Serge Char was great in installing a new water heater after I had wasted 2 weeks in limbo with a supposed home warranty company. Don't waste your $ and time on a fake home warranty, just save it and get Clarke Kent to fix your plumbing issues. It wasn't cheap, but it was less costly than not having hot water and a water heater that wasn't up to code in the first place. Great experience and I feel confident it was done right this time.

That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Had sewer backup into both bathrooms on a Sunday, which means emergency fees (willing to pay them, but still.) 1st Home offers 24/7 service, let me know up front about said emergency fees, SERVICES DEL VALLE, and was able to dispatch Daniel in a timely fashion. He guided me through self-checking the cleanouts before he arrived; once he was onsite he asked me more questions about the nature of the backup and the circumstances behind it, before getting to work. Once Daniel resolved the clog, he spent time answering my questions about both potential end-of-life issues for our pipes, and ways to keep things clear until further, more serious examination can be scheduled. He was thorough, professional, and very good at explaining the whys and wherefores of blockage and how a future camera exploration might pan out in an accessible manner. I'd recommend 1st Home & Commercial to others, and would call them again.

I had a water leak in a property that I manage and called several plumbers and all told me it would take at least a week or 2 until they could schedule me in. This is by far one of the best companies around. We had a main line leak, with water running down the street; the city of Pflugerville was quick to shut the water main line to our house; unfortunately, the repairs fell on us. We called Plumb Quick and they sent us Rey who was able to come to our house within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, dug 2 feet down to find the pipe and repaired it. We don’t know what we would have done without Rey and Plumb Quck. They are honest, professional and hardworking. Thank you so much for saving us that day!
