving us an estimate of costs. For the record, I would've paid whatever it took to fix the flickering and I told them this but they refused to move forward with the work or quote stating that it was too costly. We also had their team install flush-mount cans. the install team left a pilot holes and fingerprints all over the ceiling and many of the cans were not flush to the ceiling. When I called to request someone come out and take a look, I was scoffed at. I'm struggling to see why this company gets good references. I won't be recommending Lee to anyone in my network.

We've been customers of Lee Company for a few years. Recently our heat/air conditioner went out. Lee Company sent a technician the day after our original call. He advised the unit needed to be replaced, not a surprise we knew it was on its last legs. They sent a project manager the next day, He presented our options, without any pressure. We made our selection and the unit was installed the next day. Just when I thought the level of professionalism, value, quality, and overall service couldn't be surpassed, they raised the bar even further

We recently had a horrible experience with Lee Company and it’s still ongoing. Our water heater pilot light would not ignite. So, they came out and said it needed a new part. They added the new part and it still did not work. Then they claimed that we needed a new water heater. Of course. So, they order a new one. They bring it out the next day after 6pm and guess what? They measured wrong and had the wrong size water heater. Then they tell us that even though we had a 40 gallon tank before that we can no longer have a 40 gallon tank because of “Obama”. Seriously, they said that. So, another day goes by without hot water. They then tell us that it’s going to cost us almost 2k to install a new 30 gallon tank. We complain about the mistakes that they’ve already made and getting a smaller tank. So, they come down to a measly $1800. I call and get another quote because at this point we felt like they were ripping us off. My husband tells them to hold off, so they get nervous and come down to $1,500. My husband tells them to wait we’re waiting for another quote. The guy David or Dwight calls ME at 2pm claiming that they have the water heater in the truck and they need to know if we want it right away. I felt pressured into going with their 1500 deal for a 30 gallon tank so I said okay. So, were they really on their way? Of course not. They didn’t show up until 4pm. He lied to me just so I wouldn’t wait for the other quote. After the two techs install the water heater, Curtis the tech tells me the agreed upon amount is $1500. Same amount as they agreed to with my husband. I hand Curtis a check for $1,500 over a week ago. Today, I receive a bill in the mail for $1,975. Really? This is just the crappiest Company. They overcharge and then bill for even MORE money. We will never use them again. Horrible experience that keeps going on.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service that Lee Company provided. In particular, my tech Jeffery Kirby was hands down incredible in every way. He was super friendly and polite, had a great sense of humor and went out of his way to explain what was wrong & what he did in order to fix the issue. The price was way lower than I expected. He also did a video explaining the issue again and sent that to my email with a very detailed description. I will never contact anyone other than Jeffery in the future. I highly recommend this establishment. Give them a try, I promise you’ll be happy with the result.

Long time customer under a monthly plan to have HVAC tune ups in spring and fall, and annual plumbing and electrical service. This is debited monthly from my bank account. Lee Co had always called or sent post card reminders to schedule the HVAC and plumbing/electrical. When no one called or came in 2018, for services I already pay for, I called. They said they now put the scheduling reminder for plumbing and electrical on the customer. She also said “I don’t know why we didnt reach out for your HVAC”...hmmm I went ahead and scheduled. Seems to me Lee Co is now quick to take the money but not deliver customer service. In my world, that’s called a crime. The Lee Co I knew years ago, is NOT the Lee Co of 2019!

I messed up some electrical work I tried to do myself, and Lee Company sent out electricians who quickly and safely diagnosed and fixed the issues, and even decided not to charge me as much as they could have. Very helpful and appreciated.

I have tried several times to contact them, they do not respond, they have an option to get a call back but no one called me. I have struggle with the maintenance appointments. They did not show for 2 of them. When I called to complaint about first appoint where no one show I was told that it was a systems error. I called last week to confirm today's appointment, technician did not arrived. Seriously regret choosing Lee Company.

Problem not fixed after three visits.

I had the HVAC at my home on Monday and plumbing over in Tuesday. Bryan (HVAC) was very courteous and respectful. Joe (plumber) gave me some good tips on the health of my pipes and drains that I will implement. Also told me something that I did not know about my toilets, and I thought I knew everything about them.

Ryan Blackwell and Terrie Biles, did an excellent job installing my new air and heating system. Bradley and Jared also were great at repairing the connection to my washing machine. Very pleased with such polite young men.

Josh was our repairman and he was very friendly and informative. He took time to explain the plumbing issue and make some recommendations. Very pleased with the service.

Bryson came out in the evening of 01/25 when I discovered my heater was not working. He checked the system and said he had to order bad gas valve and a flat pan heat igniter. The next day he texted and said the estimate for parts is $661. Surprised at the cost, I asked that much for two parts? He then told me it was for a heater motor too. That made more sense. He stated that he could not get an ETA for the parts. The 25th was a Thursday. Spoke to him on the 26th about estimate and did not get a follow-up call the entire next week. I called him on 02/03 and he stated the systems were down at the warehouse and he didn't know about the parts. I mentioned if he could get the gas valve, the flat pan heat igniter and the heater motor elsewhere and he claims the parts are already paid for, and he said the heater motor isnt one of the parts and said some other part. Well im not a heater tech so where would i get heater motor, that i wrote down. He said he didnt know. It has been in the low 30 to 20's and all I have is a couple of space heaters for me, my granddaughter and dog. I think it is unprofessional that no one calls to just say we are still waiting or anything. I'm calling another company out to get a second opinion and hopefully have heat for my house. Governor Lee, your Murfreesboro Lee Co. is slacking.

Had a tree fall and take out our electric cable and riser. They were the only ones that would come out on a Saturday to help. Greatly appreciated. Helped get everything fixed super-fast. Great company!

Initially I would have give 5 stars. I had an emergency and they came out after hours and stopped the water heating from flooding the entire downstairs. Unfortunately, the next day my conversation with the tech ended horribly. He started yelling at me and made everything my fault. I was like - where did this come from.. I doubt I would call them again.

After said company flubbed it so badly, that I literally threatened to hire legal council regarding our interaction, I decided to cut my losses and go with another firm. Lee Co. was able to come out, correctly diagnose with one visit, and resolve the issues on both systems. Their staff were professional and courteous each time they came. For my last issue, I didn't even ask for bids. I just called these guys up and scheduled a visit.

After a bad experience with a supposedly reputable HVAC company from the Nashville area, I reluctantly called Lee. The previous company was trying to do work that did not need to be done. Lee company sent a technician to us promptly, looked over our unit and the lines, did a full check and told us everything looked good. They did not try to hassle me or see me something I did not need. I am glad I found a reputable company to take care of my HVAC needs.

Fast diagnosis and multiple options for our HVAC repair. Incidental leak was detected but pressures holding well for several years. Most other businesses would require replacement without option of repair. Fan motor was out so fixed that and its good to go!

This a a company that is to big and doing to many things. Used them several years to service my AC unit. They told me they would at my house between 8-10, when I called they told me they no longer had the time they set up available. Rescheduled for between 12-2, the technician did now show up until 3:30. I was greeted with and Oh there you are, Like he had been waiting on me all day. I had to initiate all contact with the company. Each time speaking to a different person for multiple phone calls.

Lee Company responded quickly when our heat went out (with a newborn at home) and sent Rodney out right away. He was very thorough and explained+showed me the issues and how he was going to fix them. He waited around to ensure it was actually fixed once the furnace ran for a while to be sure the condensation leak was fixed. He checked our vents and filters to make sure there weren’t any additional issues and then he was on his way. Rodney was polite and very kind-great experience!

Their customer service and experienced techs are simply the best in town!!i do a lot of very high end DIY and own several $1MM homes - With one of our rentals, it has 3 HVAC units and a 9.6 GM tankless unit. There art times when i will get an estimate from these guys and it just makes sense to source the work elsewhere, but there are times when these are the guys......our latest experience:our tankless in our rental has been throwing error codes- and eventually shutting down- i had trouble shot the unit with Noritz and they had me run a full diagnostic - based on the hours and sensors...... they estimated it should be good for another 2 years of use......i called Lee and they sent a tech, based on the error (90) codes it was throwing, combustion error. When you do a web based search- there are 3 pretty common issues- none of which applied to our unit. Well the tech cleaned the manifold and the vents/fans and its was running again, but shortly there after it started shutting down again......based on the diagnostics i ran, the fan speed was elevated- and at 108% the unit throws an error code and shuts down....... the first tech did not run that diagnostic and addressed the basics- so the issue remained.the second tech - who came out 6 weeks later- was able to properly diagnose and adjust internal gas pressure sensors within the unit which corrected the combustion process and returned the fan to its proper fan speed.the Tech did not charge me for the 3.5 hours and correction.... Had i used an independent, i would have paid the trip charge and probably had to haggle to get a discount.......contrast this to an install of a mini split, in which an error by the tech caused a compressor failure in the main unit requiring replacement within a year of the main compressor....... the work which was significant ended up costing me $400- this is still very inexpensive for the work done..... and the part was warranteed but........ had Lee Company done the install- and there was an issue as there was in the case of theTankless..... they would have handled it........there are benefits to working with companies like this who deal in volume and adherence to a structure and customer centric philosophy, when there is a warranty issue, they know its not coming out of their pocket directly and so they don't feel any pressure to do anything other than get it fixed!

We called Lee company due to a burning electrical smell I was getting from the vents throughout our house. They were prompt in their responsiveness and the tech was able to diagnose and correct the issue within a couple hours. I was very pleased with my experience and will continue to use Lee company for future needs

My inside return unit is under my steps with the house being build around it after installation so it was not easy and fun to replace but the crew kept a smile on their faces and seemed to enjoy the challenge. There was only 2 thing’s we had a problem with was 10 to 12 they showed up at 1:30 and wen we set up the appointment I told the lady what they would need for the job.Wen the technician came she had none of the parts. Other then that she was awesome. She new exactly what was going on before she even opened the box. Very nice attitude she said how much she loved being an electrician. She was just what I wish kids would be today. She is a keeper. Will call for her anytime we need an electrician god bless.

Technicians found and fixed problem pertaining to the installation of a new HVAC system several months earlier.

Lee Company is amazing. Our air went out and I called and a HVAC specialist was here within 1.5 hours. He was very nice as well!

My water heater and heating/air conditioner unit died on 4/29/2020 at the tender ages of 16 years old & 28 years old😔. By 8:00 pm on 4/30/2020 Lee Company installed (correctly) a new water heater, new heating/air conditioner unit, and cleaned up. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite 🙂

The front of my home was damaged by a fallen tree. The gutters were torn off. Before the gutter company could replace them, a damaged fascia board had to be replaced. A Lee Company technician did that for me. He did a great job. The repair went just as he had estimated. He removed the debris from the damage. He even covered my exposed downspout to keep birds from nesting in it until the gutter company can replace the gutters. I am very pleased with the work!

Wayne came in the house kept his social distance and put his booties on before he came in. He then went to work on the problem and took care of things in a timely manner. He was very friendly and polite.

After many years of good service, I was very disappointed in my recent experience. A service tech improperly installed some electrical components. When I called to request an appointment to get it fixed in time for my wedding in 4 days, they would not give me a scheduled appointment time. My work and wedding schedule do not allow me to sit home all day waiting for a work-in call from them. Very, very disappointing.However, within an hour of posting this review, they contact me and sent a wonderful tech, Chris L., who fixed all my problems! 5 stars for the second chance at service recovery!

Our home’s heat pump broke and needed replacement. Got a few quotes and then called Lee Co, and within a few hours Kevin arrived to check out the job and discuss options. As promised he provided an estimate with a variety of options that balanced our budget with equipment quality. We negotiated a price that I felt was fair in an easy way. He scheduled the work for two days later (Monday morning). Installers were right on time, courteous, and taught me how to use the system. So far everything is working great. This was a big ticket item for my family but I really appreciated the professionalism and I would highly recommend Lee Co.

I’ve had a lot of trouble with getting them to show up once I’ve scheduled an appointment. Typically, I don’t get a cancellation and just have to reschedule. However, when they’ve kept the appointment they’ve done a great job and their prices are reasonable. If it weren’t for the no shows and having to reschedule, I’d give them 5 stars.

The two technicians they sent out were awesome. They were friendly, polite, curious and professional. I hope I don't need to but if I do I will use Lee Com0nay again.

Tyler and Wes did a pull and clean on my Mitsubishi ductless mini split. Everything went well. Less expensive than expected. Technicians very through and knowledgeable. 5 star service as usual. There were a few scheduling problems we had to get past but the service was great once the scheduling issues were resolved.

Lee Company are the pros. These are the people you call when you want it done right and have the peace of mind of great support behind their work. The team they sent out installed two separate units in under 7 hours. They were respectful and I never worried for one second about anything they were doing.

Left an email on their website and was called immediately, had a tech on site within hours. Great service, prompt, and knowledgeable. I have used both Lee HVAC and plumbing services and would reccomend to anyone. Thank you!

Governor Bill Lee is list as, friendly with the CCP. This is a huge conflict of interest for Tennessee.

Had the HVAC and electrician came out at the same time. Both were here on time, and did an excellent job. Not to take away from the HVAC guy, but the electrician went above and beyond. I can't remember his name, but he was unbelievably helpful, and offered amazing advice.

Responsiveness is an understatement when it came to them making sure they were there as promised and early and beat me getting there! Van #1475 almost ran me off the road. I had two children in the back. They were swerving and it seemed like they were drunk. Whoever was driving needs to be addressed.

I called them last Saturday for some plumbing issues I had. They was at my house within two hours and fix the problem. They had to clean out the main drain to to the street. They charge me a whole lot less than I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

Our water heater started leaking on Tuesday afternoon. One of their estimators was out that afternoon. He gave us multiple options on the water heater replacement. We chose an option and it was installed the next day. They did a great job.

Had Lee Co HVAC tech Edgar come out this past Friday to inspect my two units of my duplex, and he did a very professional and thorough job. Today, Shane came out to inspect my plumbing system. He was professional, courteous, and informative. Wednesday I am expecting another tech to come out to inspect the electrical system. I appreciate the annual inspections.
