Best A/C in Austin TX

I called S&D plumbing out of desperation, due to being out of the water for the last two weeks. I was promised repairs from another plumber. Who informed me today that it was going to be another week or two. Just to locate the parts. I reached out to S&D and spoke with Rhonda at 1130am. Not only did Rhonda say she had the part but she can have a technician out today to replace it. Within four hours the technicians were out and completely replace the hot water heater. Extremely friendly crew. They took no time at all to replace and restore hot water. I would definitely give this company five stars recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing service. Great experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. AJ was professional and fast and even fixed an additional problem that I wasn’t aware of until he pointed it out to me. Owner, GIlbert, is awesome! Came to fix a handful of things, realized he didn't have a key part, rescheduled without charging for the first visit, and did quick, complete, quality work. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!

Carlos the plumber was fantastic. The service was for a rent house. He called several times to let me know what was wrong, what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. He also communicated everything to the tenant. The price was very reasonable compared to several other companies I called. The company was great too. They were able to get Carlos out the same day I called within a few hours. The person doing the scheduling was very friendly and knowledgeable. Better than some companies that use out of town call centers. I also liked the email and text updates and the emailed invoice within minutes of him finishing.

This local company is a gem, highly recommended. Talmage was very professional, on time and completed the job with efficiency. We've used Economy Plumbing several times & service has been great. Customer service is also excellent. Plus expect funny beige attire (lol), fast and clear scheduling and checkout using ipads.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. I don't encounter problems severe enough to call a plumber too often, but when I do, I call Mr. Rooter. They're simply the best plumbers that Austin has to offer.

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

I called Roto Rooters and I was told that if they could not fix it they would not charged me by Chris Evans and Technician Pablo. I had a leak under my toilet and water everywhere. He told me the problem was main sewer was stuffed up, he said the would run the line and fix the issue. They charged me over $300 and they told me they would guarantee their work. About an hour after they left I still had the exact same problem. I called a 2nd time and they came out, they said they were not sure about the issue and they needed a camera technician to come out but they were so busy. He spoke to his manager Dell and they told me that they would send a camera technician to my house within an hour, that was 3 hours ago and still I have they problem and they have my money. I tried to call and spoke to Jean in dispatch who was rude to my sister and I. I tried to speak to a manager and still no one has called me back. This is family time, I paid a lot of money and I keep getting the run around. I asked for my money back so that I could call someone responsible and they still won't help me or return my call. I have been putting my holiday family time on hold all day for this company. This is the worst customer experience ever. I would appreciate a call back... If you tell someone if we don't fix it we don't charge you and you take their money and refuse to help them that is awful service. The worst customer experience !!
