Every part of the process was great. Ronnie was so knowledgeable and helpful and Santos & Foster did an amazing job!

This guy was fantastic. I needed a plug added to my data closet and a security light outside. He worked fast and was in and out in under 2 hours. Very reasonably priced and they warranty their work. they had to push me back a week to finish another customer and that was OK, but when it came to them showing up they were on time and efficient. Thanks again.

They stand behind their work. We had Maynard install new electrical lines, cans and plugs throughout an entire floor. Recently had a problem and they were extremely prompt to get us someone to make it right. The electrician was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to help us. It's possible you might pay a little more for mid-sized companies like Maynard but if/when something goes wrong, their customer service and support is completely worth it

Our septic tank pump wasn’t getting enough power which was preventing us from using water.Andy came out promptly on a Saturday. He resolved the issue & another issue we didn’t know about.Great customer service & will definitely use Maynard in the future!!

I called The Maynard Man on 12/7/2021 after ARS didn't call nor show up on 12/3/2021 after letting them know our heating system was blowing cold air. Maynard was able to fit me in the A.M. of 12/8/2021. I received a text message confirming my appointment a little after making it. I also received a text & call on 12/8/2021 letting me know my tech Kody was on his way. Kody was very professional & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything. He checked the system thoroughly & made sure it was working properly. It appeared ARS didn't turn on the EM Heat system when they installed the system last July. I've used Maynard before & will definitely use them again!!! Their Customer Service is EXCELLENT!!! Kody & Justin are Gr8!!!

Excellent and prompt service! Had to call on a Sunday morning for AC not working. They were there and fixed with in an hour.

They came & charged $10000 for new HVAC system installation on February this year. Stated they can’t use ours even if we buy a new one because we may buy cheap quality & they won’t do repairs if it’s ours. Well, we went with theirs & it has been issues after issues. More than 10 calls to this company. The heating system has been leaking not twice not thrice. Every time it rains there’s water leaking in the garage putting us at risk of mold. I don’t have time to be daily wiping the garage floor. I called 2weeks ago complaining of water leaking & thermostat.and they promised to send someone…..only thermostat was fixed. 2 weeks of water leaking. A lot of my stuff lying in the garage has been destroyed since the installation because of their poor services. I’m now servicing a loan for a product that’s just added pain.I’m so frustrated. Look for a better service providerUpdateThey followed up & repaired whatever was causing the problem. So far no issues. Moved from 1star to 2. Will update my review after 3 months

Lied to my face about not being able to work on my Unit, probably just didn’t want to work on it - he did mention it would be a larger job. Acted like they didn’t want to fool with it and wasted everyone’s time. Dishonest people

Warren and Luke were so nice and quick to get my water heater replaced after a scheduling delay by the office. They were very friendly and that calmed my agitation at the delay. I had hot water again in no time. They also added a shut off valve on the new heater. They cleaned up all the leaked water and carried their trash with them. They earned 5 stars!I appreciated their professionalism and hard work.

We had a very old water heater that had been serviced several times. We have a heavy hot water demand and we called Maynard (Todd S and Richard were our service techs) . They were excellent in diagnosing and servicing our plumbing systems. In fact, at no extra charge, they asked an electrician to verify our electric board safety and ensure they were not missing anything. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, attentive to detail and price sensitive. The techs gave us multiple options and we were up and running with a new water heater, water filtration system, and water descaler in no time at all. We would absolutely call this company again and use them for HVAC, electric, or plumbing.

I was almost ran off the road by an employee … speeding …I had 2 infants in my back seat he tried twice to run me outta the lane I occupied..to bully his way through to get to the off ramp from gallatin pike in hendersonville Tn to get to the gallatin ramp going towards gallatin Tn my back still hurts from slamming on my brakes kids weren’t hurt I called an the place and still no response ..I did take a photo.this happened at 11:00am on Wednesday june 30th 2021

Technician came out looked at the unit and told me my compressor was bad and said he was going to call later with a quote. Never called. I called another company out and they ran test compressor was good it was just low on refrigerant. And been working great ever since. Not to mention the tech drilled a screw into my lock trying to check the refrigerant but didn’t have a key.

These folks are committed to giving excellent customer service. When we had issues with a recently installed water heater, Todd and Richard came out to inspect the problem. They were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They put my wife at ease that they would take care of the problem, whatever it took... and they did. Even the folks who we dealt with on the phone (several, but I believe MacKenzie was one of them) were all extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the service and attention that we received. Thank you SO MUCH!

The office was a joy with, phones were answered promptly and politely. All questions were answered. We were under some time constraints due to the holiday and they went above and beyond to get us squeezed in. Two men came out and replaced all of the piping under the house in one day! i am very unhappy and disappointed with Maynard, i had a very bad experience. last Thursday i had requested a service call because my rental property ac was not cooling, the maynard tech came out and worked on it , but they did not fix it right the first time and the tech charged me $140, the next day, Friday, the ac was not cooling again and i had to call maynard again. the tech came out again and this time he said the capacitor needs to be changed. ac started working for a little bit, but again the next day on Saturday the ac stopped cooling again, i had to call maynard again. i called them around 4pm, but no one showed up the whole day. finally the next day i ended up calling another hvac company, and they fixed it right the first time and i havent had any problems since. i am very unsatisfied with maynard, and i seems that there techs are not qualified and dont know how to fix the ac issues

I pay for a home warranty through advanced home shield. I made a claim for a main line stoppage, and couldn’t get a plumber out to my house for more than 24hrs. I called Maynard and had a plumber at my house within two hours! Great service, very professional, I will continue to give them my business.

Our plumber Cory went above and beyond. We had 2 issues with our plumbing and he did a spectacular job on both. He was also very friendly and it didn't cost us near as much as we thought. Will be using Maynard for all our repair needs from here on out!

Had a new water heater installed.

Maynard was immediately responsive to my need for service. I was told they would try to fit me in and the doorbell rang within 30 minutes! Xavier could the mysterious noise and isolated it. He diagnosed it as damage to the surge protectors related to the recent restoration of power to our house.

Had all the copper plumbing in our house replaced with PEX. Super professional team, very fast and knowledgeable.

The repair that Jose did seems to be working. The rating is because he lied to me. He told me that: 1) The electric panel had been recalled and could cause a fire at any time; and 2) My home owner's insurance would no longer cover my home due to the defective panel. He then gave me a written quote for $6,000 to replace and rewire the panels. I told him I would think about it. First I went to the Internet and found no recall notices for the panels. Then I contacted my insurance company. The agent said that there was no such cancellation and that they were ticked that anyone would presume to speak for them. Now I have to wonder if I should be concerned about how well the repair was made and if there has been some sort of sabotage to the electric panel.

Roger, Luke, and Jeremiah took good care of us when we were in need. What they said they would do was performed just as they said. They were on time, very professional about things and were able to finish a little sooner than first thought. They also informed us of the issues and what they were doing to repair them. I would definitely recommend them and have them help us with future needs.

We were referred to Maynard by my in-laws. They highly recommended this company. Andrew started out by calling to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would be at our home. Then, he was just very nice, thorough in explaining what we needed to make our ac/heat unit work even better, and then even showed me what was going on with the unit so I would understand why he suggested certain services. That was helpful. Once we determined what we wanted to do, he was very professional and never wasted time getting the job done. We liked that he checked the unit to make sure it worked to our liking before he left. Although this was our first time using Maynard, we got the 2 times a year service plan too and I know we will be pleased based on today’s service!

Sorry this review took a bit but they sure didn’t take long to get my air taken care of from beginning to end these guys were wonderful. I was unfamiliar with the name but had a good feeling about them and boy was I right their name should be #1 I’m disabled and on next to no income but found myself at the end of last year where my 16 year old central air couldn’t be fixed any more and wondering how I was gonna get this done financially they were my lowest of three bids and I honestly don’t think they made anything they were here working for close to six hours two awesome installers. I was totally impressed they worked hard and were just as sweet as can be. I litterly believe God sent me three angels from Maynard, Mike and the two installers. They will ALWAYS have my business and everyone I can tell about them too!! They will be #1 if I and my gift to gab have anything to do with it!!! “Project Manger” quoted us 5x higher than the first employee said it would cost for one option. The best option was just ridiculously expensive. Installing 400$ (Lowe’s prices) of septic lines should not cost $5500 to install in a crawl space you can stand up in. I’m all about paying for experience and certifications, however, there is a point where it becomes absurd. The way in which the issues and how to fix them were explained to me seems as if the manager was betting on me having no clue what anything he was talking about means or what it took to do it.

We have had awesome experience with Maynard over the past few years. And today’s visit to replace (under warranty) the fan motor, was completed by Ken Rettig.Ken’s demeanor, attitude, professionalism was just amazing. He gave us the ‘old school customer service’ that is so lacking in today’s business world. I hope that Maynard is paying Ken well!! He is definitely an asset to their organization.

After many months of dealing with a very perplexing situation in trying to get factual information with regard to my mini split unit. The technician did a great job repairing the piping under my kitchen sink and installing a new disposal. Seemed reasonably priced. Greatly appreciated he was able to come out same day on a weekend when other similar companies told me they couldn’t come for a couple of days. Would use them again.

Josh Weaks came on 4-2-19 to perform our spring AC maintenance. He was here on time, courteous and was responsive to our request to maintain our system in an effective manner. When he left we felt good about the fact we were set for another season.

I have no idea how they got the reviews they got. Communication was terrible, The service was terrible. I had them come out and do warranty work on a brand new AC unit that they installed for my house a little over a year ago. They tried to charge me $850 for labor on something that would take 30 minutes to do. The man I had come out did it for $150 and said it would cost him less than $850 even with the part. Communication was terrible. And when I told them I was going to go with someone else they said they’d take off $400. In my opinion there not a company I’d do business.

We used Maynard Home Services when our HVAC unit needed to be replaced this summer, and they were fantastic from start to finish! We felt like a top priority - they came first thing in the morning when we realized our air conditioner wasn’t working, and they were able to install a new unit less than 24 hours later. And on a weekend no less! Santos was reliable, honest, and hard-working. He even came back on a Sunday to make sure it was running properly!We are Maynard customers for life! They take service seriously!

Roger, assisted by Richard from Maynard Plumbing arrived shortly after receiving our call regarding a blocked drain. Both gentleman presented themselves very professionally, Roger provided a full and completed description of what the problem may be and what they were going to do next. I had Maynard Man replace all of the water lines in my basement as well as from the street to my house. During the process of installing the water line from the street to my house they tore out a drainage line that my front gutters ran to, which took the water to my driveway. Instead of reconnecting the drainage line, they just buried the end of the downspout, which means the terminus of the downspout was run to my foundation. Fast forward 12 months later, every single rain, small or big has resulted in significant water pentation through my foundation. I've had significant foundation deterioration from all of the water draining straight to my foundation. I tried troubleshooting and it took finally dug up my bushes and landscaping to unearth the drain line to find this out. I’ve had several foundation companies out and was quoted roughly $8000 for fixes. I've called a number of times with no response. I am certain this has led to thousands of dollars of damage to my foundation.

The workman was knowledgeable, respectful and polite.

We woke up Saturday morning and discovered that there was no heat from one of our units. I called the main number for Maynard and spoke to an actual person, who took the message. Within about 90 minutes, Justin called to say he would be there in an hour. He arrived at the time he stated and got to work right away, in the pouring rain. After a while we felt the heat coming on. Justin told us that the problem was with fuses in a box attached to the house. He replaced the fuses and was on his way by 10:00. Justin was courteous and efficient, which is what I have come to expect from Maynard Select. I am especially grateful for his promptness, which allowed us to have our heat restored with a minimum of inconvenience to us. Thanks, Justin!

Had a AC drain clogged. They came out same day as a work on. Had me fixed in under an hour. The clog was awful and now it’s good as new. Highly recommend Maynard.

I had them come out and it took them three weeks just to get a quote for a compressor. Then I scheduled for them to come out, the Techniction couldn’t finish the job and had to leave to go to a doctor appointment. She came the next morning and still couldn’t get it working because the compressor that I just bought from them was defective. I would not work with this company at all. They are way too expensive and don’t even like communicating. I talked to the manager Tim this morning and he said he would call me back and I still haven’t heard any thing. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Just got completely ripped off. They replaced a condensation pump on an ac unit that costs 56.21 at Home Depot. The tech was here for less than 1 hour. They charged me $770. This is highway robbery. Make sure they quote you a price before the work is performed. This is very poor service from a company I have used for years. This will be the last time they are used by me.

I woke up to no heat on the coldest day this year. I called Maynard and Autumn, their customer service rep told me a technician would be out to help right away. Aric called on his way and arrived an hour after my initial call. He was well dressed, professional, and wore shoe covers any time he entered my home. He took his time diagnosing the problems with both systems and gave me clear options and pricing on the spot to fix the issue. I could tell they were busy, but he never rushed the process. He answered all of my questions very clearly and got my heat up and running that same day. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Maynard Select Team was fantastic. I had a leak under my concrete slab. it turned out to be a hot water line. I got two others to come out and give me estimates and recommendations. One large well know plumbing company and a local company beside Maynard Select. Both others told me I needed to have a leak detection company come out to to pinpoint the leak before they would do anything. Maynard came out for the estimate and to look at the issue and brought their own leak detection specialist, Kevin, with the right equipment(same stuff leak detection company would use - I called the detection company). They pinpointed the leak and they charged me less than I would have to pay the other company to find it.They were ready to start the next day on the repair when it would have been two or three days for the other big company to start after detection. Their price was very comparable. A little less that other big company and the local company was significantly more.Todd the lead technician and plumber was excellent at his job. They were professional and took every precaution to keep dust down during jackhammering the concrete. They built a tunnel of plastic to keep dust contained to the smallest possible area. They had to take out my sink and vanity. They were careful and when they put it back I only need to do some touch up to have it look exactly as before.They were very friendly, efficient and professional. Todd was the best and kept me informed. I was there while they did the work and Todd was great with me checking on him some. They sent the appropriate help each day they were there, people with the right skills to support and help Todd. They amazingly finished this job in 2 days. They fiound and fixed the leak on the first day so I had hot water again. Though they were long days for them. I will also say that they were prompt and there both days when they said they would be.I highly recommend Maynard Select Plumbing. Today was my heater check up, and Chris walked me through how the system looked and the piece that needed replacement. Chris was super helpful and told me he would see me in the spring for my air conditioning inspection. The guy I spoke with came out inspected everything thoroughly fixed what needed fixed and is helping us get other important things done to the home that needs it to keep the family safe, happy and was affordable.

Jeff did an excellent job installing a dehumidifier in our crawl space. He was very professional from the estimate to the install. He provided several solutions to our problem and helped us in choosing the best for our situation. He did a great job with the installation and his attention to detail was excellent. He took the time to show me the installation and explain the proper operation and maintenance for the unit. I highly recommend Maynard Select and am glad to have found a honest and reputable HVAC company.

They took over Watson heating and air which I had warranty (parts and labor on my unit). Technician misdiagnosed repair that wasn't covered by warranty. I paid $800 for this in which didn't fix the problem. Technician came back same day to fix the problem that was covered fully under warranty.

I'm very thankful for Maynard to come and help me because earlier someone from Maynard came and didn't do the right thing. so later when I called Maynard honored that and did an excellent job in a polite and fast and well worth it.

Called for a blocked drain. Plumber on call said they would unblock, then run the camera for free to check the pipe. When he got here he said “Oh, this pipe is clogged, camera won’t work” ummm I know it’s clogged, that’s why I called you. Then they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace the entire drain pipe. After I was done laughing he said they could hydrojet the line for $1300. I hate dishonest people. I’ll never call these guys again.

We purchased a new a/c system from Maynard a couple months back. We are happy to have choose them because they are all very professional and bilingual. Also there maintenance plans for the unit are very well priced. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Todd S. was our service person. He was on time for his appointment, very professional and knowledgeable about his work. We had water dripping in our garage from lines going into the laundry room. He had to cut out some old pipes and replace them. He did an excellent job on the repairs. I was impressed with his work skills. Maynard Select will be our go to people for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work any time we need their services.

Every experience I’ve had with Maynard has been great - the people are always kind, helpful and will take the time to answer any questions I have. Not to mention, they’re very reasonable on price. Do not hire this company. They will only ask for more money even if they show up for a service call. Don't bother asking for anybody that would or could listen to your issue it will only be passed on to someone else that can't assist you. Please read the critical reviews below and you will see that the owner responses are cut and paste .

My only concern is the fee I was told over the phone was 199 but when the work was performed there was an additional fee that was not disclosed in the phone reservation I made. It is a little frustrating to expect one fee then be charged another.

Richard was extremely professional and thorough. He was respectful of my home using boots to protect the floor and offered a full inspection of all of my sinks, toilets, and shower drains at no additional cost. I’d certainly recommend to friends and family.

Spent 2-3 hours diagnosing the problem. Found out the people who put our Trane unit had 2 wires switched which had kicked off our breaker on out upstairs unit (2 years ago). My thermostat made it appear it was working due to the batteries in it. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions and showed me where the wires were wrong and even sent me pictures to my phone. He also gave me pictures of it after he fixed it.

Our technician was very professional and courteous. Good response time.

Our AC system died on July 4th weekend. Our friend recommended Maynard and I called them on a Saturday. First off, a person answered the phone. That's worth four stars in my book. The technician called me back in minutes. We knew we needed a new unit. They made arrangements to get us a unit installed the first day after the weekend. The technicians could not get to us until 8pm, as they had other installs all day. However, they had great attitudes and work into the night to get our house cooling again! Everyone I dealt with at Maynards was courteous and professional. I will tell everyone to call Maynards!

Ben A. went above and beyond today for our HVAC. He checked our system thoroughly, from crawl space to attic. Ben didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products or services, but explained what he found and what options Maynard had to fix them. It was a low pressure, but informative appointment. I’ve used Maynard for other projects and have always had good results. Previously we did have a small issue with Maynard’s work, it was fixed quickly and without any attitude from the company. I signed up for the Healthy Home Plan and recommend Maynard to anyone needing work done.

Maynard repaired gas piping under our home. They were professional, timely and did the work well. In particular Ryan, who estimated the job, and Steven, who led the installation were very helpful. All in all a very good experience.

We had a new HVAC unit installed and ducts cleaned. Very pleased with the service provided. Billy K. talked through quotes with me and was great to answer questions/address needs. Their quotes didn’t include extra charges for many things like those from some other companies did. Install occurred within a few days and went well. Too soon to comment on longevity, but so far so good. Friendly staff and During the process the company has been very responsive.

Called Maynard for a plumbing emergency during the late afternoon. Their service representative, Cory, responded quickly and was quite friendly. Their plumber, Cory, was professional, diligent and worked quickly to repair our problem. Respect, honesty, kindness, knowledgeable. I replaced my heating and AC last spring. The new system and replacement process was fabulous. I tried the plumbing and electric services service yesterday. I felt that I had time traveled to a time when service and honesty took president over the need to make money. Maynard has made good selections in their workers. Both men had been raised on honesty and integrity.

We waited all day long for our service. We received two calls stating someone was coming. No one ever came 11pm still waiting and called twice.

James was great, on time, friendly, and very thorough.

After calling 3 other plumbers in the area and being told they would not be able to get anyone out to me for a day or two, Maynard was able to get to me and unclog the drain within 3hrs of my

We had a leak under the slab and called Maynard Select (among other companies). They gave us a very reasonable price to fix it and were very ready to work on it - they even offered to work on it that same day. We decided to go with them. It was the best decision we had. Everett, the advisor, was very professional, understanding, and respectful. The technician, Joesph G, was professional as well and we could tell he loved doing what he does. He put on the shoe covers every time he entered the house. They worked on our project quickly so we could get back to having warm showers. The company is very knowledgeable.We had another problem in the house as well where the codes dept had to get involved and Everett worked with them to help us. They try to the best of their ability to help us in any way. Maynard Select is the best service you will find. I will call them next time I ever have an issue (hopefully I wont!!)

So we called Maynard for heat service just a routine cleaning, and come to find out we had a cracked tunnel I can't remember what its called, so James called another person InTo make sure ,ran a camera and showed me,sent in upon my request a person to evaluate the sixe of house and needed dti be done in case we wanted a new unit ours is old 17 years any how so far very amazing, on time polite, clean up.Our unit is propane, so they HAD to shut it off we was very blessed in this whole mess.

We have used this company for our seasonal maintenance the last 1.5 years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They had recommended a new HVAC system because ours was at least 15 yrs old. We waited as long as we could but the unit finally died on us right during a cold spell and the technician had a project manager out here the same day and we had a new system put in the next day. Our installers, Santos and Foster, were very professional, knowledgeable and clean. They walked me through setting up the new high tech thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone. We had a faucet that would not shut off in our bathtub late at night. Dustin came out and charged us a reasonable after-hours fee, and got the job done quickly and professionally. We were grateful! I hired Madison to install a garage heater and a new electrical line. He arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgable. He shared options with me and started the work promptly. He finished in a reasonable amount of time and the work is fabulous! I would hire him again!!!!

Chris came out same day I called for heater repair. He was very friendly. He had to order a part for the next day. He called before 8am (at my request) to let me know he found out it was under warranty and cost was much less than I expected. He fixed it that afternoon as well.

Edit* I've never received a message or call as the comment below suggests. This business had me called by a Marlette to say I owed them 50 dollars from a service call nearly 2 years ago. I have a receipt saying paid in full yet Marlette refused to show me the supposed declined transaction. Marlette then threatened to turn me into collections over a debt she refused to prove that I owed. I have called their business 3 times to get whatever this is taken care of and 3 weeks later no call. Think about a company who thought important enough to threaten a customer over 50 dollars for a call 2 years ago, but now appearantly wants to sweep it under the rug. Maybe they'll sweep your problem under the rug too.

Used for 7 years to maintain and repair our HVAC with great results. Sadly they recently lost our patronage . In February scheduled service for March 12th which they then moved to the 15th due to rain. Day came and went with no communication so I called a week later. She explained that the tech was sick and they couldn't contact me. The next available appointment would be May 22nd. I asked to speak to a manager and she let me know I would have to take my turn as others had booked since my March date. I protested the two month wait and unfair placement, so she said they would work us in. That did not happen, and nobody showed up or called on the 22nd. This disrespectfully wasted 4 months of my time. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable.

Maynard rescheduled on me twice, the second time without telling me but they waived the electrician fee. I had to call them when the electrician didn't arrive to find out they couldn't even find me on the schedule. Finally when Levi the electrician came, he did a great job, was nice and professional.

I was very satisfied with the timing and how quickly Maynard showed up to look at my AC. However, I was not happy with one of the guys who came to install. He did not show up to the until 4 and half later than the other guys. When I asked him a question, he was very rude and dismissive to me.

Needed a HVAC inspection and they were able to get it done in the same day. Communication was really good as well, by letting me know when the technician was on the way. The technician, Justin, was very and nice and answered all of my questions.

We had an issue with our shower in one of the bathrooms and the service technician came out. He was very knowledgable about the issue and it was not what I thought it was. Today, during the regular spring maintenance on my HVAC unit, Colden was very helpful in identifying and explaining the issues related to my 17 year old unit. He took photos and explained each part, its function, and the steps I need to take to keep my unit running efficiently. He gave me enough information, so that I could make an informed decision as to whether I should temporarily address the issues, or consider replacing the unit. During our conversation, I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision, but I did appreciate having the information needed to make the right decision. Colden's customer service standards are note-worthy and are a big reason I chose to go with Maynard Man as my HVAC service provider.

I bought an Amana package unit in Dec 2010. I have a great warranty. The day after Christmas this year (2018) it had an issue and we didn't have heat. Josh came out and got us taken care of. I love the warranty that came with our unit. I liked the online service request also. The lady that called back was friendly and helpful.

Water heater wasn't working. Guy came out and fixed but installing new heating sensors. A month later, it was kinda working but not very well. Called them out again and a second guy came out, didnt even check what the first guy did and said we needed to buy a new water heater (unit if 5 years old). We questioned that and were charged for a service call even though they did the work and we pay for a maintenance package.We called a reputable plumber and he quickly identified that when the first guy installed the heating sensors he had installed them in reverse, which meant the water heater was shutting off before he could fully heat. Reputable plumber actually fixed the problem for less than we paid Maynard to send a guy out to try to sell us a new water heater.

I contacted this company three years ago the guy that came out was one of the nicest gentleman I have ever meet I'm on oxygen it was middle of July he sold me a new Trane unit for $5000 he did not ask for a penny up front he assured me the unit had a 10 year warranty guarantee 1 month ago the unit went completely out I woke up sweeting in the middle of the night I contacted them the following Morning they came out and fiddle around with the unit and left then a second guy showed up they advised me I owed them for two service calls up front & then advised me it needed a new part and it would be nearly $900.00 I'm on disability i told them could they set up a payment arrangements and the second guy was very hostile and told me no!! I sat hear with tears in my eyes I told them I just didn't have the full amount so I asked him to go but instead he went to his van and got a tool out and went back to the unit my son went outside to see why he was still hear and witness a sizzling sound like he was letting air out of an inter-tube the next day I contacted another central heat air company that had it fixed in 2 hours and also explained to me the Freon was let out Please BEWARE!!! OF MAYNARD....

The drain to my washing machine appeared blocked. Luke Shaw was unable to clear it . He went under my house (crawl space) and took pictures of the problem with the pipes. Explained how the problem could be fixed and the cost. He made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He cleaned up gave me his number so if I had any more questions I could call. I was very pleased with the technician and his work.

On a Sunday afternoon the sewage in my new home backed up into our laundry room. I called several well known companies in Nashville and Maynard Select were the only ones that would come out immediately and that day! The problem was extensive! They came out and assessed the situation and came out that week to do the entire job! Richard Pickren was the head of the group and was extremely polite and helpful!! The entire crew (Richard P, Todd S, Jeffery C, Colin, Sam, and Jose) were clean (and it was a horrible mess), nice, and helped me and my family! They hauled away the old, rusted pipes and installed new PVC, fixed a few other plumbing issues that came up, and installed new water heaters. There were a few other things that happened (rain, electrical outage, etc) and they handled it with grace and ease. I would post pictures of the old corroded pipes they took out but they were too gross to post. I would highly suggest this company for any plumbing issue!!

Replaced old galvanized pipe and sewer lines in an old house. Cory Hooper was the lead on the job. He arrived early every day and remained in regular contact with me. He provided good advise and excellent work in getting the job complete in a short amount of time. He went beyond what was expected in solving various issues that arose with the repairs to an old house. He represented the company well and I strongly recommend Maynard. We will call them first when we have our next plumbing or heating need.

We had a great first time experience with Maynard Home services. They serviced our cooling units for the summer. Or technician, Jeffery, was very thorough and went through all units and gave us lots of helpful tips and information. A York HVAC was installed without a permit. If our house burns to the ground our insurance will not pay a dime for our loss. Make sure this company requests a permit prior to ANY work being done. I demanded that a permit be pulled for this job and was told they would do so. They didn't. I was told by Maynard Man that a permit was not required. I checked with codes and it is required. We now are paying over 11,000.00 for the HVAC system that could cause us to lose insurance coverage for our home. You might want to try another company. One that will be honest with you. Or a company that knows about codes and permits. Maynard Man obviously doesn't know.

I called Maynard Select after my daughter and son-in-law used them for their AC repair. The receptionist was friendly and promptly had me set up for a service call the same afternoon. Wayne called prior to coming and quickly took care of the repair and cleaning for one of my units. The larger unit was no longer working and because of the age and type of unit, it would cost more than it was worth to repair it. He called Mike Holtman who arrived within minutes to give me a quote for a new unit. The price was very fair and the required installation was arranged for two days later (it was the weekend). On Monday a crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job in 2.5 hours. The company provided excellent service, each member of the crew was polite, knowledgable, and professional. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Early yesterday afternoon, I realized that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called Maynard, expecting that they'd tell me someone would come out today. But they promised to have someone here yesterday.And they delivered: Caleb arrived shortly after 5PM, and before I knew it he had it figured out and fixed. Reasonable price, professional service, and getting it done on the same day is the trifecta of good customer care.

I had someone come out and quote me $372 for a declog. I called Maynard instead and they were so friendly, came out immediately, fixed it in ten minutes, and charged $93.

The tech worked hard and got my sewer system and 2 toilets repaired once I got one to come out after three appointments, and also set up a return visit to complete a permanent fix of my sewer. He explained what needed to be done and the cost before starting the job.

Chris was great and on time. He knew what the problem was and got us on our way very quickly. Sometimes mechanical things happen and it's not the techs fault of course. Chris did everything he could to make sure we got back up and running as soon as possible.

I always dread these types of maintenance calls. I worry that it’s going to be a high pressure sales pitch. Michael immediately put my mind at ease. He was so knowledgeable and practical. He let me know about some issues that could be problematic and was honest about the severity. He added great clarity with prices and options. I recently came home to the smell of something burnt which was terrifying. After doing a home inspection I noticed I had no display on my heating system. We contacted Maynard, to install a gas line so we could set up gas logs in an existing fire place. We were referred to Maynard by the heating and cooling company that we normally use as their line crew was booked for weeks. The representative that came out was professional and complete in his assessment and quote. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although having to drill through almost 30 of rock and brick in the fireplace to install the line, the work was installed, tested and logs hooked up quickly. The two workers sent to do the job were courteous, knowledgeable and fast working and kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing each step as they progressed. They made a plan, informed me and proceeded to execute it. The finished results were better than satisfactory. I definitely would not hesitate to contact them again.

Came promptly and repaired the broken pipe.

Up charged us for routine maintenance but only showed up once for HVAC and once for plumbing.On the plumbing visit they found things that needed repaired at a price of $2000 or something. They only finished half of the job and said the other half was too complicated for them to fix and we'd have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. They still charged us full price for that job.Then this past week they call to do HVAC work and I ask if it will cost money because we had the subscription. The sales lady says this part of my subscription but she intentionally mislead me about the cost because today they show up and ask for $69 AFTER the inspection was done on two units that are 4 months old.

I am so pleased with the way my service with Maynard went. First, I called the weekend emergency line - they told me to call first thing Monday, I did, and a tech was out within an hour. Amazing. My issue wasn't able to be diagnosed until the freezer thawed - so - later that day the tech came back. Needed a 3rd and 4th trip to finally nail it down (not the tech fault.). and Afterward - all fixed! Lizzie, my tech, was fantastic, and Gina the office was a wonderful person to talk to. They were both polite, prompt, professional, and I'll be full expecting to call them with all my needs. Can't recommend them enough!

After years of unsatisfactory service with another local HVAC company, I chose Maynard after reading favorable Google reviews. The upstairs heating was not working, and after a rather chilly night, I called first thing in the morning. I was told someone could come to my residence soon; actually, I was the first service call of the day! I was very pleased with the work and services Josh W. provided. After finding the problem, he thoroughly explained what happened and was able to fix it promptly. Further, he shared a recommendation to prevent this problem from happening again. In this case, his recommendation was accurate and totally understandable. Therefore, a simple wiring/electrical upgrade was made; and after retrieving materials, Josh W. returned quickly to complete the job. What I liked most is that there was no pressure to choose the upgrades; Josh only provided information without any scare tactics. Based upon today's service, I am giving Maynard Select an opportunity to service my home's HVAC units.

My filter vent was filthy. He not only changed the filter, but vacuumed the metal vent throughly and than took my vacuum cleaner to get all the dust that fell on the floor.

Their pricing is ridiculous! I called to get a price estimate to install a wax ring that I already purchased and they were very vague and said they would give me a $65 credit for their service call fee off my final bill. Yeah well then they show up and quoted me $410 to install a wax ring I already bought! Let me call my supervisor ... Still ended up overpaying $210 and I got a $50 gift card to use their services again which I destroyed. Not using them ever again. And I didn't need two techs to show up to install one wax ring.

We had Maynard out to our house because our pipes were rumbling. Roger (project manager) tried to talk us into spending 11,000 dollars to replace every inch of pipe under our house and underground leading to the street. Roger became frustrated with us when we asked him to explain the different options presented to us, ranging in price from 5,800 dollars to nearly 11 grand.We received a second opinion from 615 Plumbing in Nashville, who assured us most of the pipes Roger wanted to replace were already updated and in proper working order. Furthermore, 615 Plumbing fixed the rumbling pipes problem, and found the only work needed was installation of a water pressure regulator and a new water shut off valve to the house, total cost: 570 dollars.Roger came off as a high pressure salesman who attempted to prey on our anxiety as new homeowners to have us spend more than 10,000 dollars in unnecessary plumbing work that we flat out didn’t need.The one thing I will give Maynard credit for is reinforcing the rule that you should ALWAYS solicit multiple bids for any home or construction project. If we hadn’t, Maynard would have needlessly dug up our entire yard to replace pipes that were already new and bilked us for 10,000 dollars in services we did not need. We will avoid this company at all costs in the future.

Trevor did a great job. He came right out on the same day I called and replaced our old water heater. He worked into the evening to get the job done. And the new water heater works he installed works great.

And coming up with a back up plan to move forward. They included me in their conversation asked my opinion and was I ok with the plan if they had to move in that direction. They worked together and got the job done.Great job guys you rock!!!The gentleman that fixed the faucet Brian however was guessing at what he was actually doing he replaced something on the inside of the hot water side did not work and then he stated that it may be the handle. I specifically asked him when he came out and did the inspection should I just replace the faucet he said no that was probably that piece that needs to be replaced. Guess work is not good and cost both you and the customer. Hot water in the sink is actually dripping worse that before, was charged for the repair.

Customer service was very helpful. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Response was quick, our water had to be shut off and the technician understood and operated with a sense of urgency. Our leak was under concrete and the whole line from the meter to the house had to be replaced. The job was complete ( including backfill and seed and straw) in 4 hours and our water was back on. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Maynard! Today we had a couple techs come out to look at our hvac, plumbing, and electrical as routine inspections. All 3 techs (Rivers, josh, and Levi) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again!

Had a rep come out and quote us $2,400 to fix a leaking pipe, replace 3 sewer line and fix our old washer drain. The rep told us we had 100-150 gallons of water under our house. My husband and I were not expecting that type of damage. We are pretty experienced now dealing with things on our house breaking so we decided to get a second opinion. We had another plumbing company come out less than 24 hours after the Maynard rep. They had all the issues fixed in less than an hour for $200 and advised we had nowhere near that amount of water in our crawlspace. They checked our water meter and weren't even sure we had a leak in the first place. If you're calling this company first, I highly recommend getting a second opinion.

Richard from Maynard helped me over the phone during the emergency itself, and came out promptly the next day to fix the problem. Within about 30 minutes, he had the problem rectified and the water back on. In addition, we went above and beyond to make sure that safety issues were addressed. He was very professional and courteous and will use Maynard again for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.

I can’t vouch for the quality of their work, but I was grossly over-quoted for a simple gas line extension and fireplace hook up. About 15’ of pipe was quoted at $1950. Im glad I didn’t take him at his word because the next two gas plumbers that came out quoted around $800-900 and scoffed at such a large number.

Chris Branton was the tech that serviced our furnace after a lightening strike. He was on time, professional and honest with his diagnosis and repair.

Gary promptly diagnosed problem/made repairs and my home is nice and cool again! Gary was professional and very knowledgeable. They solved the problem but I was charged 1,062 dollars for a fan motor replacement.That same fan was priced by me online for $156.I would not recommend Maynard they are very very expensive and they don't value their customers I will never call them again I hope this helps someone in the future

They saved us from having to replace our water heater! $319 for a new shower cartridge, same day install. Much cheaper than a new unit, which is what one of the major local companies suggested. I felt like they were honest and did good work.

I had an outlet suddenly stop working and Jose quickly fixed the problem and installed a GFCI outlet to protect my electronics. He did a great job and was super nice. I will be calling him again with any other electrical problems I may have.

I was notified when the repairman was on his way, and he did his maintenance work and informed me that they were both in good working condition and what to watch out for with my 18-year-old furnace for the future; then gave me an estimate for vent cleaning. The total 4/7 star review may be a misleading. Our clinic toilet clogged. I put our address and phone No. in the website on Sunday last December, wanted to have an appointment. The second day When I got in office, I called their company and told them I need to talk to the service team and make sure the price for the onsite visit before they really start it. The operator was not able to locate the manager. A few minutes later, my secretary was informed that the service man is already here and then he was led into the restroom (I was busy, was not able to talk to him before he get into our facility.). The guy looked at the clogged toilet and called his company office, gave the price $460 plus tax. That is too expensive. I declined. He said that he will charge on site visit fee around $40. However, the final invoice showed $147.07, among it was a diagnostic fee $98. That's not the service, it's robbing money. They will be sued if I had time. I called 5 times and left a message at least three times to the service manager, but no attention was paid. BTW, the clogged toilet was fixed by a popular company in Nashville with price of $220 including tax.

I needed an electrician to correct an issue with a ceiling fan I installed. Levi arrived on time and corrected the issue quickly, I have nothing but good things to say about Maynard and Levi.

These guys were amazing. Dan and Clint worked so hard all week on this huge job. They were always pleasant and even took a moment to pet my old dog that was always in their way. Brien was very helpful with the estimate and getting me in the schedule. 100% would recommend these guys.

The technician (AJ) was right on time for my maintenance inspection. He gave me multiple suggestions on little things that I could DYI to help keep the HVAC unit running efficiently. Ben called prior to arrival and made sure that where he parked was okay prior to checking out my HVAC unit. He was very helpful with explaining what was going on with my unit. He made sure that all parts were working as they should. He kept me aware of when he was checking the outside and I felt safe when he was in my home. Ben's honesty makes me stay with Maynard....there aren't many companies that you can trust will do the right thing. Ben's a keeper.

David's quick response and professional service was greatly appreciated. Other companies told me that I would have to wait at least 48 hours before someone would come to check my system. Maynard had a technician out within the hour. David quickly found the problem, and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them.

Steven did an excellent job at explaining to me the process and what work he would be doing. Steven located a leaking pipe in my wall, repaired it and provided outstanding service. The gentleman that came to my house was very polite and knew what he was doing. But I decided not to use this company because the price was astronomical. I do mean astronomical. I paid the service fee and decided to use someone else.Just wanted to add something on here. Yesterday this company wanted to charge us almost 600.00 for plumbing a kitchen sink. Today we had a local licensed plumber do it and he charged us 72.00. I mean are they trying to make a killing off if one person or what. 72.00 is wayyyyy different than 600.00.

Was able to come at a rare time I'm actually home, very helpful with info and suggestions for how to proceed, fair prices for evaluation. Will call again when ready to get this job done.

Love Maynard. Love, love, love. When our HVAC unit went out, they were at our house in less than an hour - even though we had never used their services before! When we needed a new HVAC unit, they gave us several options at different price points and we felt zero pressure to buy up. They installed the same day - and when we weren't happy with how the flashing was connected, they were back the next day to resolve and didn't leave until we were satisfied. Some might say it would be better to have no issues - and sure, but that isn't reality. In reality, problems do arise and it's all about how you handle them. Maynard handled it like a champ! Everyone we worked with, from sales to project manager to technicians to phone service has been incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

We thought it was something wrong with the pipes in the house b/c anytime any faucet ran or toilet was flushed we'd here a squealing sound on the upstairs bathroom. I love that they sent a picture of the technician before he arrived. Daniel figured out the issue super quick! I was amazed as we had been hearing the squealing sound for quite a while. It was the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Once the property owner approved Daniel got right to work. He was courteous, diligent and quick!! I will definitely recommend Maynard to friends and family! 10/10 definitely will recommend!

Where do i start, told us the job would take 3-4 days on account of the rocks. 6 weeks later, here we are still not done. I have to call for them to show up, found out they didn't pull the permit before starting the job, they cut the septic line from the septic tank but didn't finish connecting the pipes to the sewer tap, we didnt know so we were still showering, do laundry and using the bathroom so everything was going into the ditch. Messed up our driveway (which they said they are not fixing now), messed up our trees, the side of our house and our water meter. They are very inexperienced, no communication, unorganized and no sense of urgency. The managers here don't care about you. They taken on too many jobs and can't finish it.The only good thing about this company is Clint Bush! If you have a big job don't use them!!!! You were warned!!

I had a problem with an existing heat pump. Chris, the service technician was prompt and on time. He quickly located the problem and explained it clearly. He was very helpful in helping me get a solution to the problem. He explained to me other services available in a way that was helpful, but not overbearing. Cost for his visit was typical. I am very pleased with this service.
