Helped me solve a plroblem with a pressure issure I was having . They came out and gave me estimates and were not pushy.

I scheduled Radiant for a hydrostatic test. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone even though other plumbers could do that. They quoted $850 for a basic hydrostatic test. Another plumber did the test for $300. I decided to not use them but they charged me for the service call. These guys are over-priced and a bit shady.

My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

I will definitely recommend Daniel's to friends and family. Scheduling was easy. Communication was excellent. Carlos was professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a variety of options with prices and never pushed any repair. He answered all my questions and explained why he recommended repairs which helped me make informed decisions. I bought a membership because I know I'll be calling Daniel's for future repairs.Update: We also had Daniel's replace our HVAC system and duct work. Carlos and Andrew were professional, on time and let us know what was being done each step of the way. We had lots of questions. This was a huge undertaking and they did a great job (including the clean up afterwards!). The system had to be inspected by the city to make sure it was up to code. The inspector was impressed with the job.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

I think it's safe to say that Mr. Rooter is one of the more reliable plumbers in Austin. Not perfect, but they work well and work hard, which are rare traits among most companies in most fields nowadays.

Wow! What a great job! We had the main sewer line for our house replaced. They were very quick and efficient and caused very minimal disturbance while I was working from home. The workers were very friendly / informative and went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I have used these guys for years now. Always on time, always professional. One time I had an issue after the technician had left (my fault, not his), I called him and he turned right around and came back to look at it and fix it. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Men were very polite, professional, and were done with the repairs in a reasonable time. However, I had a leak the next day coming from the toilet’s shutoff valve. They returned to fix the leak, but we decided not to have it fixed. The material cost was under $15.00 and labor was $170. I was disappointed because I know that wouldn’t even take one hour. I suspect we were being charged for two plumbers to be here. This job only takes one person, but I was being charged for two. $170 for labor is HIGH!!Update: my husband took care of the leak. It cost $16.26 and took 20 minutes.

Came same day without $150 after hours charge like all the other places I called, that also told me for standard rates I would have to wait until Friday, Its Tuesday and summer time in Texas. Got my AC back and running. Would definitely recommend.

Stepped up the challenge of fixing the water pressure in my shower. Showed up on time and reasonable prices (for a plumber).

We had someone from Johnny rooter install new sink and faucet for us about 6 months ago.It was installed poorly by someone know longer with the company. When our faucet quit working this week and the disposal broke, they sent someone over immediately. They were able to fix everything. Sean and Jason were great! They had to get creative because of some electrical problems but they were able to fix the sink and disposal. And they didn't even charge us! Will definitely use again.
