S&D did a good job replacing my pressure reducing valve. The previous valve failed and my water pressure was greatly reduced when two faucets ran at the same time. S&D’s pricing seems reasonable for the work that was needed. Customer service over the phone and in person was very good. I would definitely use this company again.

These guys are the BEST!! Another company estimated $8,000 to find the leak. Rooterman found the leak, repaired it, and fixed a few other things in about 4 hrs. Have used them before and had the same experience. Knowledgeable, fast, fair, and wonderful people. Do not hesitate to call them.

Team Radiant really impressed us with their level of customer service when we recently sourced them for a new AC system. We had to act fast because we didn't want to be stuck with a broken, outdated system in the midst of this pandemic. Our quick decision did not disappoint, and their guys were ready and available the following morning. Install time was about 8 hours. There was a very small section of drywall that needed touch up/ repair due to an unforeseen install issue, but Radiant has their own guys that can handle this and do a professional job. We had a water leak in the foundation. It was a challenging job to locate the leak, to figure out where to apply the fix and reroute the hot water pipe to by pass the leak in the concrete. Sean was able to fix the problem where a couple of other companies failed to do. Each time Sean and his helper came, they made great efforts to clean after themselves. Extremely professional! Highly recommended!

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average.The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

Shannon came in the middle of the night when our sewer line was backing up. He unclogged it quickly. Great service. Love it that I can call them day or night.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced.
