Came on short notice, stayed till almost midnight till the job was done. Professional and responsive. Reasonable fee, ended up charging me less than original quote. Overall excellent experience.
Had to have a new toilet and make sure the old cast iron pipe was notleaking. On time and Kevin, my repairman was fantastic, did a very nicejob and cleaned up everything nicely!New toilet is great and many thanks to Hiller service and having a great tech as Kevin!Thank you!!

The technicians were great. I had a problem with administration or billing regarding my membership ending. I received an email in mid-March saying my membership was ending “soon” (no date given) with a link to renew. I used the link, filled out their forms, and thought I had renewed but the plumber told me that there was confusion in the office because my membership wasn’t supposed to end until mid-April. The plumber helped me avoid being charged for the individual call by renewing the membership over the phone with the office. I found it frustrating that I was prompted by the company email to renew immediately even though my current membership wasn’t up until April. This problem should be corrected for future transactions in my opinion.

Impressive work from a big company. Can’t comment on how they compete price wise (don’t have enough data to compare), but the teams have been professional and friendly, and the work has been high quality. They communicate well and are always on time.
Plumbing leak at meter. The technician arrived in a timely manner was professional and very helpful as I was speaking to the city water service.

This review is purely to speak to the kind of employees working at Hiller, particularly a young man named Michael. He had just finished a job in Sullivan Farms when he was driving by our house and noticed my husband and I struggling to bring a couch inside. He pulled over and asked if he could help us! Not only did he bring it in, he even helped my husband carry it up the stairs.He sacrificed 5 minutes of his time after long job to help complete strangers, and he wouldn’t even accept the money we tried offering him as thanks. We were blown away by his kindness! Scanning the other reviews, we see how Michael is a wonderful representation of his company’s culture. We’re glad we met him as we will absolutely contact Hiller for future jobs around our home!
Dominic did all the electrical in our new home. He was very attentive and paid attention to detail. He explained everything he was doing and, made sure to listen to our questions and concerns. I would request him every time.

The young man was very professional an attentive to our request. What was unusual was the lack of knowledge of the existence of a filter to the air conditioning unit. We were told that your company did not handle filters, and that is ok. Nonetheless, it seems unusual that when this type of service is done, the knowledge of a filter is not known. The customer should be advised of the need for replacement or not. A filter is an important part of the correct functioning of a unit, a lack of knowledge brings some doubt to the correct completion of the service. If we had not stressed the point that there was a filter attached to the air conditioning unit, we would have had an inadequate flow of air on a real hot summer’s season. Please note that we are very happy with the man who did the service, and would be happy if would return. Perhaps, a little training on filters would help.
Hiller was able to schedule an electrician quickly to come out to fix damage that was done by an installer that was out to supposedly install a dishwasher. The electrician came out, arrived early with my permission, did the work quickly and was very thorough in the work that he did and explained everything that he did so that I would understand it and could guide the person who would come out next to finish the installation. I recommend Hiller with no reservations, they were professional, worth the money, friendly, and thorough, and now I'm not worried about my house burning down while I'm sleeping.

We have used Hiller for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs for the past five years. We are part of the Happy Hiller Club and would feel confident in recommending Hiller for any of these services. They are reliable experts and do very good work.
Called late Sunday night and got an appointment for Tuesday. Great communication. Repairman was nice and professional. All charges were explained before the work was done. Very satisfied. I will use Hiller again.

Hiller did an amazing job taking care of my family when our ac unit died. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly & patient in answering my questions through the process. They made me feel like I was their only customer. The communication throughout the process was 2 steps ahead every time. Even the initial repair guy that visited our house helped my daughter find worms while I worked through the paperwork of pitching a new a/c unit! My experience was wonderful!!

I had the entire indoor plumbing replaced. Dylan and Eric did a fantastic job. They stayed longer at the end of the day to make sure it was done right. The plumbing in a nearly 50 year old house had some complications. But they killed it!For sure, I'd recommend using Hiller. I'll be using them in the future for other projects as they arise.
Hiller has been our top choice for plumbing, HVAC and electrical repair/service for the last decade. Jacob and Daniel were prompt and efficient with a water heater installation... and I noticed that they cleaned up extra meticulously before they left. Bravo!

The installers were very professional, hard working and nice. They started the job at 10:00 am and they didn’t complete the job until 9:30 pm. It was a really big job. The reason that I didn’t give the company five stars was because there was a mix up with the size of two new air vents that were supposed to be installed, so presently I have two holes in my ceiling until they can schedule me for a return visit. That was disappointing. However the unit cools very well and so far I am very satisfied with the functionality of the system. I just hope it doesn’t take a long time for aa a return visit to install the correct sized vents. 😊
The job that the technicians performed was good. The only big issue that I have with the technicians is that when the job was finished they did not contact me to let me know they left my home leaving it unlocked and garage door open

One of our toilets overflowed and water leaked through the light fixture on the lower level.I called for service around 9:00am and was told the repair person would come at7:00 pm.I phoned at 7:15 and 9:00 pm and was told I was still on the list.The repair man came at 9:50 PM.I wish there was a better way of keeping customers alerted to arrival time and have the repair person phone before they come.

The guys from Hiller, Ryan and Chris, we’re helpful, understanding, and pleasant. Best company I’ve dealt with. I used Lee Company once and feel like they took advantage of my plumbing situation.
Pricing is extremely high. I was having issues with my heat pump keeping up with the summer temps. Called Hiller and they sent a tech. $260 to search for the leak, it took him less than 5 minutes to find the leak.Turns out my inside coil has a leak. I get quoted $4,500 to replace the coil and was told I need to replace my unit that is 7 years old. Get a quote for a new unit. The units I was quoted for a bottom tiers mid-level, but charging top teir premium brand prices.2.5 Amana 13.4 SEER, 1 stage = $11k2.5 ton RUUD 13.2 SEER, 1 stage= $10.9k2.5 ton Amana 15.2 SEER, 1stage= $15kWhich is ridiculously high. I called a local company and was quoted $1,700 to replace the coil.And got a quote for a premium brand Bryant 15.2 SEER, 2 stage for $8,800.Cant see myself calling Hiller ever again after try to overcharge by so much.I get its a business and it needs to make money but this markup is ridiculous
The techs worked all day to install my new furnace. They helped me to set up an online account, so that I can change temp at home through a website or an app. They disposed of all old materials and cleaned after themselves. One of them gave me his card, so that I could call him if I had any questions or issues. Overall, very pleased with installation.

We had been having problems with our main line clogging for a few years. Afraid that we wouldn't be able to afford a professional plumbing company, we used friends of friends. That resulted in 3 or 4 visits a year at around $150 a pop to unclog our lines. Finally decided to bite the bullet and call Hiller, and so glad we did!While the others who came out were licensed plumbers, they just didn't have the equipment to thoroughly diagnose and fix the cause of the problem. Within 30 minutes, our plumbing technician, Tomas, had unclogged the drain, found the cause (those pesky tree roots!), and showed it to us on camera and where exactly the problem was outside in the yard. Turns out we need extensive work done. Yes, it'll cost us a pretty penny, but nowhere as bad as we thought it would. And Hiller even made that as easy as possible, with financing available and a 12 month same as cash plan.Tomas was very friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. And Hiller is very good at communicating with customers. I arranged the appointment online at around 10pm, then received email confirmation of my appointment as well as a personalized answer to my question. I also received text updates of the confirmation, including a text notifying me that my technician was on his way along with his name and picture so we would know who to look for. A rep also called me to make sure I knew he was in his way. In case I hadn't seen the text or email that they sent. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Hiller. If you are in doubt, don't hesitate, call Hiller today, you'll be glad you did!

The tech that came out was nice so I'm not listing his name. He was fast and from what I can see the work looks good. BUT, he left boot prints in my tub, he was an hour late ( I know this can't be helped sometimes but a heads up could be sent. ) Some people do have to take off work to meet the plumber. The last thing is, he told me the person that did the previous job on my spiget outside didn't put a shutoff valve on it and connected it the wrong way, but he didn't put a shutoff valve on it either.

They wanted to over charges me for work that we didn’t need. Told me I needed a whole house repiped and turns out I didn’t. They wanted to charge me $5400, for this and I ended up getting a local team to come and fix my issue that they did the first time. If I was anyone I would try local team over this company anytime. They will stick you with a high bill, that’s all. The person that came out the day we called wouldn’t even go under my house. And tried to tell me I had steal pipes and needed to be took out. I had been under my house more than once and knew that they was pvc pipes. So again beware they will charge you more for stuff you don’t need.
The Hiller team were professional, courteous and timely. All involved (Receptionist, tech, project manager, installation team, etc) could not have provided a better customer service experience.
One of the sockets of Main electric box was not staying on. And he just fix it in one second.
Our heat was out for a few days when it was freezing outside. Hiller came ASAP, while no other company would come out. They’ll be our first choice for any other issues. Michael W. was so kind and professional. Our service to repair our heat was done as fast as reasonably possible.
Edit: I did receive a call and was adjusted on the charges. The total was $300 after a discount for two services was supposed to be applied. Still expensive but closer to what I expected to pay.DO NOT CALL FOR INSTALLS!! The technicians are great and helpful. However, the company policy is shady. We scheduled to have a dishwasher installed. Most retail stores charge around $120-$150. Calling Hiller it would be a $69 charge to have them come out in order to quote the job. When finished, the total cost was $403 with a haul away and apparently with a garbage disposal. The fact that they charge more than twice the cost of store installs is ridiculous. The only response they gave was that the initial service call fee is waved since they did service. Shady practice.

We have used Hiller for over 1 year. We have had technicians out to the house 10+ time for tune ups, plumbing problems, remodeling projects, AC breakdown in midsummer, etc. They are always punctual, professional and friendly. Almost every technician we have worked with has been a veteran, all have been great. Prices are good. They are reliable and extremely helpful. We are Happy Hiller Club members and it gives me great peice of mind knowing they are available 24/7.

He was professional. Explained things well. The one major downside is price. The prices are very high and it's ridiculous that you can't get financing for any work under 2,500. A lot of people have a hard time coming up with money.
No surprise that the service was incredible and Trevor handled a big task with ease replacing a grinder pump gone bad.
So happy with the electrician, Jeremy. He was very professional, figured out the problem quickly, and explained it to me very well. I saved so much money over a quote from another company who had come out and charged me and still couldn’t find the exact problem so told me they had to come back out for more $$. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and called Hiller. I’ll definitely call them first next time.

We had leaky tub faucet handles which had been repaired by a previous company multiple times, but never had a resolution. Hiller came out, looked at the leaks and found the true issue and replaced the bathtub valve and handles (using a kit that we had already bought). Despite challenges due to poor designs from when our house was constructed, the gentlemen did the job in less than 3 hours. When they left it was in much better condition than it had ever been (possibly including when the house was built.) Excellent work by Hiller, would recommend!

Hiller installed a new water main in our subdivision last year and did an excellent job. I now needed to connect an existing irrigation system to the main line which was done today. The plumbers again did an excellent job. Very efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m never disappointed with Hiller.
The service by Hiller was outstanding. The light fixture is awkwardly placed on a sloped very high ceiling in the entry which has a stairwell right in front of the door. They figured out how to place the ladder, warning me it might damage the wood or wall, but were able to do it without any damage. Looked risky but they were such pros. It looks great. Also gave me advice about some other lights and color-matched the switch covers. Hiller has never let me down in electrical or plumbing. Highly recommend joining the Hiller Club!

Alex and his hard working crew came 3 days earlier than promised. The roads were horrible and it was a cold install. They worked hard, followed social distancing protocol, and got us back up with a new heat and air unit in just a few hours. Phenomenal work under tough conditions when I needed you the most. My wife and I thank you.
James did a great job. Walked in, assessed what needed to be done, walked me through the details and got to work. Upon completion he thoroughly tested his work, actually found a small leak and quickly got to work solving all remaining issues. Not the cheapest, but you know it’s going to be done right when they’re complete.

We joined the Hiller Club and are very pleased with the maintenance service they perform throughout the year. They thoroughly inspect all the equipment and offer suggestions for improvement, but they aren’t pushy trying to sell you additional services. Excellent service.
Amazingly prompt after-hours service provided by gracious, caring, professional and competent individuals. Zach came to service AC unit, and promptly diagnosed the problem as electrical. Scott came shortly after to repair and replace exterior electrical panel and my air conditioning was restored for the evening which was especially critical for the comfort and well being of elderly visiting mother. Everything about this organization and their employees is startling and refreshing to see. The two men who made quick work of my needed repairs in the midst of intense heat at night came in clean trucks and attire. I don't know how these gentlemen are able to maintain such clean and unwrinkled white Hiller shirts both upon arrival and after finishing the job. I wonder, do they change clothing after each job? Also, the systems Hiller uses with text messaging to let me know that technicians are on the way is amazing. I am truly happy. Thank you Hiller.

Had a water heater emergency with no hot water and water flowing in the garage from the heater. Called Hiller and explained my emergency. Within 30 minutes a Technician was on scene and fixed the problem. Thank you Hiller for your quick response and professionalism. I recommend Hiller to anyone needing HVAC and plumbing service.
Came out the last two years did not flush water heater. Now it's leaking due to cedment build up. Paid for monthly service prevention. Nothing but a rip off.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Hiller this week. I purchased a (very old) home this month and needed to repair the HVAC system. Many of the floor vents were not connected to the duct work, and the previous owner noted that other HVAC companies had told them this job couldn't be done. Micheal came out to give me a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with practical solutions to fix my issues. He provided an estimate quickly and I opted to proceed with the job. I was scheduled for work very quickly. On the day of my appointment, I received an email and a text letting me know that my tech was on the way. Both included a picture and his name, so I knew who to expect. Nick arrived and quickly went to work fixing the HVAC system in my crawlspace. He was efficient, friendly, and professional, wore a mask the whole time, and put his shoe covers on every time he entered the inside of the home. They were able to connect even VERY difficult to reach vents to the duct work and repaired everything in perfect working order. When I got the bill, it was exactly what I had been quoted - no surprises. Cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience I had!

Started on Sunday to get water heater replaced. Ended up on Monday getting it replaced. Both techs we great, Dylan finished the job. Satisfaction on all counts.
Steve was wonderful. He came in and was able to assess the problem. He then helped us decide which water heater would work best for us. He was able to go pick it up and came back quickly to get it installed and also put nice copper piping in to replace the subpar job that had been done years ago. I highly recommend Hiller.

With temperatures falling outside, I needed service quickly when I discovered my furnace was not switching on. I called Hiller and was greeted by a friendly associate who was able to squeeze me in for an evening appointment. The HVAC Technician, Josh, arrived within the time window that was given. Our septic pump had become undone. The tech fixed the small leak but the pump line cannot be straightened out therefore I have to get a pumped truck out and then get Hiller back out to plumb the discharge pipe. I can’t believe Hiller can’t get a pumper truck out. If this was a commercial job they would. This is BS.

My toilet broke early Saturday morning. I immediately began calling plumbers but either no one answered or I was told it would be Tuesday. I called Hiller and was right away speaking with someone who was kind, polite, and determined to help me. She arranged for me to be a work-in on Sunday and gave me details of what to expect. Sunday morning early I received a call from Hiller with another nice lady telling me the tech was on his way. Daniel soon arrived and was so kind and nice. He quickly found the problem and soon corrected it. He was pleasant the entire time and had me at ease. He explained every question. I was very pleasantly surprised with this entire experience from initial call to completion of service. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Our HVAC stopped working properly Saturday midday- the blower was working but even when the thermostats were calling for cooling only heat would come out of the vents. We contacted Hiller and they were able to arrive the next day in the evening (Sunday evening).Upon arrival Sunday evening we stepped through the issue showing that both thermostats (Nests) were in cooling mode but when either would 'kick on' to cool the house only heat would blow out. It was suspected that the thermostats were having an issue, so the technician jumpered out the thermostats to force a cooling signal to the unit (thinking, again, the thermostats were the issue)... again the heat kicked on. At this point it was determined to be a control board issue as opposed to a thermostat issue. I noted that there was a neighborhood power outage on Friday evening. Following that the Technician said, quoting the exact words, Okay so the next step is to call the parts store to see if they have a replacement control board, and that would be $200 dollar charge just to see if they have it or not. I let him know that the control board should still be under warranty by another company, so I will need to pursue that avenue with the other company.I called the other company and setup a service for the next day. They came out, stepped through the same verification of the thermostats, observing the heat kicking on regardless of situation, but performed the critical step of troubleshooting the control board and not jumping directly to we need to replace it. They performed their diagnostics and reset the power to the control board; this immediately fixed the issue and it has been running fine for the week following (so far!).Overall I am saddened by my experience with Hiller. I am unsure of if it was because it was a Sunday night with storms approaching, lack of proper troubleshooting procedures, or what the case was... but I am disappointed that the diagnosis went from likely an issue with the thermostats upon arrival to we would need to replace the control board without doing basic troubleshooting on the control board.If you use Hiller I hope you have a better experience than I did. I am out the $100 for the service call to Hiller, and if I had stuck with them through to resolving the 'issue' I would be out hundreds of more dollars in replacing parts that did not actually need to be replaced.

Had Larry and Jordan come out today to rewire our bonus room, install can lights, and put a new outlet in the garage. Showed up on time and did an amazing job. Very professional and great communication, walking me through different ways they could tackle the job. After all the work was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up nice to where you'd never even know they were here. I'm extremely impressed. I called Hiller and within 30 mins someone was at my house. I spoke with the technician and he explained exactly what he was going to do and quoted me a price. The repair took about an hour and the final price was $50 less than the original quote.Awesome customer service and quality work.

This was a small leak, that was tightened and resealed with silicone. $180 which included a military discount of 10%. Less than an hour. Seem really high to me. Awesome that they recognize veterans! The work was outstanding.Well this is an update. Second time I have used Hiller and just as before they were awesome. Samuel knew exactly what was wrong fixed the problem and had us up and running.

I had two very knowledgeable and courteous technicians arrive to the house. They told me what they were doing every step of the way and when it came time to tell me what they found, they were very detailed about what the problem was and was not. They were clear about what I should expect to have to pay, and also how to handle things in the future so that I may not need to call for assistance. I appreciated the itemized invoice that also included pictures and directions on how to handle things in the future. They did offer to have me utilize the yearly maintenance plan which I fully intend to do. I highly recommend this company!

Most service people that have been sent to me have been fairly kind-- with the exception of one rather pushy person.In the last year i've had my ac replaced and tuned a few times and now my water heater replaced (as well as a surprise electrical component). I suspect I over pay each time (after researching the average costs in my area for same service), but I guess it's the fee I pay to avoid the hassle of going through multiple quotes.Overall, my experience has been fine. They are reliable and do the work quickly and clean up. That's about all I can ask.

We have had a terrible experience with Hiller. Our A/C began freezing up in early May. This is our first home and so I chose Hiller due to their promise that customers will be satisfied and several positive reviews I read online. I scheduled the appointment online May 4, 2020. The appointment date I was given was May 19 which was a bit frustrating but they exceeded my expectations by calling to say they could get someone out May 14, which I thought was great. That was where my excitement ended. They said we had a leak in our condenser and they would have to order a replacement. The part came in and they returned May 29 to install it. This is a large part and when the technicians installed it, they discovered the replacement also had a leak. Another part was ordered and June 15th a single technician returned for a two man job and installed the part. We thought that would be the end of it. The afternoon of June 10 water started leaking from upstairs where the unit is located and down through my ceiling and onto the floor of the first floor. We put a pot under it to catch the water and a paint pan to catch the drips under the unit due to the small space, so it had to be repeatedly drained. We turned off the A/C to try to get it under control and it got up to about 90 inside the house very quickly. We called Hiller and waited on hold for approximately 20 minutes or so. A lady came on the line who listened and was apologetic and said they would get someone out that afternoon but she couldn’t be sure what time. I also asked for a supervisor or manager to address the issue. I was told I would get a call back from someone in leadership either that night or by Monday 7/13 end of business. At around 9:30 that night the tech showed up and said they had left out a component, a drip pan for inside the unit during the repair and had taken away the one that was in our unit when they removed it. He checked to see if our unit was still available to get the pan out of it and it was not, so they had to order one and it would be in 7/13 as well. So we had to keep up the rigged drainage setup all weekend meaning we could not leave the house without my husband or I being here in case the water overflowed. This made grocery shopping and errand running inconvenient. Monday comes and the tech who came Friday evening comes and makes the repair and advises us a manager is supposed to be in touch to talk about the drywall damage due to the negligent repair. It is now Wednesday, 7/15 and I have received no such call. So I called Hiller again and spoke to another nice apologetic lady who advised she wasn’t sure how we “slipped through the cracks”.

We decided to change our aging water heater. We knew the job would include extra work to bring the new gas heater setup to current requirements. Past interactions and services provided led us to call Hiller. The tech—one who has provided service before—came to walk us through the proposed plan. Since the plan wasn’t what we originally had in mind, he patiently provided all information and answered all of our questions. We agreed to have a new tankless water heater installed, including a recirculation system. While reviewing the upcoming install, he discovered aging lead pipes that showed distress and needed replacing. We were able to schedule two teams to do both jobs on the same day. From the moment they came in, everybody was extremely courteous, very professional, and never missed an opportunity to update us on progress. We particularly appreciated that each introduces themselves and what their role was—something that was very helpful when as many as 9 people were present at one time. There were no issues during either the tankless water heater installation or during the pipe replacement. The teams took all possible precautions to limit dust and tracking in—it was clear that they also swiped clean the areas where they worked. Overall, we were once again very satisfied of the services that Hiller provided us, and we highly recommend them.

Our tankless hot water heater developed a leak from one of the lines and was dripping on the ground every time hot water was used in the house. I went to make an appointment and was able to find and opening the next morning. Very simple to schedule service using their website and was able to upload a video of our leak in action. The technician arrived on time and I was given a heads up with tracking information to know when to expect help. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed our problem and offered a solution. He worked quickly and did not make any mess. He even offered to check out other problems around the house to avoid having an additional house call. Been a Hiller customer for years.The technician arrived, took him to the toilet to repair. He moved the Fluidmaster toilet repair kit off the top of the toilet, took of the lid, and started working. I asked what he was doing at one point and he said two things, went out to truck, came back, opened up a new toilet flap and installed it. When he gave me the bill I asked why he was charging me $18 for a $6 part. He told me it was for carrying it on the truck. I asked him why he didn't use the one from the repair kit he moved before starting. He removed the charge. He then called me a liar.Not my best Hiller experience.Edit: Hiller Plumbing customer Service reached out to me about this and have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I’m a real estate agent who had a client under contract on a house where they needed some quotes on the electrical and plumbing. When I called to schedule a quote, they were able to fit me in for an electrical and plumbing quote the next day. Chris, the project manager, Steve and Dakota all came out to a property to perform quotes on electrical and plumbing needed to be updated. They were extremely professional and helpful by answering all of my questions. I will definitely be recommending them to my clients in the future who need quotes on these items.
Hiller installed a new HVAC system on our house. They were friendly, professional, punctual and careful to follow COVID safety precautions. They did the install during a cold, snowy day without complaining. One tech kindly fixed a folding closet door (that I knocked off track during their install) without being asked. Another guy thoroughly cleaned their footprints and debris off our wood floors before they left. These guys were awesome and I felt this was the best possible service I could’ve gotten for this job.

I moved into a 100-year old house and had the unfortunate experience of inheriting some pretty terrible plumbing work! The Hiller team had to come to my house on three separate occasions within 2 weeks. You can say we became best friends and I'd recommend the incredible team to anyone.SHOUT OUTS BELOW:Steve Brown was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and identified a nasty plumbing issue upstairs with our toilet! He also fixed my nasty flap on a downstairs toilet, and helped figure out why my water bill was so high! THANK YOU STEVE!Dylan Holcomb was able to identify a leaking tub and fix the problem on the spot. Another friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient expert! THANK YOU DYLAN!Lastly, our sink/garbage disposal had been giving us problems draining and we had to have Hiller come back for a third problem! Zach Johnson, the project manager, identified that our drainage system needed to be completely re-done as our kitchen sink was draining into our bathtub in an uphill pipe. (not a good set up) Zach was the bearer of bad news but gave us a reasonable quote and scheduled a team to come out within 5 days for a 2 day project! TY Zach!Re-doing our drainage system was like an episode of fear factor. We have an insanely tight crawl space, and Sage Brawner and his crew came out and executed the job within a day and a half. They were professional, and even when they identified additional problems underneath the house the price of the job never changed. Everyone on the team met my rottie Roxy, and they were very communicative over the two days on where they were at. I’ve had nothing but great experience with Hiller! They recently installed a new HVAC unit in my home. The two guys who came out worked tirelessly and diligently to make sure everything was in perfect condition before they left. Not only was their work top-notch, but they kindly put up with my 5-month-old puppy who just loved getting in their way. They even did a great job cleaning up when they were done! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
I used Hiller for a bad A/C leak but I postponed the full repair by almost a year. The first time they did a quick fix that lasted for a few months. My technician Zach was super responsive both times, he had made good notes about my unit and was able to use the warranty to pay for the part saving me a ton. I won't find out if the unit works perfectly till the summer but if it doesn't work well they will come out and diagnose for free.

Fixed hot water heater and saved me money. Technician were on time. Only problem was that it took two days to get an appointment.
The techs that came out (Robert Fening and another gentleman we didn’t catch the name of) were a joy from the moment they walked through the door. We had previously called Lee Company a few days before and quoted us $400 per hose pipe that needed to be replaced, as we had quite a leak on our outside hose faucets due to my negligence of leaving my hoses connect during our first freeze/snow. Robert came in, greeted my boyfriend with a smile and instantly reached down to pet our dog, showing us he had great intentions and a kind heart from the very beginning, as some company’s (like Lee) will jack up prices and not seem to care about the small details and customer relationships. He went right in, looked at the problem, instantly told me a price and got to work. On top of fixing our main issue, he unclogged my guest bathtub at no cost, and added a stopper to my master bathtub, which was not added at the time of build, at just the price of the part. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, he noticed my storm door handle was a little loose, along with a screw at the top being stripped and REPLACED THE SCREW AND FIXED MY STORM DOOR. My boyfriend was ready to take this man to dinner with all of the hard work he put into our home in such a short amount of time. He was prompt, worked quickly and efficiently, and made us feel like we were a valued customer. If I could leave 1,000 reviews I would. We were so lucky to have called Hiller and get our amazing Techs. Give them a RAISE.

There is simply no company in Nashville better than Hiller. We tried some of the smaller independent shops first, because most people are conditioned to think that these are a better value. Nothing could be further from the truth with Hiller. They may be bigger, but they are clearly better.We have used Hiller for the past 10 years for all of our heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Their work is top drawer; their responsiveness is excellent. And their prices make their work an excellent value. Their staff is great, and their technicians are knowledgeable and experienced.Most importantly, if you aren’t happy; then Jimmy will make it right. He is still very personally involved in the business and makes sure that Hiller customers are happy.Thanks Heller for being a reliable and excellent service company!

I have had hiller do several jobs for me over the past several months. The work, for the most part, has been good. The technicians have been professional. My only gripe was my most recent work done. My AC stopped working and was holding water in the basement. The first technician came out, said the condensate pipe was clogged, and flushed the system. I was charged a little over 200. This worked…for less than 12 hours. I called again and a different tech came back out. He stated that the pump was broken. This was replaced, and I was charged 650 dollars. I was a little annoyed that less than 12 hours before, I paid a substantial sum, for it to not be the permanent solution. When I questioned tech #2 about this, he stated that while he understood the frustration, it was non negotiable. Decent companies should say, hey we missed the real problem initially, let’s work with you on the second price, or refund the first. Don’t expect this from hiller. Overall, good work, kind staff, just unwilling to admit their mistakes.EDIT: 6/29/23 13:26Hiller reached out quickly to resolve this issue with me. They have agreed to refund the initial visit that was unsuccessful. Honestly, I’m impressed. Will be changing my review to 5/5.

I am very impressed with plumber, John Legaspi’s knowledge and professionalism. He explained every service he performed in a manner in which I could understand. Very polite and he is my plumber preference this day forward. Thank you John !Also, had my electrical maintenance visit. Ryan gave my house the most thorough checkup it has ever received! Explained everything that needed to be corrected for safety’s sake. Found the reason my outlet outside wasn’t working, repaired it, checked my electrical panel, made suggestions for later this year, found an outlet I didn’t even know I had. Then he checked the expiration date on my smoke alarms, which were all expired and installed new ones. I feel that he was really interested in my home and safety, in performing this complete checkup. I never felt like he was just going through the motions and wanted to rush off. I will request Ryan Pennington for all my electrical work from now on.Thank you Ryan, John and The Hiller company!

I called early in the morning after having a shower faucet fail the night before. They told me they could have someone out same day to repair it. The gentleman arrived on time and was polite and courteous, he took a look at the problem, let me know what would need to be done and fixed it quickly. The upfront pricing was a nice touch. Also the use of technology as far as keeping us up to date and informed was above and beyond what I expected! Will definitely use them again!
Overall experience was great. Crew was on time and completed the job efficiently. Guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the new equipment and what to do in an emergency. Left work area clean and tidy. Estimate was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. That’s the only reason for four stars instead of five.Update: Feb 2020Used Hiller for 2nd time. I was very happy with the service. Hiller was able to come out the same day I called them. I had leaking under the sink. The faucet and most likely the plumbing to the sink had not been replace in 56 years. Everything was taken care of in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Mr Keel was great. He showed up on time, was friendly, and did a great job. At one point there was a hiccup and he could have left it good enough and I would have been okay with it but as he rightly pointed out annoyed long-term. So, he insisted on doing it right. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the work.
The company was very responsive in getting somebody over to look at our toilet. And as soon as the toilet came in the service person came over promptly. He did a competent job. However there were a few problems. The biggest one was the discovery while standing 2 feet from him as he prepared the bill unmasked, that he was not vaccinated. He should have told us he was not vaccinated and asked us whether we wanted him to wear a mask. When he was finished we asked about whether he had replaced any other parts. He provided an answer but I would say he was not proactive in our interest in determining if he had replaced other parts.I had also been left with the impression in my first conversation with a company that if we had the toilet installed the first visit fee would be waived. Perhaps I misunderstood. But at the time of payment I was told the fee was not waived. So the toilet installation was completed promptly and seemingly correctly, but there were definite negatives.

The service was great. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. We needed to replace a nest Thermostat it turns out. The tech went and picked it up same day and we were all set within a few hours. It was a bit more pricey than I hoped, and after doing some research I could have replaced this myself for about $300 less. That being said, everything outside the price was fantastic.
We've used Hiller for over 15 years for both HVAC and out plumbing needs. Without exception, every experience has been a very good one. Each technician has been competent. timely and very professional.
Had a leaking copper Tee in the ceiling that was original to the house. I drained the lines and cut the tee out in preparation for the plumber. After 4.5 hours and two different plumbers, it was finally fixed. They didn’t clean up after themselves and left a mess.
Trevor and Dylan did a great job for me today! Very friendly, respectful professional and got the job done. I highly recommend.

My service man was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail. Did not push me to do anything other than what absolutely needed to been done.Discussed the future of my water heater since it’s 12 years old and what kind of service would be done on it at that time. I am very impressed with Hillar and I have a service man that’s close to my area and he would be available anytime I needed any service done.
I called Hiller last night after work hours about 7:00 pm. I had run out of freon and it was getting very hot. I had my son and several of his friends spending the night and was worried they would all be uncomfortable. I am a Happy Hiller club member. I had a regular scheduled tune up but it wasn’t for another 7 days. Hiller came out at 10:00 pm filled my hvac and we were good to go. Our experience with Hiller fully lived up to their slogan. In one of the hottest weeks of the summer, I called in and Deborah was kind, personable, and effective over the phone. John Krebs was dispatched and quite literally did whatever necessary to restore our broken AC unit for our household immediately. John diagnosed the problem, and when he and Project Manager Micheal Crook uncovered that a new unit would be necessary, John stayed late into the night to ensure a temporary fix would provide us air conditioning until the new unit could be installed. Micheal then came over the following morning, taking time out of his weekend, to help us make a decision on the best unit for the job and schedule installation. He also performed a complimentary review of our duct system, windows, and house efficiency. Before leaving, he left us his personal cell phone to reach him if we needed anything else. From the initial call to then end, Hiller treated us not as just clients, but family. There is a reason that Hiller vans are everywhere today and it starts with their dedication to the customer experience.

We were able to schedule a repair call within a day. They sent a picture of who would shown up which was nice. Austin was professional and polite. He showed us exactly what was wrong and gave us an estimate and stuck with it. Overall, very happy with the service and signed up for their maintenance plan.
Mikey and his 3 man crew went above and beyond in professionalism. I hired Hiller to ground a pool I had installed via Pool and Spa depot. Pool and Spa Depot were the absolute worst people to deal with and did such a shoddy job that even this Hiller crew saw the issues. My house hadn’t been cooling, and my electric bill is through the roof. I figured it was my HVAC unit. There was a little hiccup in scheduling, but when the tech finally got there, things got better. Michael was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t roll his eyes while I followed him around for the first few minutes while he checked things out. My unit was fine. So, he looked under the house and a bunch of other things I didn’t actually watch him do. Eventually, he figured it was the thermostat and why my electric bill was so high. But he didn’t stop there, he also found a bad relay point in my heat kit. So he replaced the thermostat and let me know my house was cooling and made me aware of the relay point, but assured me I don’t have to repair that until it starts to get cold. So, I was unhappy with the messed up scheduling and not happy with how expensive repairs and replacements can be, but Michael was the best and fixed as much as he could, answered all of my questions, and was super considerate of my time. If we can request techs, he’s my guy.
Landon came and did a plumbing inspection for us, while Shon worked on our AC. Both techs were very professional, thorough, and easy to work with.
I had a gas leak and the gas company shut off my service. I called Hiller the next morning and they sent the technician out before noon. He was blue to make the repairs and coordinate with the gas company to get us back up and running by 5pm. My technician David was very experienced, courteous and a good communicator.The price was very fair.

Hiller is great: consistent and dependable. They have helped us with several emergency repairs in the past. This was our first experience with a more traditional plumbing need. The experience has been horrible, I had a window from 10 am to 12 pm to get some work done for my tenants, and the technician came in at 8am , and did not knock on the door or anything but left a note on the door saying that he is sorry we missed him, and left. I called the dispatch asked about it and they said sorry about it, but we can give you another spot from 11am to 1pm. I then notified my tenant so they can be aware. the 2nd time when technician showed up at the house, he was able to diagnose the issue, and told my tenant he will reach out to me so I can approve the invoice or work order, but did not even call the primary number on the account, and the technician did not leave a voicemail or send a text letting us know about it. and just left again.
Our heat went out last night and I called this morning to get them to take a look. They let me know they could come out today, called before they came, arrived within the hour that they said they would, and didn’t try to upcharge me. They advised me it was an easy fix to replace the capacitor. So simply, no gimmicks, great customer service. The technician, Troy, was super friendly too. Thanks guys!!

Called in Friday, they came on time on Monday. Quickly fixed my issue, forwarded other concerns to his manager to provide a quote who immediately scheduled a visit to come provide the quote. So far so good!

The installation team was great! Very experienced with attention to detail, tireless workers and dedicated to pleasing the customer...5 STARS for James and his team!On the other hand, the management project leader was totally uninvolved with me or the project An Amazing demonstration of lack of communication and leadership skills. We had many unforeseen problems and delays where he was totally unavailable for advice, comment or contact. He left after the first few hours and literally had no follow up with me or the project outcome. Zero customer service! Left me with a very poor image of the company, 1 STAR for finding my house and showing up!
We had to spend an extra $200+ with another provider to diagnose electrical issues we were having after Hiller replaced our entire electrical panel. Turns out the guys at Hiller can charge $4k to replace a panel but don’t know how to properly label it, effectively putting other electricians who worked on our house at risk when they were shutting off certain breakers to do work but in reality all of that electrical was still live because Hiller mislabeled our panel. So dangerous, so careless. To make matters worse, my husband Daniel reached out to Chris Green the project manager at Hiller MONTHS ago and were told he’d be in touch. Safe to say we’ve received radio silence. No resolution, no trust in this company. Plenty of electricians in town, choose one who won’t put your wallet and the safety other electricians in a bad position and not give a damn about it.
The technician throughly assessed the concerns by looking from different perspectives and provided the best answer.

We had an entire HVAC system replaced. They were quick, professional, took care of all the additional details that came up, and explained everything along the way. Great experience and glad we selected them for this big project!
Dispatch was great and very helpful. Tech came bc sump pump wasn’t functioning and water was all over basement. He reported after being on site a few minutes that sump pump was backed up with “garbage” and he had to clean. I offered him a trash bag and he accepted.He came back 10 minutes later with a trash bag about 1/3 full leaking with every step he took. Would be nice if in this type of job, tech would have their own leak proof container. Hiller charged $229 for 15-20 minutes of non skilled clean up. It was a Sunday so I knew it would be high, but that seems not commensurate with work performed.

Install of zone unit was not done correctly. Wires were connected backwards (upstairs wire to downstairs zone and vice-versa)One duct for downstairs was ran to upstairs trunk line.A second crew came out and fixed these issues as well as installed a Honeywell gateway that was needed for zone system that we were not advised of in quote. The crew left after making repairs yet the gateway wasn’t installed correctly. I had to connect it to my network myself.I am very concerned about what else could be wrong with our install moving forward.
The electrician, Roy, was very professional and friendly, and he did a great job educating me about electrical panels and smoke and CO detectors, which were old and needed to be replaced. Great job!Hiller prices a bit steep, though; but I suspect they’re in line with industry standards.

Our Air Conditioner had gone out and Technician Austin R. quickly assessed the problem and attempted to repair our older system. Although our system ultimate required a replacement, the professional efforts and courtesy extended well represented the Hiller brand—reinforcing our confidence and loyalty to the company.

I am so happy with Hiller and have been with them for many years. My central H &A was so old (20) and for so many years they came out and fixed it, no complaints always friendly and understanding. They have always provided the greatest customer focus. Last year I had Hiller replace my old central H&A system, finally and I Wished I had done it sooner. My new one has cut my electric bill so much. I basically depend on Hiller for electric & water services as well and when I had issues over the last 10 years they were out at my house promptly. I don’t worry I’m happy, with Hiller.

Chandler was very accommodating. It turned out he could arrive early, so my waiting time was shortened. Then, seeing I needed a new faucet, rather than requiring me to reschedule (he did not have a replacement faucet on his truck), he waited the 20 minutes while I went and purchased a faucet of my choosing. In that time he removed the old faucet, so it worked out well. He was here for a little over an hour and a half. I thought the charge was a bit high, but I really appreciated the service.

Tech made adequate repair. The price was outrageous. I will never use or recommend Hiller to anyone under any circumstance.
I was quoted over $600 to install one electrical outlet in the unfinished storage area under my stairs. There was already an outlet on the other side of the wall that the electrician could tap into, so it wasn’t a complicated job. When I expressed my shock, he went outside to talk to his boss and miraculously came back at $300, half the price! Still on the high end according to average costs for the installation of one outlet in Nashville. I had him do the work, but I will never use this company again.

I have been a member of the Happy Hiller Club for several years. Recently my AC stopped blowing cold air and it got pretty toasty inside the house. I called the office and spoke to Aubry. She directed me to turn off my unit and then scheduled me for a technician visit the next morning at 8am. I was so relieved! No one wants AC issues in Nashville in the summer. Problem was leak in pipe (tubing) in wall as part of low cost builders water pipes for slab home development. Many homes in development have reported near same issue as homes age to near 10 years.Service was prompt, courteous, and informative. Repair service man was exceptional as he explained everything, PLUS, showed where a SIMILAR repair had been made years prior to our purchase.We definitely will call on Hiller, and ask for our Service Technician again the next time we have any issues!!
Have used Hiller for a few years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I had some electrical problems that caused a power surge. Very grateful to the wonderful electrician (Jacob S.) who spent hours thoroughly checking all the wiring to determine the cause, even working through really bad storms. The power surge damaged several major appliances, including our HVAC system. Big thank you to Matthew L. who came out late at night to work on our unit and returned with the needed parts to complete the job. Both Jacob and Matthew were professional, knowledgeable, timely and very kind. Thank you both for all you did to help us through a stressful situation!

Different people were called in to help with installing a tankless water heater in my townhouse. There were unusual challenges but everyone was very professional, polite. The project took5 hrs in the heat I'm assuming the roof work and all details were completed accurately. Very impressed with everyone. Also appreciated Zack J. saying he'd take care of the dry wall repair, repkacement(small).
One of Hiller's core values is they care. Very true! From the moment I walked into their facility they greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel at home. I would trust them to fix any HVAC issue I had.

This was my first time using Hiller and I was not disappointed. They installed a GFCI outlet and a bidet. Trevor and Khalik were awesome on keeping me informed in detail of the work the needed to be done and the cost. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous! Trevor followed them by installing my bidet! He was also very courteous and professional! He was on time and even ran through some instructions on how to operate the bidet! Great experience and will definitely use them in the future for any electrical and plumbing projects.

The technician, Roy, took the time to problem solve multiple electrical issues at our house. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. Hiller always fixes our issue after one visit unlike other competitors in the area. Furthermore, the time Roy spent explaining why he was following certain steps illustrated his expertise, showed he cared, and reinforced that we will continue using Hiller for the services where I do not feel comfortable working myself or do not have the time to resolve. Terrific experience. Make sure you keep him working for Hiller.
Matthew was perfect! Not only did Hiller get some one to me the same day, but he arrived right at the beginning of the time frame they gave. He was compassionate and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. He consistently let me know about the charges before he did the repairs, and he even went the extra mile. I was wary of using Hiller since I hadn’t used them before, and I’d had a terrible experience with another large company. He made me feel comfortable as a female homeowner, and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge as I’ve had happen In the past. Called at 11:30 and was told a technician was called “who didn’t want to get out of bed.” But was told he “Caleb” was in the way. When he didn’t show after an hour, j is called back and Amanda, who works for a 3rd party company answering phones, had no idea of my initial call and had no idea when someone could get to me while my toilet was leaking from the hose and not stopping when I turned off the water. I then called lee company who got someone out within 30min and fixed the problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HILLER company after hours. LEE Company was AMAZING and took care off all my after house needs within a reasonable time and for a reasonable price and they were very easy to communicate with.

Hiller delivered the best service I have probably ever experienced in a repair/service call. The technician stayed until the problem was fixed (and it was complicated) and was extremely professional. The service was so good that I signed up for an annual maintenance contract for all of the HVAC systems we have (multiple units for different floors). I could not be happier with Hiller and will continue to use them from here on out.

I needed Hiller to assess the reason the garbage disposal was not working and to check the hoses connected to my washer & dryer. Two men showed up for the appointment, Duane Drye and Darnell Terrell, the latter was in training. They looked at both situations. I was given options, e.g., new disposal vs. repair of old one, etc. I made my choices. Both were incredibly professional and courteous. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. It was clear that both men enjoyed their jobs and liked the company for which they worked.

Absolutely fantastic service. Three prior plumbing companies were unable to diagnose our plumbing issues (new house with poor plumbing drainage throughout entire first floor). Hiller’s made the effort to check our entire crawl space and found the problems immediately. Merrill Mow was so helpful and professional in explaining the issues and the corrections that were needed. Expecting a 2-3 day repair, we were extremely happy when the repairmen (Levi Kidd and Isaac Kidd) completed the entire task in 1.5 days! Both Levi and Isaac were incredibly helpful. They took the time to talk and explain all issues and never balking at my questions. Always putting on new foot covers when entering the house, Levi and Isaac expressed their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the job. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from beginning to end. I plan to use this company exclusively going forward.

Hiller responded so fast. I had no hot water and my tank needed to be replaced. The guys that were here were extremely professional, answered all my questions, good humored, left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I wouldn’t use anyone but Hiller.
I never leave reviews or take surveys, but this time I must. On Sunday 7/28/2019, I attempted to remove my outdoor water faucet. I soon realized that I had broken the copper pipe that connects to two. Stressing out about not having running water due to shutting off the water main, I had no choice but to call a plumber. I had no idea when the repair could take place or the cost it would require. Basically I had no choice but accept the consequences.Immediately after calling Hiller I was reassured that they would have someone come take a look as soon as possible. This was on a Sunday so I figured it would take hours. Within an hour I had a technician at my door (outstanding). The technician Brian was very professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed my damage and gave a fair estimate of the costs. All work was completed in an hour or two. All labor and parts were $311.25 for emergency service because of a Sunday.I am so pleased at the cost, timing, labor, and every employee I had the pleasure of associating with during this experience. Thank you Hiller and thank you Brian for a great job. If there is anything I can do to recommend Brian for a superior job or advancement this would be it. He and Hiller are a great reflection of what great service should be. Thank you!

My experience with Hiller was incredibly seamless from start to finish. I called in the morning after discovering my water heater was leaking. They did not have an open appointment for a few days, but the agent called around and was able to work me in for a same-day replacement! Everyone was pleasant to work with and the technicians were very professional and kind. I called Hiller on a Saturday after finding a spewing leak in the distribution line from my hot water heaters. They immediately answered and made arrangements for a Sunday service visit. No hastle, no gouging. Very clear on pricing. Techs arrived ahead of their scheduled time and gave me options for the repair. Again, I appreciated their honesty and integrity. Repair was done the same day. They were at my house for about 6 hours. I elected to install a new system given the age and poor energy efficiency of my existing units. Very impressed!!

I use Hiller for all of their services & I have always been pleased with their quality of work. Today they install a punch list of electrical items for me. Their guys were kind, specialists at what they do and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely continue to use them.
Had a/c unit looked at for not cooling and detected the problem.
My 18ft ceiling lights had gone out and I was preparing to replace with LED lights. The LED estimates I received from everyone including Hiller were expensive, but the Hiller technician shared an effective alternative retrofit recessed LED lights. These were much more cost effective and gave me the desired effect. The Hiller team installed a week later with no issues and wer very conscious of wearing their masks, and protecting my furniture etc., all while maneuvering the big ladder through our home. Great job by the Hiller team.

My mother had this Kohler generator system installed. There have already been two repair calls completed for wiring issues, and the picture below shows how the wall was pieced back together after the installation. Numerous inquiries regarding wall repairs have not been resolved. The standard response has been someone will get back with you. If this is standard procedure, then there should be some verbiage in the agreement that states wall repairs are not covered as part of the installation.
Noticed water heater not being serviced for the last 8 years. Called Hiller. Told them this. When they come out to do THE thing I need done they hedge on doing it. Claim that a 10-12 year old water heater could fail if they flush and fill. The wh is warranted for 12yrs. I don't think so. This is Hiller playing games. If they don't want to take responsibility for damages in a routine flush and fill then they need to be up front with that info.. As I said, when I called I related the situation, AT THAT TIME Hiller should have said that they would not take responsibility if the maintenance action caused a failure. But no, no warnings until I was already on the hook for the $199 fee. Just CYA tactics. Am not likely to do business with again. At least as far as water heaters go.

I think this is a racket. I just wanted the inside unit cleaned well. Every time the techs opened a panel or looked at something, there was going to be another charge. Then it got to the point that everything needs to be replaced. It just doesn't make sense that HVAC company cannot take apart the unit and clean it for $300.
Yesterday my water heater sprang a leak. I called yesterday afternoon because calls to several other plumbers went unreturned. They answered and scheduled me for today. They arrived to do the repair first thing this morning. It was done after a few hours and was done cleanly and efficiently.

We hired Hiller to install the gas line, electrical and to relocate our sewer line for our pool installation. All the technicians showed up on time this morning and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They explained everything they were going to do and all of the next steps in the process. I used them for about 10K worth of pluming and electrical work a year back. The electrical was priced ok but they growsly overcharged me on the pluming costs. The job was fine but I don't recommend people I don't trust and the whole thing left me feeling not great about them or their management team.
Jacob did a fantastic job adding our additional lighting. Recommendations were great for the work, the price was fair and the work was done very well. We are extremely happy with this install from start to finish.

After trying to get an appointment with a few other plumbers for service at our house and being told that they would call back in a couple of weeks to try to make an appointment, a freind recommended Hiller. When I called them the receptionist was very helpful and able to schedule us for service to begin in a couple of days!!The service team that arrived was very helpful, professional and explained what thy saw as the problems and how they would fix them.Once they were finished, they walked us through all that had been done to correct our problems. We always have a wonderful experience with Hiller. They are professional, straightforward and never try to “sell” us things we don’t need and always fix the problems we do have. They always wear shoe covers and during the COVID pandemic, the tech wore a mask and was respectful of our space while still getting the job done. I had work performed in 3/2019 that in 10/2022 was discovered that it wasn’t done correctly. I have a manufactured home and in the crawl space there is plastic on ground, vapor barrier and insulation before subfloor. None of the pieces were reattached after “repair” made. Turns out it wasn’t repaired correctly and had been leaking slightly. This was all discovered when my son was under my home re-leveling it. I wrote an email to the head honcho and the next day PR called and asked if they could make it right. So the very next day, two gentlemen Chad & Joe from the Bowling Green office came out and made it right.Thank you Hiller!!

My Happy Hiller maintenence team lead by Christopher Most, didn't do the open it rinse it, close it back up & leave... They actually did maintenance on my HVAC and took pictures of my unit (as they progressed) & their team of two spent about 2-hours doing the voodo, that they do & then Chris came inside and showed me what was up with my system. - - So I was very happy!FWIW, 8 years ago, Hiller installed this system with a 10-year warranty and in this 16-year old home, the whole-home ductwork has never been cleaned. I asked for an estimate for Hiller's price he said $1250.00 - to be fair there are a couple of other reputable companies in Nashville that undercut that price considerably. Just saying...
The technician was able to come earlier than expected which was great because the problems were affecting my ability to work since I work from home. Once diagnosed he was able to explain what occurred to cause the problems in a way that made sense, and he explained the cost for any work needed prior to starting any repairs. I will definitely use Hiller in the future over others I have used in the past.
Not a good experience. The technician told me the outside condenser coils are running hot. Instead of cleaning the coils he recommended replacing the condenser and evaporator coils. The estimate was $10,000 for both. That is an extremely high price. The coils can be cleaned and probably don't need to be replaced at this time. I would not recommend Hiller.

I’ve used Hiller for ~12 years now and always pleased with their work. New hvac, new water heater, hvac service. However, they have become increasingly slow with service calls and I am really beginning to wonder about my loyalty and what the happy hiller club is really providing me. Took 5 days just to come out for hvac capacitor repair that took about 30 minutes. Response time needs to improve dramatically, especially based on my total spend with them, the supposedly “happy” hiller club, etc. ***5/25 Update*** - Hiller did make prompt contact with me, apologized, and we reached a mutual satisfactory resolution. Apparently there was a mix up in their office regarding the nature of my service call - down situation or general maintenance.
Daniel Fagan has been to my house before. He is the nicest, most professional employee. He should be on the commercial for Hiller. The last time he was here was 2020 and we both remembered. He is a major reason will continue to use Hiller and recommend to others. Thank you Daniel!!!

This is my third experience with Hiller and they are truly one of a kind service. Bob was our professional tech that we requested back bc of his swift service and HONEST GOOD WORK!! This company is lucky to have him, he is top notch!!
Getting an appointment was super easy, when the technicians arrived they analyzed the issue and found the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem quite fast
Two times I have used this company. Both times, not only were they on time, but kept me in the loop on their arrival.The first time, they came out and repaired an HVAC wire. They quoted one price, but was able to find the issue without doing the full work, and charged me a fraction of what the original price was. I would never have known that they did anything different, but the repairman was upfront, honest, and extremely professional.Had them come out yesterday and install a tankless water heater. Their pricing was more than fair, the installation technicians were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. The project manager that I worked with was very knowledgeable, and extremely professional as well.Highly recommend.

Hiller was very good at keeping us in the loop about when Ryan, our electrician, would arrive.Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds. He also checked out 2 other problem spots while he was here. He is very good at explaining things so that even I can understand them. I'll tackle almost anything else, but I do NOT do electricity. He then did a safety check on our smoke detector. Did you know those things are supposed to be replaced every 10 years?! I didn't. 5 stars, thanks, Ryan!
I scheduled them to replace a $25 tub spout and they charged me $229. I felt this was too high. However, after speaking with their customer care manager he was able to adjust the amount to my satisfaction. Great job all around!

Jorge was so helpful and explained everything he was doing. He was on time. It actually worked out a little earlier than expected which was great for me! He was very professional but also relatable. He made sure to explain the cost before I agreed to anything, which was so great. They were charging $359 for faucet install which felt very expensive. I was glad he showed me before I let him work and then let me decide if I still wanted the work done (I declined). Overall GREAT Technician & great service! Just be prepared to pay! They’re worth it! 9/10 - Would recommend and hire again
Great couple of guys, professional who had to replace a 16 year old water heater. Especially hard when in my home the washroom is too small and both washer and dryer had to be removed before they could work in the small space to put in the new water heater Cleaned up all the mess and finished in a timely manner
This was a recall of a previous visit for similar issues. I felt that the technicians did not do as thorough a diagnostic review on the first visit and required me to clear brush from the AC unit then charged $200 Labor for less than an hour work to replace a capacitor. Then the technicians spent more time trying to upset their maintenance plans than it took to explain what they fixed. Probably last time I use Hiller. Not happy face!

A tree took down our power line and damaged the mast to the house. Ryan from Hiller came out very quickly on a Sunday and fixed it better than it was before. This is my first interaction with Hiller but it won’t be the last.

I received an appointment confirmation soon after I submitted the form and Darrel was right on time. He gave me a rough (very, very close) estimate as soon as he got here, based on the information I had provided, which I really appreciated. If you don't like reading, the summary is Hiller is both more expensive and less effective at performing electrical work than West Side Electrical Service.I had a Hiller electrician come out to look into installing 2 Ring floodlights and replacing a light fixture on my back porch. The electrician quoted several possible options, none of which were exactly what I wanted. The cheapest option which I came up with and the electrician said was possible was quoted at just over $600, but he said he would have to check with his master electrician and schedule another visit. None of the options could be completed right then and there, so he would have to charge me the $69 service charge for basically doing no work.The following week was Thanksgiving, so I figured nothing would happen then. I reached back out the Monday after, and was told the master electrician was on vacation and he would confirm everything when he got back in a day or two. At the end of the week, I reached out again and received no response. I then contacted another electrician. I called them on Saturday, and they were able to schedule me for the following Tuesday. Not only were they cheaper, but they did what I initially wanted and they did it on the first visit. All total, I spent just over $400 for better workmanship. I would recommend West Side Electrical Service anyday over Hiller.

As good as it gets. Right on time. Great communication. I could send a photo of the problem when I booked the appointment. Repairman makes photo of completed work with serial numbers of parts kept on file if further issues . Price very reasonable. I’m sold.

Great experience. Old water heater couldn’t be resuscitated. Made the decision to replace with tankless and the crew stayed all day and got me set up ASAP. Very nice team. Picked up all old equipment and trash. Wonderful!Update - used Hiller again to install a generator. Great experience again from beginning to end. And each time the bids have been competitive.
I had two toilets which were hard to flush. One had a broken handle. The fellas from Hiller were professional and took care of the issue. I have great flushing toilets again. I was able to get an appointment right away too. I had guests coming the next day so I was so happy they were able to help me

Water heater and microwave not working. Need inspection and necessary repairs to other outlets and to the main electric panel the technician recommended a project manager and that is scheduled for tomorrow. We were so impressed and relieved to get help this quickly.

Dondi Hood is my go to for plumbing projects. I needed a Backflow relocated from the basement to the front yard and he had a crew take care of it the next day. I highly recommend Hiller plumbers and their electricians.
Cost was extremely reasonable and that’s always important. The courtesy, timing & availability, professionalism & work were all phenomenal. I’ve used them now twice for different reasons and they are really consistent and that’s a relief when dealing with a stressful repair or issue. The technicians have been stellar both times. We are first time homeowners and had an appointment with Hiller to take care of some initial plumbing repairs after moving in. The plumbers were SO HELPFUL. They answered all of our questions, even the ones that weren’t related to the repairs we were requesting, and got the work we needed done completed quickly and easily. I was expecting it to be pricey but it was much less than we expected. So much so that we went ahead joined the Happy Hiller club so we can stay on top of ongoing maintenance! We had an excellent first experience with Hiller and will work with them again in the future.

The office staff was very nice, friendly and handled my request very professional. Daniel arrived on time and was fantastic. My husband is very hard to please and he was so happy with Daniel's work ethic and his professionalism. Also in March of this year my mother in law's home caught on fire. It was the weekend and the house electrical had to be checked. Again the office staff was amazing. The service tech arrived and she was back in her home with the hour. The cost was very fair and reasonable. Great experiences with this company.
Our experience with Hiller was by far the most favorable one we have had with contractors in the Knoxville area.As new home owners, we hired them to address an improperly installed attic furnace that had destroyed our living room ceiling with water damage. Hiller was prompt to dispatch Charlie to review the scenario, and he was able to present us with multiple options/quotes to resolve the problem. We chose to demolish the old attic system, and replace it with one installed in the garage. This was an extensive project that required them to remove cabinetry, modify the garage ceiling, reroute power, extend ventilation, expand gas lines and install a pumped drain line to dispose of waste water.Darell & Trae were on site the next day to work a 12 hour shift, and followed up with another 12 hour shift to complete the project the following day. Their professionalism exceeded that of other contractors we have retained in the Knoxville area, and their work is flawless.We will definitely be calling Hiller to address all of our future needs.

Hiller did an amazing job installing three can lights for us in our kitchen. We had originally asked for them to come check our outdoor lighting, but when that was an easy fix they asked if there was anything else they could assist with and i asked about removing a light fixture in our kitchen and changing it for can lights. They jumped on it right away and were finished within a few hours. So simple and the lighting looks amazing! I would use them again in a heartbeat for future electrical projects.

We have used Hiller several times and never been disappointed. They were great again. W ed have a house built in 1940 and the faucet was original. It wouldn't shut off all of the way and was running up our water bill. Steve was the service tech and was able to get the old fixture apart (which some plumbers refused to even try) and repair and had the leak stopped in no time. And was very professional and courteous.Hiller called ahead of time to see if it was ok that they came early, which was great.Would definitely use them again.Steve had been here before to work on another older fixture and was incredible then as well.

I have had them do numerous large projects at my farm and they are disorganized and do not complete jobs on time. Todd Escue commits to projects and then becomes non responsive for weeks. Take your business elsewhere and you will be happier.

We did enough research to feel comfortable moving forward with Hiller’s whole house water filtration system. I called to inquire about installation on Monday and it was done by Friday. Very efficient, polite and detail oriented company! We have been very happy with the service and the outcome!

Hiller Plumbing fit me in on the day that I called for a service and a technician was at my house in less than 2 hours. Lance was super great and trustworthy. He explained the issues well and fixed everything in a timely manner.Brian went above and beyond when he did my heating maintenance and made sure that the unit was clean.Once, when I had issues with my sink, Devin immediately figured out the plumbing issue and fixed it promptly. He was kind to explain the source of the issue and pointed out other things to look out for.
On time, professional, reasonably priced. The technician Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly. At 60 years old I’ve dealt with lots of service companies and I can say for a fact this was the easiest and most efficient. If I need any other plumbing work I will definitely call Hiller.

Diagnosed and removed old water heater and installed new. From start to finish only took about 2 hours. Service tech was very knowledgeable and took care to leave as little mess as possible (for instance, covered boots before entering house). Could have done it cheaper myself but certainly not as well. Recommended.

I will ONLY use Hiller from this point forward. Particularly this team here in Nashville, TN. They’re kind, treat you like you’re a friend, and will not take advantage of you. I’m a young homeowner with littler experience and had been quoted a much higher price by a different company. Hiller was way more clear in explaining the problem and ended up doing more work for a better price. Amazing!
Hiller was wonderful to work with. Showed up on time, a little early even and had our unit installed in 2 hours!! Install made sure our office was cooling down and checked all of our vents and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Can't thank them enough for taking care of us and our office!!

My experience with Hiller has not been that great. The people/ Teams have professional employees but they gauge on the prices and the work is not the best quality for what the customer is paying. You pay $28 a month to be a member only for them to overcharge you after thier inspection.I had a HVAC guy come out and he did a subpar job on my HVAC inspection. He didn’t secure the pipes and caused a great deal of water damage which I did not notice until Electric and plumbing came. Electric and plumbing vacuumed and sealed my pipes but I still had some water damage done to my home which I tried to paint over. I paid $400 to get bathroom pipes cleared last week and the nights before we move from our home the toilets still flush slow and continue to overflow. I plunged, poured hot water down the drain and cleaned the damage so it didn’t get into the carpet, mind you I had a full inspection 4 days ago.I called Hiller the next day and asked if they could do a deeper analysis on the issue so they sent 2X guys over. All they did was flush the toilet twice then tried to charge me 70 bucks for having to look at my toilet.If you go through thier financing for any of thier upcharge there is a 11% interest fee for the work they assign to your property. This is a dangerous company to itemize on your budget. I do not recommend them. I recommend you find a local contractor for services or do it yourself.The employees are always professional but the Company is overcharging compared to thier competitors. Feel we were taken advantage of during a time of need. Hiller provides excellent customer service, excellent communication of when repair man would arrive (even though it was excessive...text, email AND call). However, he installed a cheap expansion tank and took him less than 10 min. We were charged $199 for labor!! That is way too much for the amount of time spent. Then when he was done, he sat in our driveway for 20 min! Was he justifying his time on the clock?! We wasted time throughout his whole time here. I believe this company takes advantage of people in their time of need. We want people beware. UPDATE: General Manager reached out to me. We emailed and left voicemail back and forth. He made himself available Friday evening for my call. He listened to me and he explained the technician was new to company, but not new to the type of work. He said he spoke to the worker. He said he would review our bill and contact me later. He did email Monday and refunded me $100, stating the type of repair is in $99 bracket instead of $199. I received the check in the mail. I am very pleased that he called me and sent a refund.
We had a wonderful tech name Derrick who was so knowledgeable. Came out evening before Thanksgiving didn't have the part we needed and returned Friday morning at 8 am. So professional and personable. Will ask for him by name in the future.

We had an issue with our water heater that required a replacement of the unit, on a Friday morning. Contacted Hiller who sent a gentleman named Curtis out. Curtis was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue went through a number of options related to repair or replacement, etc. After talking about it we decided to have our old Water Heater replaced with a tank-less water heater. Curtis got us on the line with his office and after going through the option with them, Hiller set us up with an appt. for the next day, a Saturday, in the morning.The guys that came out from Hiller were outstanding; Sage, Levi, and Gregg. All three were super professional, incredibly friendly and did an excellent job of the install and set up of the new unit. Could not have been a better experience. I would highly recommend Hiller and their excellent staff.

Happy we are indeed! Our hot water heater went out around the holidays (of course) and with a baby on the way. While we could have tried to tackle the problem ourselves, it felt reassuring to have trusted people to call to replace our water heater and they brought some of our fixtures on it up to code as well. The techs seem genuinely happy working at Hiller, which is great, and they take the time to answer any questions you might have. This is the second time we've gone with Hiller for a big repair. We recommend them!

Had an appointment scheduled today between 3-5pm. Got a call before 4pm saying they were running a behind and wouldn't be there until just after 5pm. Told them that was fine. 5:45pm rolls around and I hadn't received my call that they were on their way yet. Called Hiller and cancelled the appointment since we had dinner plans, which is why we booked the appointment between 3 and 5pm. Now our water heater will be out all weekend, but I certainly won't be using Hiller to fix it.

We had a pipe burst late at night and the technician was able to get here in a timely manner. He knew exactly how to fix it and was done pretty quickly. He was very professional. Most importantly he followed all safety guidelines and wore a mask and wore booties over his shoes. We felt very safe.

Replaced my wired garagesmoke detector with a heat detector with a 2 yr warranty on parts and labor. Hopefully this prevents the dust from garage causing it to fail and fault my whole system.
I typically have nothing but good things to say with Hiller. But when I try to call an emergency request on Christmas Eve is where the trash talk begins.First off, I spend atleast 30 minutes to an hour on hold just to request an emergency fix for a burst pipe that flooded out my whole basement. I was told that I would get a call from techs to arrange a time for them to respond. Guess what no phone call.Now it's Christmas day and still no call. So I call back around 18 hours after original call and wait on hold another 30 minutes to an hour. The gentleman I spoke with apologized for not receiving a phone call and resubmitted my emergency request as urgent. He told me someone would call me in a few minutes.Fast forward 4 more hours and you guessed it...Still no phone call.I understand that it's been extremely cold the past few days and that I'm probably not the only one with emergency requests. My complaint is that I have not recieved one single call from a technician to try to explain to me how busy they are or when they might be able to come repair the burst pipe. We are a family of 6 with no running water for 24 plus hours since I first called Hiller for help.

Was not completely satisfied with the service I received, despite the fact that by the time the plumber was through he had fixed the leak. When asked about my experience, I mentioned this, not wanting to really complain, just express my concerns. My thoughts were taken very seriously, and the manager at my local store really cared about my satisfaction and was so apologetic. We have been members of the Happy Hiller Club for several years. We have used all of the services Hiller offers: plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling. Their office staff are helpful and professional and give concise answers when questions are asked. When you set a service date, you get a reminder message with a photo of your tech. We like this added security. Upon arriving the tech verifies the service we're to receive and asks if we have questions. When service is complete, we get a thorough description of what was done and we have another opportunity to ask questions. We have always received top quality service and equipment if it was needed. We've never had to request Hiller return to re-do any of our services due to faulty work. For years we have recommended Hiller to family and friends. We trust Hiller and hope you will too.

Highly recommend! My service time was 1:00-3:00. Got a call they can come by early I took it. Showed up and I explained we needed to move the water on/off, for the refrigerator, from the crawl space to the kitchen. Also, attach water line to refrigerator for ice and external water. They were on it! Gave me a reasonable quote and just over an hour later, we’re done. Professional and courteous service. Will definitely use their services again

Greg even went above and beyond and reattach my dryer vent hose, which was out of scope, plus he bought a new hose and elbow specifically to fix my issue. A storm knocked my entire pole and meter box off of my house as well as three neighbors when two power poles fell down and needed to be replaced on the street. Hiller were the only company that could make it out the following day. They sent enough techs to take care of my three neighbors and I as well as waved all initial service fees to look at the damages for everyone. Prices were cheaper than a few other quotes I received from companies that wouldn't be able to come out for another couple days.As soon as the power was restored by NES 73 hours later I was back in business. It would have been a lot longer without them.

Our technician, Jim Pegel, worked long into the nightt to detect a huge clog that was causing four condo units’ tubs and toilets to back up and overflow. He worked in the dark to use the camera to rule out the pipe we had Hiller reline last week and cleaned up two units bathroom floors. I appreciate that he did a thorough job and advised us on what to do to avoid another buildup in the future.

Not only did the technicians do a great job replacing a bunch of old cast iron and lead piping - including the main stack (old and new pictured) - they also walked me through their plans beforehand, complications and solutions throughout, and the all various components of the replacement/repair afterwards. We replaced an electric water heater 4 months ago and Hiller installed a Navien tankless gas water heater. Their communications, professionalism, and constant communications were top notch!Fast forward to today, we weren't satisfied with our 5 month old HVAC heat pump system installed by the builder so we decided to replace with a natural gas system. We didn't hesitate to call Hiller to perform this job and once again, they delivered exceptional results! AAA+ and customer for life!
Serive used to be great. Not sure if the Pandemic has slowed down service calls. But the last two times I used other companies like Maynard's as they were faster to make repairs.

Our tech, Ryan Cleghorn, was by the most professional and helpful I’ve ever had come to the house (and Hiller techs are already pretty good in the first place). I called for them to find the leak in my toilet. The toilet has been replaced. The wax ring replaced. I still could not find the leak. I call Hiller and they tell me it could be this or that. But did you fix it? NoUpdate 8/19/2022 - I have had the repairs done. Hiller's customer service department immediately called me to rectify the problem, which they did by refunding the service call fee. I did have someone else do the repairs but I would trust Hiller to correctly do the repairs and they are aware to call the person who made the request. Thank you for turning a bad situation right side up. End goal is that my toilet is repaired.

We have had several great experiences with Hiller Plumbing. Most recently, Jeff Singleton replaced our water heater. And while it's never fun to have a major home repair, at least the process went very smoothly. Jeff gave us three options -- we chose the middle one -- and it all went fast, clean, and easy. It was refreshing to be dealing with someone who clearly knew what he was doing, the company really had good communication, and they reduced the frustration rather than adding to it.
I used Hiller to install a mini-split in the room above my garage. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. The electrician, Jacob, went out of his way to help me with something else he noticed me struggling with. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with their entire crew! I will absolutely be using Hiller for other things in the future!!

The plumbers installed a new water heater and showed me what had happened to my old water heater (damage from electrical wiring burn out). They worked diligently and cleaned up after the instillation was complete. The electricians installed the wiring for the new water heater. I greatly appreciated the electricians and the work they completed. They explained every step to me and reviewed the work before they left and cleaned up. I had a lot of questions regarding options for future electrical work and they took the time to explain each option to me. I was very happy with the plumbers and electricians work. I had issues with toilet unable to flush and tank constantly seeping water, hiller plumbing came and work on it on April 18th 2023. In a couple of weeks the toilet flush issue re-occurred and when I reached out to customer care, they asked for another 69 dollars for a visit and stated it’s technician’s call if the issue is occurring because of parts he replaced then the visit fee will be waived off. Since the same problem occurred in a gap of few weeks, will Hiller not have any warranty on the work done? The same problem has re-occurred. A more justified way would be to schedule a free visit and if the issue is determined for a different reason, then the charges should be discussed. I am really unhappy with the quality of service and the fact that they do not have a good after sale service since the same issue happened in a few weeks!

Hiller is a great company! Dependable and reliable, my family and friends agree that you all employ great people. We had a spot in our ceiling that was slowly starting to grow over a three week time period. I called late Friday evening and they sent over a technician on Tuesday at the time of my choice, Trevor Mottern, and he quickly diagnose the issue being a leak in the CPVC pipe, due to the age of the house (over 20 years old). Not only did he fix the leak but he also did some other minor repairs to our faucet and sink in our kitchen and master bathroom. He also recaulked some molding that was loose on the bathtub. Very professional, very timely, on all the repairs took a total of 2 hours and that is including testing and patching the drywall, using painter’s tape, to ensure the job was complete. Trevor was outstanding and went the extra mile every step of the way every time I had another issue he faced it and solved the problem and then educated me on what the problem was and also how to prevent it if it could be prevented. I really appreciate his professionalism and also the safety measures he took knowing that we are all still going through the pandemic caused by COVID-19. I can’t say enough about how much Trevor satisfied the job and then some. Chandler was super helpful and accommodating and even came on Christmas Day to repair our burst pipe. He had the best disposition for having to work during a holiday. We are incredibly grateful for his help.

I had water leaking in my garage, and a week later I called Hiller plumbing. When the guy came, he cut the garage wall and said when running hot water, the leak is coming from hot water pipe. Then, Jack came and suggested that the water heater also be replaced since it was almost 9 and 1/2 years old, which made sense so I agreed. I was told $4500 will be the total cost for fixing the leak and replacing the heater. I was confused since the price was much higher than I was expecting. Jack explained the contractor will need to open up the wall in the closet of the master bathroom and accessing the water piping, replacing section of the hot and cold waterlines in this area, and repairing the wall would be a heavy work for contractors. I signed the deal still feeling confused about the total cost. After few days, the hiller pluming came and fixed the leak and replaced the heater. When the two contractors came in and fixed the leak, they did not actually need to break the wall in the closet. They were able to just access it from garage wall which was much easier to fix and they replaced a piece of hot water pipe. Another guy (not Jack) came while the work was in progress, I asked if the price would be adjusted now since the actual scope of work changed, and the answer was no. In summary, I ended of paying $4500 for replacing a piece of hot water pipe and the water heater. Of course, I understand the labor cost is included, however even with that I do not think the cost reasonable. Unfortunately, I only realized it after speaking with few of my neighbors with similar issues. If only, I had requested quotes from few other service providers, I could have saved about $2500 or more. I appreciate the people who got the job done but I do not think I will ever consider Hiller Plumbing for any of my future projects.

Did not fix the problem. Replaced brand new tank parts that were put in a month ago thinking that was the issue, but resolved nothing and charged $177.00.Hiller reached out immediately and came back the next day. They went out of there way to diagnose and repair the toilet.The technicians were wonderful and I was very satisfied with the results. Thank you Hiller!
Good service and kind people. $75 service fee... but decent turn around on service time (next day), great communication on when tech would be here, who it would be, how much an assessment will cost (love the transparency). Didn't ultimately solve my problem but was a worthwhile first step in the right direction.

As the technician was replacing my water heater, he thought he noticed a problem with the wiring, so he asked for an electrician to check on it. The electrician found that there was a problem, so he fixed it. I'm glad he did because there could have been more problems later.
Hiller Company installed a new AC unit for my upstairs bonus room. They did a professional job and the price was the same as a competitor. I'm glad I used Hiller. Plus they had the best warranty.

AC went out a week ago. Hiller had a tech, Devon, here within hours. Replaced Freon and presented options. Two days later, at my convenience, project manager Ronny came to inspect and review options. Today, again at MY convenience, Alexander replaced our 14 yo unit. Everyone was extremely helpful, bent over backwards to accommodate us—Alexander even took the time to split our payment up between credit cards I use to earn points!! The cost of Devon’s initial work and the Freon was deducted from the cost of our new unit. This is not my first rodeo. As a long-time home owner and savvy consumer, I can not recommend Hiller enough. Grateful for such great people in my community.

The technician was very nice and arrived in posted manner. It was a service call for a service check on a tankless hot water system. I want to amend my earlier review, they came back and addressed my concerns and stopped the leak and made sure nothing further was dripping and also cleaned the screens on faucets and it works great. Very pleased with the service tech and service.
The Hiller team was exceptional. They were very professional and went out of their way to get a new furnace installed the same date as we got a quote. And the installer was even able to find a lost family ring which he didn’t need to do. Will definitely use the Hiller team for upcoming projects.

After talking with him about my situation, he made it right and I feel comfortable again recommending Hiller...if anything, they care about the customer.Without being asked or prompted, I am changing my review, if for anything, they followed through on customer satisfaction and I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you Hiller!Original: Two stars for friendly initial contact with the Hiller operator/scheduler, and the technician responding before the proposed time.My heating unit was not heating on a Saturday. Called Hiller and they arranged an appt. for Sunday late afternoon. The technician was able to come early afternoon (I wasn't there but he interacted with my wife). Nothing was fixed on Sunday; the unit and thermostat was inspected, but he told my wife that he would have to come back Monday. But the fact that he did come out even though he did not do anything on Sunday, I still got charged for the weekend service ($99 vs $69).The tech told my wife that the way everything was setup, the unit should never have been working. But up to that point, we were getting both heat and air. My wife said that tech wasn't disrespectful, but she still got a funny feeling from the interaction.The next day, I was there to interact with the same technician. And we had the same discussion about the unit never working correctly. Again, the tech was not disrespectful outside of his disbelief that what I was telling him was not true.Long story short, he could never give me a reason WHY everything was not working correctly. Instead, he disappeared for about 30 minutes. When he reappeared, he had a salesman with him. He then quoted an absurd repair bill, and the salesman gave his little sales pitch to try and sell us a new $12,000 unit that we absolutely didn't need.I then paid someone local to take a look. Not only did he tell me nothing was wrong with my unit (and did not need replacement), he explained what was happening and WHY it was happening and how to fix it myself. Ten minutes later, everything was working like it was originally.I waited about 3 weeks to share this story/review. I could not believe my experience with Hiller and I will not be returning to use their services.

Kevin was the best plumber I’ve had in 50 years. Explained everything in advance and was totally knowledgeable about problems specific to older houses. He was amiable, professional, and helpful from start to finish. I would recommend him with confidence. Will call on Kevin and Hiller whenever I have plumbing problems.
They came out the first time and were very friendly and seemed to fix the problem, however it returned less than 2 months later. They sent someone else out to try and redo it and that just caused another problem that I had to get someone else to fix. I wouldn't use them again.It wouldn't have stopped me from using it in the future if everything had gone well, but I didn't appreciate that when I scheduled a late afternoon appointment I received multiple calls early in the day trying to get me to change the time earlier. That was what worked with my schedule and I couldn't do anything about it.

A perceived simple leak turned very serious. Jorge Valez from Hiller plumbing came to my rescue after a frantic call with three rooms deep in water. He repaired the problem in short order and my leak turned flood was solved. Jorge stayed til after 11p. He was professional and so understanding. I learned not to try these repairs with a relatives help. I will use all his timely advice and Hiller was well represented by this young man. I found a leak under my kitchen sink at 8 pm on a Thursday night. Water was spewing and causing damage to the inside of the cabinet. It turned out to be a bad valve. Hiller answered the phone immediately and had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The young men who arrived were so courteous, they knew exactly what they were doing, and were done relaxing the valve within 30 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable considering it was after hours. I highly recommend, will definitely use again!
Showed up same day on a Saturday, super knowledgeable and friendly. Did a way better job than I was planning to do myself. I'm very happy I called Hiller Plumbing. He educated me about new items installed and I am now installed to code with 2yr labor 6yr parts warranty. I paid 1175 for a 50gal replacement. Was expecting to spend about 700 to do it myself, but I would have used flex hose and shark bite connections which wouldn't have lasted as long and I wouldn't have a warranty, and the best part, is they installed a tank that handles expansion (that I didn't even know about). I'll get several more years out of this tank, versus what I was planning to do.Excellent

My repair technician was Justin W. Came in did a great job very patient very professional definitely we use them again ask for him again.
We had Hiller replace a cold water inlet in our bathroom vanity. We decided to have both hot and cold replaced, which they did, upgrading to PEX connections and shielded lines to the sink. It cost us a bit more than we expected, but was worth having it done well and done right. At the end, they made recommendations for replacing all the lines from PVC to PEX, and gave us bids on replacing the old sinks, which were worn. Overall, they provided excellent service and arrived earlier than scheduled (we were notified) since their schedule opened up.
My husband and I came home from a trip on the hottest day of the year and our air conditioner was broken. We called three companies to get a quote. The Hiller technician showed up in a bright white company shirt!!! I immediately knew we had found the right company. He was honest, kind, respectful and funny!! When you can tell a couple that they have an expense they had no plans for and make them laugh, you have won us over. It was going to take a few days to get the job done so before sunset the tech had window (air conditioners) placed in key rooms of our home. We had company from out of town that weekend and they could hardly tell the air conditioner was broken!! Fast forward to a year later!! Our house has a better unit than it had when it was built. The house is evenly cooled and or heated. We exclaim daily that we are forever Hiller customers. All this to say....Hiller is an honest, trustworthy, fair, helpful, and humorous company!! Nicest gentleman fixed our problem ! Adding to this post, the fix lasted 3 days? I had to get someone else in before hiller could work me in the next day as we had company here. It ended up only being a water problem in the pan. So was disappointed.
This is the second time that Hiller has come to the rescue on an emergency electrical issue at our house. (First time, a tree limb fell on the power line, and this time, we had a serious issue with the electrical feed to the house.). Both times we've been nothing but impressed. They come at all hours, do their work with promptness and professionalism, and had our electricity back running very very quickly.

The technician, Jeff Rust, was courteous, friendly, professional, and thourough. He arrived at 7:30PM, having worked a full day already, but didn't rush his work, never hinted that he was tired or anxious to get done and get home (which he quite understandably must have).He finished the work some time after 10:30. And after cleanup and paperwork it was almost 11:00PM. While he was efficient in his walking us through the closing formalities, he never once seemed as though he was hurrying through it so he could leave.Because he had been so professional and so nice, just before he left, we offered him a $50 tip. While dealing with a leaking hot water tank friends suggested we call Hiller Plumbing. We were hesitant at first but are so glad we took their advice. Customer service is rare these days but not at Hiller. Everyone from beginning to end were helpful, friendly, polite and went the extra mile to please. Mandy helped us by scheduling our semi emergency installation when we asked for it to be done. That was truly appreciated as we had a very full week ahead. Our Project Manager, Webb Thomas, was very nice to meet and deal with. He explained everything so that even we could understand it! He gave us a fair price and several options. Our Plumbing Service Technician, Ali Moradi, was the best ever. Being perfectionists ourselves, we couldn't have asked for a better match. Ali is respectful, helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He spent nine hours in a very hot garage installing our tankless system. We can't say enough about this hard working young man. He made an otherwise unpleasant job a very good experience. We highly recommend Hiller, Webb and Ali to anyone needing plumbing and heating services.

I only give it 4 stars because the labor seems quite unreasonable. $377 for a person to come out and change an AC fuse? The fuse was $80.00 and my bill was $450 with a discount. Super nice people and professional but the labor seems to be a racquet.
We called yesterday and they showed up the next morning (less than 24hrs) to have the outlet in our island fixed. It cost a little over $200 but so worth it! Thank you fellas. Will definitely use Hiller in the future.
Steve 1st came out on a weekday to take care of my toilet that the water was running.So we changed the pump and then he had to come back the following week on Fri. 7/22/2022 to fix the leak at install 3 faucets. He bought a helper with him and he was very professional as well. He really did impress me how proficient he was as a Young man. The young man was so good you would think he was in the business for 10 to 15 yrs. He definitely could teach some young adults how to behave & how to be Suave in the way they do business. Only reason I didn’t give one star is because they were quick to respond and send someone out. I had someone come because of a wet spot on our carpet that was not drying and starting to smell of mildew. After he “inspected,” he stated in his invoice “he could smell urine,” and “there is no water leak” thus his conclusion was that one of our dogs urinated. After knowing that wasn’t the case we got a second opinion and found a massive leak from our shower that I’m shocked anyone could have missed. So not only did they not find the source, they lied about smelling urine. Would not recommend.
I'm overjoyed at the services provided by Hiller! They tend to be pricey but very competent. I had an excellent experience with them installing a standby generator right before the last snow storm. The team arrived on time, was totally professional, and did an outstanding job. I am a Happy Hiller Club member and utilize the full spectrum of services there.

We had frozen pipes and had no water for 24 hours. We had to call late at night to get help. Hiller came the next morning and took great care of us! They were prompt, courteous and very helpful! Their prices were upfront and economical too. I will call Hiller next time I have a need!

First off, the technician that came out was wonderful. Very kind and professional. The main problem I have is Hiller charged me 99 just to tell me my dishwasher was broken (I already knew that) but they don’t work on pumps. I wish they had said that when I schedule the call so I could have gone with another business. I had to pay 99 dollars to get information I already had and nothing fixed.
My plumber was punctual, courteous and very professional. Andrew assessed the problem with my upstairs toilet and gave me an estimate with labor and parts. He finished the repair without any delay. I will definitely call and request him for future repairs.

Nathan was so kind and professional. He offered me options and even had a project manager, Will, out to my house within 30 min. They were very patient while I discussed everything with my husband. I paid for a new HVAC system for my home. The installation was sadly done poorly. Within a few days the heaters weren't working. The first opportunity I had to use the air-conditioning, all 6 of the units didn't work. When the technician came out, he showed me that a few of the units weren't even wired up. We are happy with Hiller. During the recent cold wave, our furnace went out, we contacted our usual HVAC company which we've done business with for a couple of years. They were not able to help us in a timely manner. In desperation we contacted Hiller, which we'd never done any business with. They agreed to send a technician the next day (the other gave us an appointment 4 days later). The technicians were courteous. They discovered a problem and repaired it with the understanding that there might be other problems. There was another problem that didn't show up for a couple of hours. When we got back in touch, they returned quickly and fixed the remaining problem. We decided to buy a new HVAC system from them. They came on time. Their initial estimate was that the installation would take about 6 hours. It turned out to take about 12 hours. None-the-less, there was no additional charge. The system has been working for about a day, now. It seems that the work was effective. We are happy.

Our ac has been out for almost 3 weeks. We had to wait 2 for a part that they didn't have in stock (which is understandable) but what isn't is the fact they completely overlooked the motor (which was bad as well and was marked to be replaced last year as well according to their records, but wasn't because the said it was fine) on the first visit extending our repair another week. Now because of an employee family emergency they do not have any tech to come out to fix our ac at the scheduled time. Ac is still broken, this is unacceptable, you have the part and tecs, fix it.

Hiller is just fine if you need someone decent to come out quickly. They have an army of people. That's their strength. We've used them before for one-offs and small repairs. So, when we decided to do a major renovation, we thought of them for the electrical. Overall, it was fine, but not remarkable. I think the project was possibly too big/complicated for them. The guys kept remarking that they don't typically do large electrical installs. I had to follow them around and make sure they did all of the work and did it correctly. No one was really managing the project. Different people would come out and not really know what had been done previously or what needed to be done.I had to manage the project way more than I had anticipated. Again, overall, fine but unremarkable.

Hiller has always been very responsive and has great customer service after the sale. The tech who installed my water heater was prompt and professional and went above and beyond. Hiller also installed my HVAC a few years ago, and it has been very good as well. They are not always the cheapest option (although the water heater quote was more competitive than I expected), but their service and responsiveness make it well worth the cost.

I chose water heater repair but they actually added a booster to our water heater. They were done very quickly but did the job well. Always call Hiller! They won't let you down.
Unresponsive. We are members of the “Happy Hiller Club”, which appears to have no value. On May 1, the earliest date available for AC tuneup was June 25. Today (June 25) they called to say they are too busy and are unable to come until July 15. So as a member of the Happy Hiller Club is takes 2.5 months to get an appointment!!! I’m not delighted nor am I happy. We will let our membership expire.

I had a leaky valve on my toilet and there was a steady stream of water. I called Hiller at 7:03 am and a repairman was at my home at 8:10 am. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with the speed of someone getting to my home to prevent damage - Tim was very pleasant, efficient and told me that he’d finish up quickly so that I could get to work. The cost was pleasantly affordable and the service was excellent!I am a fan! I’m planning to change my HVAC maintenance due to the excellent service that I received today.Thank you so much!
Called Hiller in a crisis, another local company had been out to my house and had not been able to fix my AC in four visits. Hiller came out same day, figured out the issue the other company had missed and fixed it immediately. Justin Woodard is who came out and he was extremely professional, talked me through everything and showed me exactly what the issue was.

The outdoor electrical panel was loose and in turn the electricity for my entire house was out. Setting appointment and getting a tech couldn’t have been easier. They send you a picture of your tech for confirmation and you can track them as they are driving to your house. Had a toilet replaced and our tech Jeffrey was early, thorough and neat. In addition to the toilet replacement, he answered all our questions about replacing our hot water heater. Alex and Hank were great to work with. They kept us informed each step of the duct cleaning process and showed us the results of the smell that was coming in our home. My AC stopped working on a hot day. Hiller fit me in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next day - but much earlier in the day than I expected. The price for the faulty part seemed high and the technician questioned it - saved me ~$200. Very, very happy!!!

Your technician, Troy, was a delight. He was polite and personable. He is so knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He thoroughly explained our options. He had to get a part from a store 30 minutes before it closed. With traffic and the time of day, there is no way he could have made it before closing so he made arrangements with a coworker who was near the store to get the part before the store closed. If he had not done that we would have been without AC for another miserable night. He worked diligently and efficiently and has such a great demeanor. He is exactly the kind of employee you want representing the Hiller name. We truly appreciate him and we hope Hiller does as well. Jealous of the high reviews others have! Hiller may be happy about this temp reading but our family sure isn't. Was told 72 hours was the quickest Hiller could come stand behind their 3.5 year old system. I'm thinking if I were a new customer maybe I'd get better attention. Their competitor came 2 hours after I called. Will cost me a lot more to have someone fix what Hiller is suppose to warranty but isn't in a hurry to stand behind. People on the phone were courteous although losing a customer didn't seem to be a disappointment to one of the reps.
I trust Hiller with everything my home requires. They may not be the least expensive option, but they are the right decision. All the work we’ve had done through Hiller has been done well and with a warranty. They come when they say they will and have extremely professional and friendly technicians. Their motto is 100% true also.. Happy you’ll be or the service is free. Jimmy Hiller himself took care of one small issue we had a couple of years ago and gave us a full refund as well as made sure the service was correct. From Heating and air to whole home generators to changing light fixtures and repairing toilets, Hiller will take of you!

If you want to be left in the heat, your service to be dragged on for weeks, and the added benefit of ridiculous pricing, Hiller is your place.I started my Hiller journey on Friday, April 29th. I was told that my HVAC issue was actually an electrical issue, so I called a Hiller electrician. He told me that it was an HVAC technician issue, so after paying $70 to the same company who would ultimately end up attempting to fixing the issue, I had an HVAC technician come out the same day. This technician told me that it was an electrical issue. So begins the runaround.The HVAC Technician tried anyway to fix a few things while Facetiming his supervisor, but unfortunately no results. I was told that I would be contacted first thing Monday to fix the issue, but never heard a word.I called back on Tuesday, May 3rd, to see what was happening. They told me they tried reaching out on Monday via phone and email. This is a lie. I was never contacted and had to call them back to finish the job they began.I was then told that they couldn't fit me into their schedule until Friday, May 6th, one full week after my initial appointment. Please keep in mind the second floor of my house still has no AC.On Friday, May 6th, a Technician and supervisor came out to my house and worked on the HVAC system until 5pm. I was then told that they fixed the original issue, but now have a different issue that would need to be fixed. Still no AC.They couldn't fix the issue that night, but I was told that I could pay an extra $300 to have it fixed on Saturday. I'm not made of money, so I said I would wait until Monday. They agreed.Monday, May 9th, I received a call stating that they couldn't fix my HVAC until Thursday May 12th, due to waiting for the part to ship. Which is odd, because I could have paid $300 extra to have it fixed the previous Saturday. Was the additional $300 to pay for express shipping, or for the labor of a company who advertises 24/7/365 service? I'm not sure, would love to get to the bottom of that one.Thursday, May 12th, I'm scheduled for a technician to come between 1-3pm. at 2:30 I was told that it would now be closer to 4-5pm. At 6pm I call to see why no one is here, and why I have not been updated. I was then told that 7pm is when I could expect someone. Call back at 7pm, now 9pm is the earliest. Never mind, now it seems like they won't be able to fit me in until Friday May 13th.They can't even give me an appointment time on Friday, they say that I have a work in appointment, which means that if a technician has time between scheduled visits they will swing by my place. How is this possible when my scheduled appointment the day before was missed due to no fault of my own? The questions are starting to pile up, and all I'm left with are vague answers and the comfort of an 80 degree house.It is now Friday and I speak with customer service. All they can tell me is that it looks like they will be coming today. They offered no other solutions except I hope someone will be there soon. No one ever came. At 5pm I called back to cancel my service.Overall I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service of Hiller. I would ask for help from literally any Joe Schmoe with a wrench before dealing with anyone from this company again.
After arriving home from vacation, I noticed that our HVAC unit was not working properly. I called Hiller plumbing, heating and electrical here in Nashville to come check it out.My technician arrived on time to provide an outstanding service and suggestions on next steps. I was very pleased with the service.
We have used Hiller over many years and several houses and are always pleased with the work done. On a couple of occasions we have gone with a cheaper service and quickly regretted doing so. The pricing for their services is not the cheapest, but seems to always come out far ahead in terms of value for the quality. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any job.
Dominic came out to fix a light that was broken. Ended up upgrading our whole kitchen to LED. Very professional and courteous. He asked if there were other issues that needed attention. There was. another “large company” were non responsive to a Rinnai tankless they installed 3 years ago. They did not install it properly. Dominic called and had one of there techs come out. He was there within the hour and I ended up getting a system from Hiller. See, Rinnai and this other company kept dragging their feet, stating that we had to jump through many hoops to get the warranty for their product that was under warranty -blah blah blah. So, I should just replace the system. So I did. With Hiller. We are now very happy.

The maintenance visit was fine. However, we had the tech install a failsafe device on our hvac and it keeps shutting our hvac off. Unhappy with how this has gone. My experience with Hiller was phenomenal. I called them early in the morning after waking up to a home without AC and they were able to squeeze me in in less than 2 hours. The technician who showed up, Chad, was extremely professional and was quick and efficient in his services. He identified the issue in no time and repaired my unit at the lowest cost to me. In the past I have been skeptical about using the biggest name in the industry but not this time. There’s a reason Hiller is number 1 in Nashville!

I was glad they fixed my AC, but then after a while (it took a long time to cool down the overheated house) I realized the tech had fixed it in such a way that it would not respond to the thermostat and the only way to shut it off was to shut off the breaker. When I called to get it fixed again, I was told I had to wait until the next night after 8pm. My honest feeling is that if it’s your mistake you fix it ASAP. I genuinely felt they needed to find a way to fix it sooner. I realize the scheduling is tight right now, but this was their technician’s mistake. I am disappointed twice in this experience. Let’s hope this gets fixed when a tech finally gets here.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Hiller was the only plumbing service (out of 3 that we called) that responded immediately to our phone call. While we had to wait several hours for an available technician, when one became available we were kept very well informed on his estimated arrival. He (Garrett Hall) was extremely pleasant, courteous, and explained what he was doing to resolve our problem. He had us back in business in a short amount of time. We’ve never used Hiller before this, but they have our business now!
Very wet and rainy day. Our technician, Ben, arrived early and he began explaining his process. We then went to check out the plumbing needs and locations of where the service was required. Very funny guy, he established rapport and trust almost immediately. He explained the extra that was needed for our plumbing needs to get the property to code. He laid out all the details for the cost and a timeline. Since it was a wet and rainy day, he laid out rugs and other barrier material to minimize any tracking of mud or debris from his trips outside to inside. Matt serviced my home on 8/19/2022 in the East Nashville area. He was on time, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, explained the services needed well (and provided pictures) throughout the entire maintenance service. One issue required a second employee and they were quick to respond and assist Matt. It was an expensive tab but well worth every penny. I would trust Hiller with all your heating and cooling needs!
Second experience with Hiller Nashville that is just 10/10. Customer service on the phone is super helpful, and the maintenance team members who come out are excellent. Justin Woodward who came to my house today did an amazing job, was very thorough and is just an all around wonderful human. I'd give him 6 stars if Google would let me!

We use Hiller for almost everything in our home. We recently got a whole house water filtration system. The installation was a little bumpy mainly because it’s a complicated setup which is why it’s an advantage going with a company that employs both plumbers and electricians. We had a problem, of course on the weekend, and they sent out a technician. They fixed it in about an hour. I’m very pleased with Hiller and would happily recommend them to anyone for plumbing, electrical and a whole house water heater.

I had a very difficult time arranging with my HOA general maintenance, involving turning off the water. I did not realize how lucky I was to have Hiller help me with this task! They came 3x (due to HOA issues) despite having to wait 2 hours for a no-show and a difficult neighbor who began banging on walls. I'm very grateful to have been recommended their services and that they were able to do their job despite these unfortunate events. They are fair, professional, and highly qualified. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family members.

During the initial consult, the Project Manger ask me who would set the fixtures for a bath remodel. My response was I want Hiller since this is your specialty so there are no issues in the future. When the technician was here to finish running the drain lines he informed me there is an additional charge to set fixtures. Why would the project manager not include this in the initial price when the contract was signed? I feel the Project Manager was dishonest. I've made (3) calls to the home office requesting to speak with a Manager, -as of today---- CRICKETS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR USE HILLER PLUMBING AGAIN.

Hiller was an amazing company to work with over the last week. They were cheerful and felt like we were a part of their family. HVAC replacement and costs can weigh heavy on a family but they walked us through with ease and where fast in their service and call backs. I would recommend them over and over!! Was hard to determine what was causing gas heater to cut out. It was down to two parts that could have caused the problem, and after they replaced one part and that didn't solve the the problem they replaced the second part, which did fix it. Only charged me for the first (less expensive) part since it was their mistake. Excellent and honest service. Would definitely use Hiller again.
Kevin was our service man. He was extremely professional and courteous. He unclogged our toilet and installed new faucet set and garbage disposal in our kitchen. He completed the job timely and cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend this company to anyone. We were very satisfied with the service and timeliness they provided.

Why my husband and I use Hiller commercial and home services: From first contact with the representative who answers your call, there is a team of installation and repair professionals who are highly trained and equipped to address your problems. The technicians not only listen to your particular situation, they explain what options you have available to you. These people not only work for Hiller, they work for you, the customer. They treat your property with respect and clean up before they leave. The corporation and team want you to be satisfied. Other companies, franchises and individual contractors did not live up to our hopes, if they showed up at all. My husband and I have used Hiller for water connection to the city, AC repair, toilet replacement, and complete heat/ac replacement. We have never been disappointed at all with Hiller or their people. We would not hesitate to call them for future needs. Bottom line, Hiller Makes Our Home Happy!

They were prompt , explained the installation and completed within 3 hours.
Shower single handle only putting out all Hot or all Cold, had already changed cartridge myself, but problem came back after couple days; Ian was super helpful and patient, tested our pressure which was 120, cartridge only rated up to 80, so he recommended installing Pressure Regulator valve, and he helped get air out of line that was causing knocking sounds! So far so good, I put in another cartridge and still working after a couple days. Work was well done, appointment set quickly, he showed on time, explained all work thoroughly, was such a great help and now we're able to have our upstairs guests happy! Choice Home Warranty was a waste of time and money; we pay $39/mo and when need help, takes 2-4 days to get a visit, costs $45 when they walk in, then have to wait 1-2 days for approval, & their person never got back to me to schedule the work. That's when I replaced the cartridge the first time cost me $35 at Home Depot and a little time. Would have taken another week or two for them to return when the cartridge wasn't the main problem! Thanks Hiller, for sending a Happy Face Truck to make our faces Happy again!!!

We had a leaking water heater. HiLee came out within two hours. Eryk was polite and very informative. He presented me with a couple of potential problems and was able to resolve the issue within 30 mins. I would highly recommend Hiller.
We use Hiller for SO many things and they’ve always been AMAZING! Recently we had Truman come to our house and he was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Hiller for taking such great care of us and treating us like Family.
I had a random water seepage from under my wall with no apparent source. I called, they came, they conquered! Turns out my AC condensation drain had gotten gunked up over time and was backing up. All better now! Thanks!
Your technician was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate him fixing our unit and answering my questions. However I am completely dissatisfied with the price. The issue was a wire jacket that melted in 2 spots. My bill was 202 for him to put tape around the spots. The service call was 69 dollars. While he did have to undo some panels and check a few things, I don't believe it was another 130 dollars worth of effort. Your tech did his job and the complaint is not him. It's the pricing . I will think very long and hard about using you for my future service. Again, your tech was great and I don't want my decision to most likely not utilize your company to be placed upon his shoulders as he did his job.

Totally professional from beginning to end. Website is great, scheduling was easy and it let me upload a video of the problem so the techs were prepared when they got here. Two techs showed up which was impressive. They kept us updated, got the job done, and cleaned up the whole area where they worked. Price was very reasonable. First class job.
Update: Our home was re-plumbed by Hiller the end of October 2022. As of mid-January 2023, management has been in contact with us and they have inspected work that was performed by their employees (1/12/23); they have rectified all known plumbing issues (1/20/23). Unfortunately, the excessive drywall damage and damage to washing machine is our expense. I modified review from 1-star to 3-star.*******************************************************************“Happy You'll Be or the Service is Free™.“Not true! We have used Hiller in the past and have been pleased with their service. Hiller had done their annual plumbing inspection and never once stated their concern with the NIBCO, Inc. piping until the last leak occurred. After research, we discovered that there was a class action settlement against the manufacturer (NIBCO, Inc.). We knew the plumbing had to be replaced. We contracted Hiller to re-plumb our home thus removing the NIBCO, Inc. PEX piping. Numerous requests have been made for senior management to contact us to no avail. Not all of the NIBCO tubing was replaced, unnecessary drywall removal/damage, excessive drywall cutting, drywall debris left on top of upper cabinets, damage to top of front load washing machine & the list goes on! Please note, I only attached photos from one room…the laundry room. Now multiply that damage to three bathrooms and a kitchen.
After a long day of dealing with sewage back up and our landlord being out of town, we were so grateful for Gregory F. who came out for an emergency servicing after hours. He arrived and got to work quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. He took the time to explain the situation, was very clear and did not talk down to us even though we don’t know very much about the system, and he was also funny which was much needed after the stress the back up had caused us. This was my first experience with Hiller and if it were up to me and not a landlord I would still make them my go-to. Thank you, and thank you Gregory! You really saved the day.

We used Hiller to install 2 hvac systems in our house and we're very impressed. First, the Project Manager David went to bat for us and came thru with an awesome deal that beat another large hvac company. Second, the installation crew, Carl and Cameron were fabulous! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Super nice guys! They worked so hard at this job and my husband and I had zero concerns that this job would be done right. There was no cutting corners with these guys. If there was an issue with installation, they tirelessly worked thru it. We bought a warranty pkg with Hiller for our units and believe we'll be just as satisfied with their service. An all around great experience, thanks Hiller!

I was notified by text with a picture of the electrician (Jason) 45 minutes before he arrived and I also received a call notifying me he was on his way. I was given a 2 hour window and he made it right at the beginning of the window. While he was here, he explained everything he was doing and gave an honest opinion of what needed to be done, which was not the most expensive option. He was very friendly and personable. He had some stickers and a ball that he gave to my 2 year old. I highly recommend Hiller and will be using them for my future home repair needs.

So this was not actually a repair. This was resetting a power vented water heater, which may or may not have been installed correctly even though there was a very serious incorrect installation about six or seven years ago, but that’s a moot point now. I couldn’t be at home during this process, but the technician who called me was very professional and we had a good conversation about the situation. My main grievance is that I had to pay for them to hit a button to reset a water heater that is really not mechanically proper or customer friendly. At least he did bring the price down about $100. The whole thing was very discouraging, but I really appreciated the professionalism of the technician.

Benjamin was professional in every aspect to include extremely knowledgeable, detailed in his work and explaining, used symmetries when cutting and taping the drywall for a perfect finish. I was at eased with him working on our main living space. I had some unique issues with a new washer hookup I never used that caused an odor and an old bathtub faucet that's been worked on several times. Benjamin is gifted with his craft and explaining to his customers, which helped me on making the best decisions.
