Daniel's installed one shut-off valve for faucet. very, very expensive. $353.00. I tried to get a quote before they came out but they want to come quote a bunch of stuff you are not even ready to have done. Not sure who I am more upset with, myself for paying for that one replaced shutoff valve or them for taking up over an hour of my time and starting at a quote of 10k for things around the house that needed (not immediately)to be replaced. When I was so shocked by the pricing and asked how they could charge that much I was told that they have employees to pay, high overhead costs and gas and trucks, etc. to maintain. Really?? How about telling me all of this and more when I call so that I know you are not in the business of small jobs.

I have enjoyed their silly commercials and they made me feel like I could call them on a Sunday and they would help me. My repair technician was kind informants and fast. I will call them anytime I have a problem. Thank you to the whole team.

I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. Have recommended them to my neighbors and they share my assessment. If you have a plumbing need, day or night - call them!

Outstanding! So grateful to Johnny Rooter! Plumbing leaks never happen at a convenient time. I got a knock on the door from a city employee on Friday after 5pm letting me know I had a big leak outside and after turning off the water, I called Johny Rooter. I'd used them several times before and had always been happy but this was a big job and I was worried. I am so impressed with Coleman. He came all the way from Leander back into Austin on Friday night, worked in the dark and found the leak and fixed it. He was professional, courteous, kind and trustworthy. Because it was after hours and digging in the dark takes longer, I was worried I was going to have a HUGE bill but he took care of us. Paying a plumber is like paying a dentist. You hate the bill but I can honestly say he deserved every penny of it and while I hate having to pay for a leak, I'm glad the good folks at Johnny Rooter get that money. Thanks again Coleman. I forgot the plumbers name but he was professional, courteous and got right to work. He was careful to cover his shoes, tell me what he was doing and was friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

We called them on a Sunday morning and they had someone come out and look at our clogged kitchen sink drain within an hour. No trip charges, no extra weekend charges. Their price to run a drain snake was reasonable and very fair. They got to work with the drain snake and very quickly declogged the drain. Now, at this point they could have just called it a day after the water had cleared out but they took their time making sure to run a camera and inspect the drain followed by running the drain snake a couple more times to make sure they fixed the issue properly. I have definitely recommend them not only for their pricing but the quality of work.
