Leak Detection of Tennessee

I had a major water leak (12 gallons per minute) and 700' of water line that we had only a general idea of where it was laid, including under pavement, concrete, and ground. Fortunately, called Leak Detection of TN. Regan Ziegler - the owner - responded, and thanks to very sophisticated equipment was able to locate the leak through hydrogen added to the water line. I had men and excavation equipment onsite to dig and repair. While he was there, Regan was able to locate and mark the waterline - a huge bonus for future work. Highly recommend!

Regan was very professionals and called and text me to let me know when he could get here he drove over 2 hours one way to help me find the leak on a line 3700 feet from meter to the house would use Regan again if ever needed to he marked the leak with marking paint and called the project manager to let them know what he found on his way home he was concerned about if we got the leak fixed so he would know how it turned out because I was going to get my backhoe and dig it out myself and fix the leak I just didn't know where to dig until he marked the line with one color and and the leak in the line with a different color so I would be able to know where to dig with the least damage to the line

11-03-2021 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you my sister that was going to have the surgery didn't get to have it before she passed and we have been dealing with the funeral so I just got back to it called 811 to mark the utilities and the phone company said they plowed in fiber right where you marked it so when we dug up the line you could see where you marked the leak so we repaired the spot you marked and replaced the PRV and turned on the water at the meter the wheel didn't move at all so you found the leak for me there is no way I would have been able to find the leak in the 3700 foot line without digging it all up so Thank You for saving us the money of replacing the whole line I will be recommending you to all my friends & family if they want to find the leak

REGAN IS AWESOME!! We live in a townhome on a slab and knew we had a huge leak somewhere and every plumber told us we were losing gallons a minute but couldn’t locate our line or leak. Because of these factors, we were either not getting calls back or estimates above 6k, which included excavation and lots of destruction inside our home to repipe the whole house.

I strongly recommend Leak detection of Tennessee! Regan is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. It was amazing that he can detect water leaking even the leaking is about 2.5% of a gallon per minute! I realized water leaking issue between the water meter and our house a month ago, then I have tried to contact companies to locate and fix. The first company asked me to replace the whole pipe because they cannot detect the leaking due to the same amount of leaking (4 gallons per hour) and offered me a quote (around 4K). Then, I asked a big leak detection company and was told that they cannot detect because of the same reason. Finally, I contacted Regan and told him the leaking situation. He told me that he should be able to detect it. He taught me about the method and mechanism of leaking detection and worked with me, and finally detected the leaking spot within one hour. The price is also very reasonable. Due to his successful detection, it saved me a lot of money.

Leak Detection of Tennessee delivers outstanding service at a fair price. Located a leak isolated within 200 yards of water main, running up a steep packed gravel driveway, with no visible evidence of a leak. Actual leak was within 6 inches of the marked location.

We had a water leak on the main line post meter at our home. We have a very long water line and could not pinpoint the source of the leak. Regan came out a few days earlier than we had originally scheduled and found the leak under our driveway within the first hour he was there. He saved us a ton of money in being able to spot fix the problem as opposed to replacing the entire line. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation!!

I found Leak Detection of Tennessee via google search on my phone and Regan was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and was so quick to come help when I was losing all hope. Here's my back story: I received a notice on my door from the water company stating unusual usage. When I called they told me that my normal average monthly usage was 4300 gallons but I was at 43,900 gallons! There was no sign of a leak anywhere inside my home nor anything visible outside of my home. I had three different plumbing companies come out, none of which were able to find a leak but all of which told me it had to be a slab leak and it was going to cost me a small fortune. I called my homeowners insurance to try to make a claim but since there was no visible/physical damage to my home, I was on my own to pay whatever the cost of repairs may be. I was devastated to say the least. So I started searching the internet for leak detectors and came across Leak Detection of Tennessee. I called and left a message and Regan called me back within 20 minutes. I told him everything I had been through up to this point and we set it up for him to come to my house the very next day. He had a lot of high tech equipment and was so thorough with his testing and continually communicated and explained things to me throughout the entire process. Once he was certain that all his data added up and he pinpointed the location of the leak, he marked it with two screwdrivers, took pictures and documented his findings. When I called a plumber to come do the repair, he started digging right in between the two screwdrivers and sure enough, Regan hit the nail on the head! The leak was exactly where he had marked it! I had a huge water leak of 29K gallons in 3 weeks that was getting worse and called a plumber since I didn’t know where the leak was outside with no visible water or pooling. The plumber was able to find the leak was somewhere underground and recommended I call Leak Detection of Tennessee and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Regan, understood the urgency and was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning (Saturday!) and even explained his pricing to me upfront so that I understood the costs prior to his arrival which is amazing when you’re already stressed out in a situation like this. He arrived on time, super professional, knowledgeable, and was very thorough in explaining to me what he was going to be doing, what he was looking for, and how he would be using his equipment looking for it. He worked efficiently in not only locating the leak, but showed me the path of where my water line was in the ground (surprisingly not straight and bent in one area) and that there were not additional leaks. He recommended I video where he had marked my water line with orange spray paint for future reference and used blue spray paint to mark the area with a square where the water leak was. The plumber arrived 10 minutes after Regan left and dug exactly where the area had been painted blue. Bingo!! The water line attachment had broken and was spraying exactly where it had been marked. In times of high stress, an owner like Regan who was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday was such a blessing to my family. I would recommend this company with an owner that obviously takes pride in his business to anyone who has an underground leak. 24 hours without water stinks, but thanks to Leak Detection of Tennessee it wasn’t worse!

I cannot give Regan enough praise for the job he did helping us locate a leak! Every plumber that came to investigate our situation, left almost immediately after seeing our setup or would quote us an exorbitant amount of money to fix. We spoke with Regan on the phone and offered to come out to see what he could find. A little over an hour in, he had located our leak and marked its location within 3 inches. It was absolutely remarkable. Regan and his expertise saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in labor and repairs.

Regan was awesome. I was only leaking 7 gallons an hour. Everybody told me it would nearly be impossible. Regan attacked my waterline leak very methodically. His system is the Golden Standard. You can either call him or start digging. I highly recommend Him. He is also a very personable person with a passion about his job. His pricing was fair. I would highly recommend him.

Awesome and professional service. I was recommended to this company by my plumber in order to locate a leak in my main. Regan answered his phone immediately and was eager to get my house at the first chance. He stayed in contact with me for status updates on the leak until he made it my house. He asked for some assistance in order to not waist the customer’s time, I was happy to help. Not only did diligently work to fix the problem, he educated me while he worked. He found the leak in what I thought was great time and then stayed in contact with myself and my plumber until the issue was resolved. If you have a large property and have any outside leaks, I would make this this company your first call.
