The technician showed up with respect to our needs. I think there was a gray area where may have said, it wasn't covered because of lack of annual cleaning (who knew about that?) The tech kept me in formed of the issue and resolution at no additional cost. Previously we used Greenway twice. Both times I was able to determine that there had not been a mouse chewing on the wires as related to me, but wiring shaved off. Net, I had to pay their full charge,

Hers & His Plumbing gave us an HONEST assessment of the situation and made the needed repairs to get our pump working for a fair price. We have been safe and dry since! Our family HIGHLY recommends this business.

Hers and His plumbing was hired through my warranty service company, Home Serve. In late May, 2022, two of their employees certified that my hot water circulating pump was not functioning. They indicated they would provide replacement and installation with no charge, per my contract with my home warranty company. About one hour after the employees departed, I received a call indicating that a replacement pump was unavailable. I checked on Amazon and discovered that the pump was indeed available. I contacted this company, spoke with a owner/partner named Larry. He indicated they would provide an alternative replacement, but it cost me $226 to install this pump, since it is not directly compatible with mine. I indicated that I wanted an exact replacement for my pump, but Larry was resistant to that. I even said I would pay for installation. Still he refused and sent me the alternative pump. When I pressed him about his refusal to send an identical pump he confessed that he was on budget and the the identical pump cost more than the alternative one The difference in cost was $19! $19!! Consequently, I bit the bullet and had my own plumber purchase and install the new pump. This cost me me $494.88.
My next step is to contact the BBB and the North Carolina Division of Consumer Protection.

I highly recommend Hers & His. We have used them several times for everything from a new water heater to leaky toilets. We've always had a good experience. Technicians have been knowledgable and able to fix the problem quickly. I appreciate they are willing to take the time to explain the issue, the work they are going to do, and answer my questions. On time, professional, and quality work.

To bad they don't show up to do the job they're supposed to do even with an appointment. Full of excuses after making an appointment. Poor customer service and very unreliable to start a job requested. Inconvenience for you to lose pay and sit at home waiting for them to say they can't show up for appointment time that they have to reschedule again. Do you think they can be trusted to take hours off of work with people out here now lucky to even have a job because of this pandemic we have going on. They don't care if the issue can cause ur house to burn down. They think you should drop where you are with work and make it convenient for them. Not even caring what ur job is only what would convince them. That is absolutely the opposite of good customer service.

This is a scam company. They partner with “Home Warranty” companies and their role is to prevent the warranty companies from paying claims. His and Hers will do no work but they will collect a “visit fee” and they will threaten and extort payment even though they do nothing. A similar business (American Plumbing, Oxford AL) used the same model and they were shut down. Google American Plumbing and reach out to the State Attorney General with your complaints. Criminal, scam businesses like this should not operate. Complain and help shut them down.

They called within hours to schedule an appointment after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. Mike came out the next day and he called to let me know when he would be arriving. He quickly fixed our garbage disposal and was professional and courteous.

They came out right away we looked around trying to find the leak and we couldn’t the only reason I knew I had a leak was the water company called me when we couldn’t find the leak they called a leak detection expert and everything was frozen and it was cold and rainy and he couldn’t find the leak either Brandon still followed up and responded and try to help but now the water company says we don’t have a leak go figure if the Lake reappears I will definitely call them again

If you want to wait 6 months on run around excuses trying to get your mothers handicapped bathroom fixed this is the compamy for you. I CANT stress this enough, in my 40 years of owning businesses in many states, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have hired a new plumber that said our worst experience is better than this company. As well as bashing them on facebook, and reporting them to the BBB, my next step is to meet with my friends in the Clarksville government to get this company banned. I can't stress enough how bad this company is.

This service is worth every penny!! We had a backed up system w water filtering into basement on Saturday night at 8/8:30 pm n service was here at 8 am Sunday am. Polite. Professional. Showed us exactly was the problem was n fixed it in an hour.

My home warranty contracted with this company. They came out for my water heater and tub he came left water heater stopped working about & my tub will not turn off!!!! Called they cannot send nobody out to my house I will have to wait a whole 9 days til they can send someone out to fix the problem they should have fixed the first time! I do not recommend this service at all if home warranty assigned asked them to sign up with another contract business!

HomeServe home warranty company sent my repair request to Hers and His Plumbing, who called me to set up a time to come to fix my stopped up drain. A tech named Cody came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 15 min. HomeServe received my call on Monday, contacted Hers and His Plumbing the same day, and the plumbing co send me a text and an email the same day, asking me to choose a day and time to come to my house (and they let me choose any 3 days and times that might work for me). They were out here within 24 hrs and fixed the problem. HomeServe home warranty is an affordable warranty company that does not require you to pay a service fee to the people they send to your house, like other warranty companies do. They sent a company they trust to fix my drain. After this experience with Hers and His plumbing and their technician, Cody, I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone having a plumbing issue.

for a plumber to show up and tell me that my house needs to be brought up to codes for a new water heater? When all you have to do is replace the existing water heater and two pipes? It's called price You want to charge me an extra $650 for some gounging. I would highly advise to never contact these people. Don't waste your time.

I have used many plumbers over the years; with our renovation in Madison, TN, we were fortunate to have Eric with Hers and His Plumbing visit us the first time we needed a plumber. Our 1956 house had many, many issues which Eric worked through over a period of nine months. I have since started using Eric at my company because I know I can rely on him to do ONLY what is necessary--and not tear up what is already working.

They definitely do not like to do warranty work. They wanted to charge me for what the warranty covered. Guess they just didn’t want to fill out the paperwork or didn’t want to do the work at the discounted rate the the warranty company pays.

He Came and Fixed My Shower

Robert went above and beyond from Hers and His plumbing! They had came out March 19th due to our pilot light on the water heater going out. They replaced the thermocoupler. All was good till May 13th or 15th. The pilot light started doing the same thing again. Tommy came out and it worked fine, but went back out later that night. Called Hers and His Plumbing the next day and talked to Robert again. He(himself) came out that day to take a look at it. He found the problem and fixed it! Since all this was done through our home warranty, they(the home warranty company) wanted to charge me each time they came out. Robert called the home warranty company and got everything taken care of so I wouldn't have to fight with them. Now that's customer service!

Tech was awesome and was in and out, however they were supposed to come day before. Other tech got delayed. I had to rearrange day to be here between 2-5. Nobody called me. I called at 515 and after holding for about 15 min they told me he wasnt going to make it. It was the garbage disposal and I had already waited a week with my sink backing up every-time the water was turned on.

Wes was not feeling well, but he still came and fixed our water heater leak. Thank you!

My home warranty has a contract with this company. They have always showed up and have been able to diagnose and fix any plumbing issues I have had. If there are any type of miscommunication they do there best in reaching out to inform.

Hers & His plumbing has serviced our home 3 times since we moved in August of 2017. We have a home warranty and that worked will with them. Billy has been here twice and Wes once and both were very professional and took care of business in a timely manner. Thanks for the good work. I highly recommend Hers & His Plumbing.

Miguel was very courteous, polite & knowledgeable . He replaced our shower diverter, unclogged drain , fixed outside faucets from leaking. I’ll use this company again for our plumbing needs.

I called the Hers & His service line and explained that I had an emergency situation with a leaking pipe and the water had to be turned off at the Water Meter. Bonnie was very courteous, empathetic, and responsive. She immediately scheduled a tech to be at my house within the next 90 minutes. The tech, Adam, did an excellent job in making the repairs.

Today Josh with Hers & His Plumbing installed a hot water heater in my condo. He told me he would be at my house at 8:00 am. He was there at 7:55. I can't remember the last time I had someone arrive early or on time for an appointment to fix something in my condo. The issue with my hot water heater had originally been assigned to another company who then backed out because they said the space where my hot water heater was located was to small (even though there was already a hot water heater there). Josh with Hers & His Plumbing was able to install a hot water heater in the same location with no problem. He was done in 2 hours, just like he originally told me when he initially made the call to inspect my old hot water heater. Since my condo is on the third floor he had to bring the new hot water heater up three flights of stairs and take the old one out by going down three flights of stairs. Josh was very professional, and even cleaned up the area when he was done. I also found the staff at Hers & His Plumbing very easy to deal with. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I filed a claim with my home warranty company at 11pm. A contractor was at my house with a diagnosis in-hand, by 11am the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Hers and His Plumbing.

The service was completed quickly and on time. I couldn’t get the water turned off going to the refrigerator and was leaking out of the fridge that died. He replaced a section of the pipe and put in a new valve. Very professional. Would definitely call them again!

Horrible, terrible, rude, slow. Those are only a handful of words to describe the service. As many people leaving reviews, I was assigned to this company through the home warranty company. My kitchen sink faucet waterline broke and as you can imagine, it is very complicated with a family of 5 not having a kitchen sink for days. The appointments are far away, their customer service is not helpful and borderline rude, the technician that came was in a rush to leave and extremely rude. It's been almost two weeks and they have not fixed the issue! If you're assigned this company through your home warranty, ask immediately for a different vendor or you will regret it

This is an awful service. I had them for a water heater problem. Home Shield warranty sent them. I was charged $100. He wanted me to buy a new water heater. I refused. The water heater wasn't even the problem which I found after calling a different company. They refused to refund my $100. Home Shield did nothing either. Both companies are a scam.

This company is a joke. Only used them because of my home warranty. A guy came out, attempted to fix the problem ended up causing another problem. Called to have another technician come out and they said it would be a few days. How can you have someone come to your house, not fix the problem and cause another problem then say it’s going to be 3 days till it’s fixed. That’s not professional. The technicians they send out should know how to do their job the right way.

The plumber did a good job of repairing the issues, however he grumbled about it most of the time, because it was leaking. Please, what would you expect when you’re dealing with replacing a garbage disposal system. We even put down large trash bags so he wouldn’t get as wet. He talked about all of the jobs he still had to do. He apparently was frustrated. I didn’t get frustrated when my repairs were pushed to today, instead of yesterday when it was scheduled. Maybe this just isn’t the job for him.

Plumber cut hole in my basement roof. Also cut a hole where the water heater was on the other side in the garage. Warranty wouldn't cover his diagnosis paid 100 for nothing. Think the guy was out of his league. Also was told I would get a call from them I had to call them 2 days later. Terrible

I was a little skeptical at first from reading reviews. I recently purchased AHS and they sent out the contractor my home. Adam is AWESOME!!! If you can request him, you should. He came in diagnosed a couple hot water issue quickly and got the parts delivered. The hold times were long when scheduling but they tech was great.

Our kitchen sink recently became clogged and after attempts to plunge the sink and using draino our efforts failed. Cody arrived today on time, was friendly, polite and most of all quick to fix the problem. Super pleased with his professionalism and service.

Josh and Miguel did great work and were helpful in explaining everything along the way! I have a very old house in the historic area of Nashville and had issues with my old sewage lines in the crawl space and into the back yard. Needless to say, this was not fun work. (Miguel was on his stomach in a crawl space digging a trench). Nonetheless these guys were always friendly and pleasant to chat with and did great work. A couple of issues came up along the way (with my old plumbing under the ground) and Josh and Miguel not only fixed the problem, but were very fair on price. Quality plumbers and quality guys.

This place is a scam I was sold $174 expansion tank I was told that this was code and had to be placed. After contacting the manufacturer once the expansion tank started leaking I was told it is not code only highly recommended. My problem is the lie not the tank even wrote code on the receipt

The first plumber assigned to us never returned Homeserve’s or our voice mails. Once His and Her Plumbing was assigned to us, they called and texted confirmation of when Wes would come by. Wes was great, diagnosed the issue quickly and did the repairs in a very professional manner..

Horrible and rude. Raised voice and said he did not cause cold weather. Gave me a $1300 estimate on what another very reputable plumbing company charged $300 doing same work with same materials. Told me hourly rate was $199 and said Good Luck trying to find anyone else. Other company charged $95. Shame on you for taking advantage of people during this time.

I would recommend Hers & His Plumbing. I bought a home in July and have had several issues with the home since: from sink leaks, clogged tubs, water heater exploded, gas leaks, etc. I have them come to my house through my home warranty company. Josh, Cody, Billy, and their manager, Robert are very patient and always explain what's going on, what needs to be fixed and the reasoning behind it. I appreciate their expertise and timely response. They always wear shoe covers to my protect my floors and always are polite gentlemen. Cody even rescued a neighbors pup who was running the streets in the cold rain!

This company has been to my residence a total of three time for the same issue it has yet to be corrected the last time they came was this past Monday the tech wasn’t gone 2 hours before the issue came back I called immediately they made wouldn’t send anyone back out untill Friday I get a call the day before saying they need to push my appt back untill later on because another customer had a emergency I asked for a manager and was not allowed to speak with one was told some one will call me still waiting…. If I could give a negative score I would .

Very pleased with the work done by this company to repair a sewer pipe in my yard which was clogged. Cody was the plumber on the job, assisted by an understudy who worked the bobcat etc. I was referred to them by my insurance company. The claim was denied, but to help out they charged me a reduced amount. Cody was honest and straightforward about the repair and dealings with the insurer and that is extremely important to me.

My wife and I only call Hers & His Plumbing. We trust them to do things right - often times this involves fixing the previous owner's attempt at repair.

If I could I would rate them zero. My home insurance recommended this company for an issue I was having with my septic tank in my basement. They came out on a Friday and made the repairs. Asked the the repair man if I could flush the toilet before he left to make sure the tank was working, he said no wait 1 1/2 hour because he had used glue. Waited 8 hours before using washer or flushing toilet, the tank overflowed twice. Called to have them to come back out to fix it, was told they could not come back out until Tuesday. This was Saturday??? They have no compassion for there customers.

One hour after posting this review I received a phone call from Charles. He was very apologetic for the previous service I had received and guaranteed me that tank would be fixed today. This morning Tommy came to my house to fix what I had been told, but when he got here he found my bathtub was leaking instead of the commode. He found the leak and repaired the problem. He was very nice and congenial and it took a while to get the work complete. I would recommend Tommy for anyone having a problem with plumbing. I had not known about His & Hers plumbing, but I believe they have a good business going. I rate them five stars, because they answered my call quicker than I expected since we are still in the Christmas Holidays.

This was my first time needing any type of plumbing services here in Clarksville. Let me start with the phone service. The lady on the phone was wonderful she understood I had a problem and efficiently helped me. Due to the eclipse they were closed Monday but they were able to get me for the first call of the morning Tuesday. When the man came out he was very fast clean and efficient. This problem was only for a minor toy being flushed down the toilet.. will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues or needs in the future.

Sent out by my home warranty, was told slow drain and backup was definitely the septic tank, called septic service, they pumped the tank and said it did not need it, levels were good in tank and there were minimal solids. Problem was at the end of pipe clogged with grease/soap, should have been cleared with snake according to septic tank tech. Now 500 bucks later I still have to get a plumber to get the line cleared completely.

I had a (2-star) review all queued up last week to submit, but I held off because I hate leaving bad reviews....But the wife just called me and told me our garbage disposal doesn't work again (for the third time), and I'm a little annoyed now.

Long story short is my home warranty company uses these guys. (I cancelled that immediately after dealing with the two companies). They came over twice and said it's clogged...I believed them the first time because why not, mistakes happen I guess. But the thing literally didn't work after the guy left...not a thing went down the sink. Called them back out again (through the warranty company), and they told the warranty people that I clogged it again. I told them that was impossible because nothing went near the sink. Neither company believed me (hence why I cancelled the HW and this review for these guys). Apparently I'm a schmuck who just throws crap down my drain. So because of their lie, they considered this a separate call from the first and I had to pay another $75...So now I'm at $150 for this stupid disposal. Now we come to today and I get the call that the same thing is happening to the disposal. Maybe my family just forgot how to do dishes in the last two weeks, but my money is on this company doesn't know how to properly troubleshoot something as simple as a disposal. So I'm at $150 and counting...I have another company coming over tomorrow to fix it, so that will be even more money on top of what I paid Hers and His. Can't believe I paid them the second $75 fee, I should've fought it. The part that made me the most upset was not the horrible work, but nobody at either company cared about my dissatisfaction...they just wanted their money.

We were scheduled with Hers & His Plumbing by American Home Shield to accomplish some warranty work on our water heater.
They were very friendly and did a great job once they got to the house, so I give them 4 stars for that service.

The three star review is almost a 2 star review based on the incredibly poor experience trying to get a hold of them!

Two phone calls with a 25+ minute hold time each time before even speaking to anyone. Then they cancelled my first appointment the night before by email, AFTER their office had already closed; sending me a message saying it needed to be rescheduled. They never responded at all to text messages, even though while on hold for all that time, I constantly was told I could text them, which I did, with no response ever. So, I give them 4 stars for the work they did because it was fast and done right but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and will keep me from every calling them outside of AHS if I need plumbing service in the future.

I had them come to look at what was causing brown toilet water and sand in my toilet. The toilet was less then a year old. They told me it was a rusty bolt. They didn’t fix it.

Blaze took time and explained what he found and the process needed to get it repaired, and even he wasn't able to repair that day due where the leak was he had already set up Another company to come remove the cabinets so they find the leak behind the cabinet once they located it the plumber came out the same day and repaired it to avoid up having to be without water. His and Her is the truth and they care about their customers.

Tech Miquel was great. He was professional, punctual, friendly, great listener and expeditious. Will always ask for him.

My technician was great, found the problem. Ordered the part which came in the next day. What I don’t understand is why the dispatcher had me to wait 5 days to go without hot water. Then she stated it would take 3hrs. It did not take 3 hrs. When asked could someone else come out to replace the part the answer was no. Talk to the technicians before you do theirs scheduled to see which jobs ares a replacement of a part or an entire unit of some work item. Having to go outside the home to take a shower was not fun. Communication is the key to any situation, job and life.

Great plumber arrived on time and worked professionally. He did a terrific job finding a difficult
leak between floors. His name is Cody.
I did not give the fifth star because the company is not communicative, especially the operator handling emergency call request. . No one ever returned my call, even the next day. The office is in Florida, in a different time zone. Be advised about this when they schedule, ask for clarification. They really need to work on their answering calls, and off hour answering service. The plumber himself was excellent.

The worst excuse for a business I know of. Never showed up, called or responded when me and the home warranty company called. Once they read this they’ll make up some sorry excuse just like they have with the other customers they’ve done this way. They need to shut down the business and get a job with a company that can teach the owner what customer service is. Stay away and help shut them down.

Terrible company. I didn't use because they wanted over $800 to install a water heater (labor) for a water heater provided by my home warranty company. Nope.

Got up Thursday morning and found water dripping from an air vent. I had an important business meeting and didn't have any time to deal with the problem. I called Hers and His Plumbing and they were great. They took care of the problem that morning, kept me informed, and handled everything in a very professional manor. I highly recommend them.

My kitchen sink was stopped up and the garbage disposal was apparently possessed by something. The technician fixed the sink and told me that he would let my home warranty service know that I needed an electrician. He explained everything very well.

Went out of town but my wife was here, called service warrenty company they come out and do UNNESSARY REPAIRS changed a water heater expansion valve and the electrical blocks on my water heater, and tild my wife that my bathroom toilet base was sweating and needed to be wraped, I spoke to this guy before I got on my plane telling him I checked my water heater and that WAS NOT the problem I checked that and under the house and saw it was dry and NOT leaking at all, Told the guy that I had a Puddle under my house where my bathroom shower drain is and that is the issue, THIS WAS NOT ADDRESSED. called the Company (His & Hers) to complain and they tell me they want to send the SAME DUDE BACK & I had to call the warrenty people back to get them to come out, now think about this..if a toilet base is sweating so much why is my bathroom floor dry? I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the company that American Home Shield recommended to me. The company did not replace my broken faucet, and they did not fix my water pressure valve, claiming that it was not broken. However, the valve was actually failing, and I had to hire another plumber to fix it.
I am very disappointed with the service that I received from this company. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I would give them zero stars if I could.

Adam was sent to my house and did a fantastic job of trying to fix my issue, unfortunately I have septic issues that he is not equipped to fix. I will have to call a septic tank service, but Adam did everything he could. I was very pleased with him

I am giving one star because zero stars is not an option.
They came to remove a blockage in my sewer line. 25 days later I have a water geyser coming up in my bathroom because the line is blocked again. They supposedly scoped down 10 feet and came up with some scrap of something they SAID I put down the line. I did not.
6 days later I see water standing in the yard again. I complain to the warranty company and they say that because there was some fabric scrap in the line they will not honor my claim.
I called a different plumbing company to come and clear the line AGAIN (this is the 3rd call in less than 6 weeks!) they go down 6 FEET and see a large break in the line. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE IF THE 2ND GUY FROM HERS AND HIS WENT DOWN 10 FEET!! I saw the camera image and could see the break in the line at 6 feet. How did they miss it if they SUPPOSEDLY went down 10?
I never saw him take the fabric out of the line. I never saw him use the camera to look down the line. He was out there for maybe 20 minutes. I think he was just trying to cover his tail for the first guy that had been out 25 days prior.
I lived in my previous home for 10 years and NEVER ONCE had to call a plumber. The house before that was on a septic line that we had to clean out once in 18 years. So how in the HELL am I having 3 blockages in 6 weeks and a break in the line that 2 incompetent plumbers from hers and his can't manage to see? They are pathetic.

Tommy was timely, and did a great job explaining everything to me and solving our issue. He's worked on other issues we've had in the past and we've always had a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend him and Hers and His Plumbing. Thankful!

I was VERY dissatisfied with our service. The technician initially came out to our home outside of the scheduled time window, only spoke with our babysitter (I wasn't home because he came before the scheduled time) and then very quickly glanced at the problem. The issue was not resolved, and he submitted a report to our home warranty company that did not reflect what was wrong with our sink. This resulted in the claim being closed without the problem being repaired. They were also very difficult to get on the phone once these issues arose.

We needed our water heater replaced via our home warranty, who dispatched His and Hers Plumbing. We had one prior service call with them and had a few issues so I wasn’t really excited to use them again…but second time was a charm. Our plumber was prompt, professional, thorough, friendly, informed, and overall amazing. Our daughter was home to meet her on arrival and felt safe and comfortable. She was very friendly to our daughter. This experience was 10/10. I wish my daughter got her name, but if we ever have a plumbing problem again, I hope she is our plumber!

Completely unsatisfied with this company. Hers and His tech has now come out to our home 3 times. First time they came out stated a wire was fried on the septic pump, tech said he fixed it and we paid in full 400$. Not even a week later septic not working again, finally got the tech out to the home several days later stated now the pump itself is not working stated would have to order new pump quoted 1600$ for replacement this was on a Tuesday. Tech stated he would be able to install new pump on the following Monday. Come that Monday, no tech showed up and no call. Called into dispatch was then rudely spoken to and told part didn't come in would have to be the next day. No respect for the customer to at least give a call for an update. Now, today the tech is finally at the house to replace pump and now informs us that he ordered the wrong pump that he doesn't have any in stock. Tech stated he had another pump he could install that would work just fine. He installed the new pump and hooked it up on an extension cord and has now stated he cannot wire the new pump that he does not know how to wire the pump. First off the technician originally wired our pump when he stated a wire was fried and now our orginal pump doesn't work and now he says he doesn't do wiring. Why would he fix a wire originally if he does not know how. Now the tech wants to charge for a nee pump when How do we know that he didn't ruin our pump when he tried to fix the wire since he obviously doesn't know how to wire it. Now we currently have a non compatible pump hooked up with an extension cord to our house and the tech is saying that we can either keep the current pump and hire a electrician to wire the pump or he can disconnect the current pump and order the correct pump. Meanwhile, we would be without a working pump again for another week or so. Tried getting the tech to leave current pump in place while ordering the correct pump, tech stated he would have to charge for current and new pump. This company refuses to accept they messed up fried our pump because their tech who is not a electrician tried to be a electrician. And now we have been trying to get the owner on the phone and have been told several times he will call back. So far no call back.

We made 3 attempts to get this company to show up. 2 of the times, we received a text confirmation of our appointment, but with nobody showing up. When we called this last time, we were told that Bonnie (I believe is her name) scheduled incorrectly. The man who answered the phone had little concern nor care about correcting the issue. We first tried to get them out here through our warranty company approximately a month ago. Three appointments and 0 appointments kept.

Was called on Wed. and they set a Sat. Service call. Recieved a call on Friday at 4:30 pm to tell me they didn’t have a service tech to keep the appointment and would need to reschedule on Monday. Broken Water heater so no hot water for at least 3 days because it was to late to get another company. Will not use them again if that’s the way they plan! Poor customer service!

Would give them a zero if possible. Plumber stole prescription drugs from my home. He quoted a non warranty repair at half off if he could do it cash under the table personally. management is clueless and unresponsive.They were unresponsive even after the theft. The WORST company ever. STAY AWAY!

However, he found that a new faucet was under warranty, went out to purchase one for me, came back, and installed it all in the same visit. I appreciate all he did!!

When I was initially contacted, I was told Tuesday, between 12 - 3 p.m. I asked if I could get a 30 minute call when in route because I had to work. I was told they didn't do that. I left work at 11:30 a.m to be home by noon, which required me to use vacation time. At approx. 2:00 p.m., I received a call telling me the technician was hell up at the previous location and could not come out. I informed them that I had taken vacation time from work and I could not do that again. I reminded them that had they been willing to give me a 30 minute call when I asked, that I would not have had to use my vacation for nothing. My time cost and I felt having a courtesy call would have alleviated my sitting home and losing time unnecessarily. Again, the technician was awesome in every sense, but this refusal to provide a 30 minute call may cause me to ask for a different company in the future.

I’m currently having the worse customer experience I’ve ever had. This business was subcontracted from our warranty company—American Home Shield. We have been waiting 11 days now for them to simply replace a water heater. They never ordered the parts we needed until 9 days after our initial diagnosis. And now they are making us wait an additional 6 days because of scheduling. The dispatch person (Marissa) has been extremely rude on the phone. She corrected my error when I misnamed the company (“It’s HERS and his plumbing, not HIS and Hers…”). She minimized our problem by saying, “with all due respect, some people have bigger problems than you. You just don’t have hot water.” I’m so unbelievably dissatisfied with this company.

Cody of Hers and His plumbing came out and got me straight. I had a leak from my supply line and an improper drain install. The service was fast, professional and priced well. I would use this company again.

This company was sent out by our warranty company on 2 separate occasions. On the 2nd occasion the technician that came out actually LIED to the warranty company about what the problem was so that she didn’t have to fix it. My husband was in the room with her when she let the warranty company know the issue (a covered issue) but in her final report she called the repair something other than it was and has caused us a week of phones calls trying to get it fixed. The warranty company is horrible too but the issue started with this plumber.

Tommy the tech was very knowledgeable professional patient and sensitive of my needs to resolve the issues at hand. Customer service needs to be more mindful of their attitudes.

Chris has been to our home on a few occasions and he was very informative and professional. Overall our experience was great

Original repair to Garbage Disposal. Technician (Tommy) noticed a leak coming from my spray hose. He recommended contacting the Manufacturer and asking for a replacement part. I did so. I recieved a replacement hose today (FREE OF CHARGE). Thank you so much for your service and knowledge.

Took a month to “get parts “ for a hot water heater. We could have had Home Depot out same day, but used them through warranty company. They NEVER reached out about updates, we had to call them 3 times for info as it was always “a few days”.

Mike was on time, courteous and professional. He solved the problem which required a special tool. And then left us one of the tools in case we ever had the problem again! Outstanding service.

I called and spoke with the answering service. We never received a response from anyone.

Not sure if the answering service was the best qualified, as they could not articulate what part of the state service was offered.

This company is running some sort of serious SCAM and using 2-10 warranty customers to do so. I haven't had any other issues with any other companies in the Nashville area - with the exception of this plumber.
Not only was the tech extremely rude, he lied and refused to fix our leak. The Hers and His plumber did not do any work. NOTHING. He looked under 2 sinks and went back to his truck.
We had to call the warranty company and go over what had happened, then wait and have another company come - and guess what...they did the work in just a short time!
DON'T USE this company and waste your time!! BEWARE

What a joke. Unfortunately zero stars not an option. Referred to this company by American Home Shield. Initally scheduled for 1-4 pm window. Received text message stating window was 12-3 pm. When I called the representative said the window was changed and I would have to cancel if I could not make that time. Was never notified by phone call. Was told the technician that was coming was prompt and would be there at 12. Took half day off of work only to get a call at 12:39 pm stating the apponitment had to be cancelled because the tech was delayed at another job. Not reliable don't use this company.

We have used hers and his plumbing in the past. They are excellent no matter what your plumbing problem is, they take care of the problem and explain in detail repairs or future care. I cannot say one negative thing about this company and staff.

I went through my homeowners warranty 2-10. I am rating mostly the service of Tommy who actually did the work. He was very nice, on time, let me know what's going on and kept me informed. Very pleased.

update1: I was too quick. After the waterheater filled up with water it was leaking again and flooded our garage. I called them and they said they would need a workorder from the warranty company. Even though they performed the work they would not take responsibility and send someone to fix it.

update 2: So I went back through 20 minutes of hotline music to talk to the Warranty company. They created the workorder and then I called Hers & His again. Well great, they could get me back on the schedule IN A WEEK!?!?! Only because I highlighted the fact that this is an emergency and my garage is filling up with water they had their technician come back and fix the issue. Once again Tommy the tech was great, but strictly following the process when someone is having a real problem is not what I expect of a company that has the slogan on their trucks Exceeding expectations

We had a great experience with Hers & His! They were able to schedule us in less than 24 hours and arrived right on time. Adam, our plumber, was polite, thorough, efficient, and friendly. The problem was solved quickly and we were able to move on with our day.

He could not fix the problems that we had because of the Hime insurance coverage but he was able to explain in detail what was going on and how we could fix the problem, very helpful and took the time to show me all the problems. I appreciate you man. Thank you.

Took them 2 weeks to get someone out to our home. They were supposed to arrive on 1/23/23 between 11 & 2. No one showed. I called them 3 different times (holding for 30 minutes each time). All they could tell me was that someone would be out that day, but didn't know a time. The plumber didn't show up until 7:30pm that evening. He took and look and said that he needed to order a part and can't fix it until then. We were told that they would call us to get back on the schedule. I waited 2 business days before I called them again because I hadn't heard from them. They finally get us on the schedule again for 1/30/23 and told us that hopefully the part will come in by then. They said that they would call us to reschedule if the part didn't come in. Now here it is 1/30/23, I haven't heard from them so I assumed the plumber would be here between 1&4 like they told me for the appointment. At 3:59 I received a text stating that the plumber was on the way. I waited until 5pm at which I had to leave for an appointment. My Ring doorbell never went off and I never received a phone call.
I am beyond upset with this company and their lack of communication. It is so unprofessional. I am now going to have to reach out to another plumbing company because this one clearly sucks and can't get the job done.

Worked with this company through Anerican Water Resources, which I have now come to believe is a scam. They sent a plumber to assess an issue, he came with no tools, took no photos or videos and then asked for the video MY plumber from Mr Rooter had taken showing the separation. Too bad the number he gave us to send the video too was disconnected. I’m top of it, the plumber apparently gave AWR incorrect info bc they said our claim was denied because of a clog. How he would ever know that without looking is a mystery to me.

Cody was very friendly and personable. This, combined with his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy, ensures satisfied customers.

They responded to my insurance company's same-day service call, then set my appointment up for 2 days later without even contacting me. Not impressed.

Avoid at all costs. Inefficient and slow. They really don't care about your problem. Don't hold to time frames, and don't complete their work. The technician left without completing the job, and didn't make arrangements for it to be handled by someone else. Company doesn't care, and isn't going to assign it to anyone else. I guess they figure it's perfectly acceptable to leave the customer without hot water for 4 days, currently. Still not repaired. So will probably be longer. Going through crappy home warranty company, so stuck with them. Basically, it's the same problem as one of the other reviews.

Service tech Tommy arrived ahead of schedule and was very personable and thorough with the desired repairs. He very quickly diagnosed and repaired our gas water heater and also replaced our garbage disposal. The service company office kept us updated on expected arrival and allowed for online tracking of the technician while enroute to our home. Excellent professional service by Hers and His Plumbing.

We were using this service as covered by our managed clients home warranty. Not good. Horrible scheduling and coordination. First they schedule about a week out! Then they demand you be there whenever they show up... They gave us a three hour window and no notice when they showed up. They called me one time and I answered; i then GAVE THEM OUR DOOR CODE and they still refused to do the service. We will complain to the home warranty service and most likely drop the home warranty service. If you are a managed property owner or own an AirBNB, this company will NOT work given the constraints. They don't have time to wait on us and we are the customer that DOES NOT HAVE TIME to wait on them when they are ready. We operate across several different markets and this is NOT the norm. Not very service focused. They are not flexible enough to schedule and let you know when they are coming. Their failure to call me has now cost us about $500 in service.

I am not at all happy with Hers and His Plumbing. I would never have chosen them in the first place, but my home owners' warranty sent them to me. They never solved my plumbing issues, and called my warranty company after they left my house and said the issue was resolved. I tried to get a refund on the service fee, but since the plumber claimed the issue was resolved I wasn't able to receive a refund. My warranty company sent them twice and the issue was never resolved. Costing me $250 dollars in service fees. I then had to call a second plumber and pay out of my pocket after wasting days and hundreds of dollars.

Adam Gorse is the best. In time, no-nonsense, simply the best. I can depend on him.

Hers and His Plumbing are a very professional outfit. I have met several of their plumbers, Dave has become my go to plumber. He does it by the book and I feel confident when he is here that his work is being done well. I recommend Hers and His Plumbing and a special note that Dave my regular plumber is really great!

Not that impressed. Hired these folks through our home warranty only to find out that our home warranty did not cover whirlpool tub jets. Asked the plumber what it would take to get it fixed, got I don't know, someone who works on jets. ... fastest $100 I have spent since the last time I was in Vegas. Giving them a 2 because at least they showed up and took my money.

Problem was no air vent. No repairs needed to be made since this was considered an inside issue. I buy the vent and put it in myself..problem solved! Wes was knowledgeable and friendly.

Company scheduled a repair on a Spigot for July 7 and then reschedule for July 21st without asking me or my tenant. The reason they could not get hold of us. I called them July 3rd 3 times to talk about the rescheduling and coulodn't get hold of anyone and neither could my tenant.

This is a company I have used for many years for my older home that was built in 1960. They have found and resolved problems carefully and with expertise dealing with an older home. My most recent issue was taken care of within an hour, whereas the previous home warranty company suggested digging into my yard to replace old pipes. This company took care of the problem promptly (clogged drain that took a slight more effort to clear than the three previous technicians from my home warranty company). I am extremely relieved this outcome was successfully resolved.

It is now 3 weeks into waiting for hers and his plumbing to fix my HVAC system. While fixing one issue (replacing a fan motor) they broke the blade on my fan. They were supposed to be out here a week ago to fix it, and I’ve yet to receive a phone call or any sort of communication to let me know the status. Every time I call, I get hung up on or told they have no answers by the rude costumer service people. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company is absolute joke. My insurance paid them to put a hot water heater in that was leaking. They came out cut the water lines took the hot water heater out and then could not install the new one. Left me without any water for 4 days. When they returned to finally install the water heater. They could not get the old hot water heater out of the closet so they ripped the door frame off and refused to put it back so now half my door frame is broken. Not 15 minutes after they left one of the pipes to the hot water heater that they fixed broke and flooded my house. They refused to come back and fix it and said I would have to pay my deductible again for something they caused installing the water heater.

My home warranty company has a contract with Hers and His Plumbing. I have used their services on two or three occasions. Overall, I was satisfied with the work they did. The workers were professional and polite.

My shower has been luke warm and I called my realty company and they set up the appointment with hers and his plumbing. I must say, never choosing anyone else! It took awhile but they were persistent to find out the issue! After replacing a burnt out part in the water heater, the sinks temp got hot but the shower was still luke warm. They ended up finding a temp gauge behind the shower handle and I just got out of a nice hot shower!!! Thank you so much Mike and Justin!! You guys were awesome tech and super friendly!

This company is involved, in my opinion, in a scam with Home Warantee of America. I used them through HWA for a leaking water hook up for my washing machine in a home I just purchased. The technician started work BEFORE telling me that HWA was not going to cover my claim, so I had no option but to let him finish the job and pay in full out of pocket. He had to cut out a section of my drywall to access the pipes, which he did not fix or replace and I still have a lovely hole in my wall. That is very unprofessional. Furthermore, he went to shut off the water to my home at my hot water heater and was unable to turn the knob and advised that I call HWA so that he could also look at that issue. My husband came home that night and I told him the tech said the knob was broken. My husband went out and turned it and it's not even broken! So fast forward to the end of the tech's visit and he gives me the bill for nearly 250 dollars. He then informs me that I owe an EXTRA 100 dollars over that for a service fee!!!!! He claimed it was an expense that HWA charges. I refused to pay the extra fee. I called HWA and they informed me that Hers and His Plumbing was billing them for not one service call, but two!!!!! So they are billing me for 200 dollars in service fees because of that extra claim I made on the knob not turning that the technician told me to call in. He never even looked at the knob further than telling me it was broken, when it wasn't. Totally ridiculous!! So I call HWA to contest the charges and they tell me the charges are coming from Hers and His Plumbing, and that I need to contact them. So I call the plumbing company, they tell me that no, the fee is an HWA fee and I need to call them! So I ask the person I spoke with at the plumbers, Elena, to get on a 3 way call with HWA so we can get this ironed out. She uses the excuse that the doesn't have HWA's number, so I give her their number. She refuses to get on a 3 way call. She knows that I've caught them both in a scam and doesn't want to get cornered. I've filed a claim against HWA with the BBB and may also file one against Hers and His Plumbing if these bogus charges are not dropped. Stay away from this crooked company!!!! There are good honest companies out there, this is not one of them.

I had an appointment scheduled with them today, sent to me by my home warranty company. It has been scheduled for a week and they called at the last moment to leave a message cancelling my appointment. No one answered when I returned the call to reschedule. I have cancelled the appointment and will go with a more professional contractor. Your home warranty company may give you the option of requesting a different contractor (2-10 does) as soon as you submit a claim. Don't be afraid to do so.

Tommy was amazing!!! First my warranty covered my appliance, but my appliance wasn’t the problem. Tommy found the problem fast and suggested a solution. The solution was proper and done correctly with my sump pump drainage system. He even tested it and fixed a clog we didn’t even know was there. He didn’t leave till after dark and a hour and a half after his shift ended because he wasn’t going to settle for sub par work or leave without it properly working. Thank you good sir Tommy. I will be calling the company and requesting him for all my plumbing needs. I was even pestering him by watching and asking lots of questions as a new home owner. Thanks and Merry Christmas Tommy! They need to give you a bonus.

ZERO STARS. My appointment was rescheduled 2 times. I was “assured” it would not be rescheduled again. The plumber no-called, no-showed. After I called to see where he was, I was told “he’ll be there within 2 hours”. Well, 2 hours later, still no plumber. No-call, no-show. I then called back again and was told he would be there within 1-2 hours. At this point, I had been waiting on a plumber since 9am. The guy finally called me right at the end of that 2 hours saying he would need to reschedule because he had been working since 7am and has a 2.5 hour drive home. Im now in the process of trying to get a refund for the $100 fee I paid when I scheduled the initial appointment over a week ago.

I had a water leak in my line- under my porch and 6ft in the ground (not an easy job). I had a water line protection plan under HomeServe they contacted Hers and His Plumbing. I read the not so good reviews, but always keep in mind that a business is always going to have complaints.
My technician was Tucker, he called me when he was in route, he told me his plan of action and needed to submit it to HomeServe for approval. The water line replacement bid was approved and I was put on the calendar for repair (great communication from Hers and His Plumbing btw) The job required Tucker and one other technician for the repair and they were wonderful! Did a thorough job, always kept me update, respectful of my home and yard. When the job was completed they placed some grass seeding in the area they dug up, which in my opinion was very minimal considering the severity of the job. They even put my garden decor and edging back in place. I was very pleased and would recommend their company.

Plumbers came late to initial consult, things happen I understand but the receptionist who called to tell me the plumber was running said one thing. When the plumber arrived he said a different reason. No biggie, I brushed it off. The plumber installed a brand new water heater. He left the old one in the middle of my yard, the drainage covered my wooden back patio in what I can only assimilate to as slime. That eventually was gone after a few washes. 2 months later the release valve is leaking and the company is refusing to come look at the new valve that they put in. They are excellent at putting you on hold for more than 30 minutes. I will not use nor recommend this company to anyone.

They did not call to let me know that my original appointment was rescheduled until I call to find out why they didn't come on the scheduled date/ time. Adding to the misery the repairman didn't have the equipment on hand to make repair. Had to go to Lowe's to find the right part. A 20 to 30 minute job took over an hour. Luckily, I use American Home Shield for most of my home repairs that saves me money. If I had call them personally they would have given me a discount with no questions asked.

I was referred to them by my home warranty service for shower that is constantly running. They couldn’t come out for two weeks. I hated having to wait but I went ahead and scheduled. Then, four days before they were scheduled to come, they called and said they needed to reschedule for three weeks later because they only come out two days a week and they claim they’re already booked. If you need help soon, I wouldn’t call them.

Arrived promptly. Very courteous and very helpful. Got to work and completed the job at hand. Out of all the plumbing services I have used. the most prompt, and kept me updated on arrivel ad progress.

I honestly cannot say enough good things. I'd called half a dozen plumbers looking for a straightforward dishwasher install and His and Hers was the first plumber who said they could. When the plumber arrived they put me at ease even when other issues arose with the install. They troubleshot the situation quickly and made sure it was fixed that same day, even coming back later in the day and looping in another associate to help. I've already recommended their services to family and friends. Easy to schedule, great communication, and straightforward. The job was completed in a timely fashion and safely and properly.

Tommy arrived on time and did an instant professional fix replacing my leaking shower cartridge. His and Hers Plumbing came as part of our AHS home warranty plan. The $75 AHS service charge was only $10 more than the $62 part, which they replaced under the home care warranty. Good deal all around!

We had an issue with our master bath toilet. Called our Home Warranty company and they assigned us to Hers and His. The first appointment was on a Thursday afternoon from 1p-4p. I asked if they had anything on a weekend as my husband and I both work Monday thru Friday. Their first Saturday appointment was 3 weeks away so my husband took time off from work to sit at home and wait for them. One hour before our appointment window, we were called and told that the technician for our area had called out sick. The next available time frame would be the following Monday from 2p-5p. This is ridiculous. They didn't care at all that my husband had to burn a vacation day to sit at home and wait, there was no effort on their part to try to rectify this situation. They wouldn't even try to pull a technician from another area to come help us out since they cancelled last minute. Their suggestion was to call our Home Warranty company and request another vendor. I will never call them again and will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how inefficient and unhelpful they are. Customer Service means nothing to them.

I hate to join in but they only get one start because it doesn't go lower. I called in an emergency as they described it and half way into the window I got a text to reschedule but when a phone call. They had another emergency they wanted to go to instead. I had work from them before when I had the terrible the warranty company and they did a good job so I thought I would reward that. I have paid the price for trying to help them. I won't make that mistake anymore.

Tommy showed up on time, called ahead to be sure I knew when to expect him, and gave wonderful customer service. I will absolutely request him again.

Josh with His & Her Plumbing came to house at least15 minutes early and was able to fix my broken shower handle in less than 10 minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the right parts and tools to complete the job. He was friendly and explained what went wrong. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from this company.

Repaired sink drain

A plumber came out twice and she never unstopped my sewer. Another company came out and my sewer was unstopped in 30 minutes. The company that unstopped my sewer was Grizzly Plumbing of Cleveland, Tn. Thanks!

My initial impression was one-star. However, being that they immediately addressed and rectified the matter, I am parsed to update my review. The technician arrived and actually helped educate me on the semantics of the garbage disposal. Additionally, he replaced the malfunctioning product. My intent was not to have any technician risk their safety, but the original person who called to reschedule due to weather did not provide any timely options or amenable alternatives. That is my only criticism that the schedulers should be able to provide a little more service to work out a good time to send their technicians that works also with the situation and the home owner. I do appreciate the company going above and beyond to fix the issue at hand. Thanks!

Great service & fixed my plumbing issue; they were very knowledgeable!

Absolutely horrible, it still is not fixed. They came out to the house and didn't even touch it and recommended replacement peri use American home shield and they have me running back-and-forth for them. I've been over one month without hot water in my house and they continue to tell me to call American home shield and American home shield continues to tell me to call them and none of them can get it worked out. At 1st the people I talked to were polite but now I got somebody who was just plain out rude. If they have a problem with the warranty company they should call them to work it out. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to fix it for them.

This company was hired by my warranty company to replace my sewer line and they came out and did not do anything but cut small pieces in the old clay pipes and ran PVC pipes inside and didn't remove the original issue. Howard was the technician that half did the job and when we tried to get answers they gave us the run around. Also they dug up our yard and didn't replace the grass seeds just left a total mess. I had to come out my pocket to get the job done correctly.

MIKE CALLED FRIDAY TO CONFIRM HIS ARRIVAL ON MONDAY MORNING. HE WAS ON TIME. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE WATER HEATER AND REPAIRED IT QUICKLY. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

The sheer lack of professionalism displayed by every person I've interacted with at this company is absolutely stunning. On two separate occasions I've been forced to use this company by my home warranty, but I now would rather pay full price for a plumber than deal with this incompetent team. Both times I've been forced to use them I've had my appointment cancelled less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive. Putting me in a bind as I had taken off work to be there as the issue needed to be resolved. The first time I let them reschedule only to have the lazy sod they sent over be unwilling to remove my toilet from its anchors to check for a leak. Today I was told there was nothing they could do to get anyone out to my house. Even though this appointment has been scheduled for 5 business day's. How poorly managed can you be? Anyone reading this please go elsewhere or you'll be sorely disappointed.

Was nervous about some of the reviews mentioning home warranty because that is who dispatched them for our leaking water heater. They came out on time and had it replaced by lunch with good communication along the way.

Pricing was a bit more than I budget; however, when you don't have hot water with Seniors (2) in the household not much to talk about. Some of the modifications were not needed, because the city inspector came out prior to installation and stated as such. Again, it was needed. Great service man and he explained everything throughout his process. Great guy!!!

Absolutely awful! Unprofessional in the way they were attired to the way he handled the claim from my homeowners insurance. I'm not sure but showing up in a sweat shirt and jeans with a confederate baseball cap seems inappropriate. The problems started immediately when I received a call several hours before my appointment time to tell me they were on their way. I left work immediately and got home no one was there. When I called back the acted put out because the plumber said dispatch should have called me back. When he did show up he informed me without doing anything but a visual exam that my insurance wouldn't pay for it since I had removed a drain adapter. When I called the insurance company, they said they were told I had disassembled the drain. (Which was impossible since the drain was inside a wall that needed to be opened. It got worse from there. They would file insurance on cutting through the wall but wanted an additional 283 dollars for the drain. I eventually opened the wall found the leak and fixed it. Guess what? It wasn't the drain at all. The home warranty company was much help either I'll review them on their site. All in all a terrible experience. To top it off although he did not do anything except look at my tub that was leaking he wanted 75.00 because it was the insurance co pay since he came to the house. I called Hers and His plumbing at 4:30 in the afternoon and was told there was no supervisor to call me and then informed that the on call supervisor wouldn't be calling because my leak wasn't an emergency. Keith was the dispatcher I spoke with... Do not call this company!

His and Hers Plumbing - Absolutely the Worst experience ever!!!! 1st I had to wait on them a 6 hour window, then when he did show up he looked under my kitchen sink, main bathroom, pipes downstairs and then my downstairs den where water was coming from inside the walls. I also informed him that I can hear water dripping from inside the wall between the kitchen and bathroom. He told me that's the pipes expanding and it just sound like it's dripping, then he told me that he would have to send his report in about the water coming out from downstairs and their resolutions department would contact my warranty department. He didn't do no work at all didn't bring no tools inside the house. Next day I received an email stating he repaired a leaky valve and order was complete. So I called my warranty people informed them he didn't do no work and they reschedule them to come back out. I call the plumber company and request for someone else they told me he's the only one that can come out and finish what he started. He was schedule to come back out that Monday- they called that Monday and said he called out sick and was reschedule the next week. He came back out Wednesday and he couldn't find the prv valve so he stated something was wrong with that valve and the warranty people doesn't cover it but they can fix it I would have to pay for it. I informed him that he didn't find the valve and how can he say that's what's wrong when you couldn't even find it! He politely dismissed himself. Worst Company Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brandon arrived quickly and repaired our main water line which had a leak about a foot away from the meter. He assessed the problem and grabbed a shovel and found the leak within 5 minutes then began the repair. Great service!!!!!.

But here comes Cody from His & Hers Plumbing, he was here before time, polite, courteous, professional, listened to the problem I had and how the other company took care of the issue. He even thought me a couple of things about my house thatIdidn'tknow, that was great.

My home warranty company set up a service request with them to repair two water leaks. 2 days later no one had called to schedule service so I called teh home warranty company back. They contacted this company who told them they didn't do gas leaks which made no sense since the service was for water. The warranty company cleared it up and updated my account info that the company had been contcted about it being water leaks.
3 days later I'd still received no call and got an email from the home warranty company that my service request had been cancelled by the contractor. So I had to go back through submitting another service request, with the clarification that this company would not be given the job.

They were great! On time and professional and the job to repair a leaking faucet was done quickly.

Resolved all issues professionally and quickly, and very friendly while at it. Thanks for your help.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service by Cody from Hers and His Plumbing. I made the initial call very late on Sunday Night for a faulty water heater and Hers and His Plumbing had the old one replaced, new on installed, and all coordination with my warranty company completed by noon Tuesday. We will definitely use this company again for any future needs. My family and I thank you very much!

Company was outstanding from start to finish … picked up first call quickly and professionally. Technician (Wes) was knowledgeable and courteous !

I made an appointment for them to fix my water leak. They made me wait a week. Then they sent a guy out who was not prepared for the job and gave excuses why they could not make the repair as I was expecting. There were inconsistencies in the excuses I was hearing. Management backed up the tech 100 percent with all of the excuses. If your warranty company uses these guys, ask for another company or for reimbursement and use your own company you know.

Very poor communication.

I received an ad for A/C maintenance that was cheaper than their competitors. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the inspection was and the common sense suggestions made that would save me money.
