I came home from spending much of the weekend with my mom in the ER and hospital to find water actively leaking from the ceiling in the bedroom and serious ceiling damage. Curtis Kurka was wonderful and truly saved the day for me. He was prompt, thorough, got the job done and before leaving he referred me to someone that could help with the ceiling damage. He also could tell how distraught I was and he showed kindness and compassion. I am truly grateful. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous how much a water leak in my yard would set me back. I called BenjaminBL Plumbing and thankfully they had a cancellation for the same day and I was able to snag a spot. They came out in the quoted time frame and were very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough great things about Radiant. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Most important they took my call and showed up exactly when they said they would. Had a clog on the main. Worked until the problem was resolved. Took time to make sure the problem was properly resolved. Did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Price was reasonable and worth every cent. Did not try to upsell more work, focused on the problem at hand.Update: A camera inspection was part of service i paid for. Never heard from them. Then they called out of the blue on CHRISTMAS DAY to have a tech come by. Refused, was not told a new scheduled time. Weird.

SO after a couple of overpriced quotes, I got a inquiry from a certain Alist website that L&P wanted to bid on my non emergency plumbing issue. I said yes and 5 min later got a call from the owner who asked pertinent questions and said that yes I needed a PRV valve installed in my yard along with a reasonable price for the job and an option for adding a easy cut-off value for the future. Quick turnaround, clean work , tech answered questions and dealt with minor issues. done fast as well. So hell yes I recommend them.

I wanted to use this company and support local business but ended up regretting it a bit in the end. I had a pipe that was clogged from the septic and had them come out to check. They offered to bring the camera to inspect, but it didn't make it down and got stuck. Well, I got stuck with a huge charge for the camera. When I told the owner that I got charged ($600) for a few seconds of work and the camera did nothing, he replied That camera cost me $12,000. That response was less than professional. He handed the phone back to my wife and left. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because his crew is really good. I did end up paying double and won't be making that mistake again.

They are relentless about tackling problems of any size. They just won’t quit until everything is done with excellence. They work with professionalism and superior customer service. This company cleaned up a plumbing mess in ways that I didn’t even think was possible. Stop looking for the right plumber and hire them.

Of course our ac died on a Saturday night. Most places are closed or don't work on Sundays. Someone from their messaging center contacted me on Sunday that they would look for an appt asap. I had a phone call by 7am Mon. AC repair man by 830am. He quickly found the issue, replaced the part and got everything working great again. I was relieved it seemed like a pretty affordable fix. I would recommend this company & that technician Daren.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

On a Saturday, both our toilets had leaked from the base all over our bathrooms. First 2 places said they'd get someone out Monday afternoon. Called Johnny Rooter, they said they'd be there in an hour, and they were. Cameron was friendly, took care of the clog, and explained our options for preventing future problems. We decided to buy 2 new toilets and Jason installed both of them. Charged by the hour for the install and didn't even take 2 full hours. Super nice folks answering the phones, too. They were great and even though we had to pay an extra fee for them to come out on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.
