Copeland & son has serviced our home the 25 years we have been in our home. They are very professional and do what they say they are going to do. their service has been great.

I would highly recommend Regan and his services. He was professional and knowledgeable. His equipment is top of the line and he went above and beyond for me by even helping me physically dig down to the issue.

I called out the Hot Water Heater Pros to replace my aging hot water heater. They looked at what I had and informed me that my water heater was still in very good working condition and did not need replacement in the near future. I appreciated their honesty. There are other companies out there that would have ripped it out and taken the $$ and run. I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace it.

No no no!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this guy! He was so rude to us! Every time my husband had any communication with him, he was a complete jerk! I'm not even sure how he has any clients!

Aside from his attitude, he halfway did a job, then blamed our contractor for everything that went wrong including leaking a gallon of water into our newly renovated bathroom. He ripped off the bead board and left it in pieces (all could have been avoided if he just did what he was supposed to do in the first place) and now we have to pay for materials and labor to replace it.

He also had the nerve to tell my husband we needed to lend him our SUV so he could go run errands for an afternoon when he broke his key to his truck in our driveway. (Didn't even ask us, not that we would have lent it to him anyway) On top of that, he left his truck here for days until the new key came. WHO DOES THAT?!?

He showed up on the days he said he would, but he was at least 45 minutes late both times.

Worst of all, my husband told him we really need him to fix this issue because we're having a party this weekend and our guests will need to use this new bathroom. This party was pretty much the whole reason we are having the bathroom built. He tells us that he doesn't know if he'll have time to fix everything (ALL HIS FAULT BTW) because HIS WIFE is also having a party this weekend. So his personal life comes before his business and his clients. And it doesn't matter to him that we're left SOL.

My husband and I own a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Again, I don't know how he gets ANY repeat clients.

On his website, he states that his company treats your home as their own. I would hate to see their home then.

I'm beyond devastated at the situation he has left us in.

Please don't waste your money or time with this guy. He does not know his craft/industry as well as he says he does.

Chases and Chris did an outstanding job on my spring check-up. They showed up on time were courteous, talked to me about my systems in an informed way and were very polite.

Our Water Heater started purging twice in 2 days. On a late Wed. afternoon, we could not find a 'familiar to us-named' plumber who could come out Thursday morning (which was best for our schedule)or before Sat. Then, my wife found 615Plumbing on Google and tried them. To her surprise, we got an appointment early Thursday morning. Kevin came out and provided very professional, quality service throughout. Kevin first discovered that the Metro Water pressure coming into our home was extremely high and caused our Water Pressure Reducing Valve and Expansion Tank to fail. He also believed our Hot Water Heater could function, but was leaking some from the bottom. Kevin gave us 2 repair options so we could choose the work we could afford. When we could not afford the estimate that included a new Hot Water Heater, he did not pressure us at all. As we considered our options further, they offered us 12 months same as cash with Zero Percent interest and we happily agreed to replace all. We appreciate his professional, quality work without trying to upsell us from the start. We now have a new favorite plumbing company and will request Kevin in the future.

The service man was very professional. He even spent a minute to replace a light bulb for me which I could not reach. I was very impressed by that . He also helped me organized a ducted cleaner for July. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Madison was prompt and courteous. He took care of our problem then and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I don’t know the amount it’s gonna costs yet. Last Monday my gas was turned off bc of a leak. I called Jewell Mechanical. They sent Rusty out who is a very talented man with a calm disposition and was very patient. We had a massive honey bee nest under our house and rusty couldn’t go under bc it was way too dangerous. So Atmos had to leave our gas off. Which meant; no heat, no hot water etc. We had one item that went to exterior fire pit but Rusty needed a special part and it was late so I called Nicky (dispatcher for Jewel) and she got Rusty back the next day to see if that was the prob. Well it wasn’t so still no gas. I called a bee keeper and he came out Tuesday and Wednesday to remove the nest which had at least 20,000 bees on it. I called Nicky back and she got Rusty back the next day. Everything got fixed and we finally had heat on Friday. So I’d recommend this company any day. I’m handicap and I believe they went over and above what we call great service! Thank you guys!

High priced car lot

Was charged $199 for them to cut a hole in drywall and tell me where the leak was coming from. After finding the leak, they said I needed a new shower arm. Quoted $190 to repair a shower head arm and said after the driving and the labor is why it cost so much. After they took the faucet handle off, a leak started and they said it was leaking like that before (it wasn’t). And then quoted $200 more to repair it. After I pushed back they did recommend reaching out to delta to get the part which I did. I’ll be attempting the repair myself so I don’t spend $700 total on a leak I didn’t cause.
