Kyle and Angel were AMAZING!!!! Words can't describe how happy we are with their service. They arrived right on time. They offered to wear booties to protect our floors, got straight to work and communicated through the entire process. We discussed an initial price and they got the shower fixed instantly!!! Our sink in the kitchen was another story. They did they best they could and saw we needed a little more work. When they knew it was gonna be more they walked us through payment plans and discounts which helped us get it all done in one fell swoop. They even played with our three crazy dogs. I couldn't ask for two better professionals to take care of our home. Angel and Kyle you guys are AMAZING!!! Our plumbing company for life!!!

We requested multiple home sewer line camera inspections with different companies. Daniel's Plumbing technician came out, performed the camera inspection ($250) in our main sewage line (took 20 minutes) which looks at only one portion of the system, and quoted us a 50K+ repair to replace the entire sewage piping system. We requested the video inspection results and we received only a few very shaky videos taken from a cellphone that showed some roots. The quote felt unreasonable given the inspection performed. Second plumbing company opinion looked at the same videos and only quoted us $7K for the repairs needed.

Went out of his way to come on a Saturday to take care of me and the wife’s toilet issues/clogged plumbing issues. I highly recommend A&T Service plumbing for any services.

The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!)I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Logan and Johnathan were great! They were professional and friendly! I’ve had experience with plumbers and other types of services and those two were like the dream team of helpers! Would totally request them if I need help again.

Fabian and his team are always quick to show up to assess the problem and repair what’s needed. I’ve used these guys on multiple occasions, and I will continue to do so.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Jose exceeded our expectations!! Also Melissa and Diana were most gracious, friendly and helpful on the phone!! If you need a plumber, call Fast Plumbing!!!

Third time I have called these guys....best in town don't call any one else...great response and great people. There is no broken pipe on selection but this was reason for calling them. .

Working in customer service and administrative assistance for over 10 years and my first interaction with first commercial via front desk was very sassy, rude and felt rushed off the phone. The technician was very kind and informative of my AC issue. Administratively; customer service lacks understanding and patience. All I needed to do was clarify information at the time. Bam Bam was prompt, friendly, and FAST! He replaced my diverter valve and installed a showerhead in minutes. Having someone come in during social distancing quarantine was a scary thought but Bam Bam did everything possible to mitigate exposure. He wore a mask, left his shoes at the door, worked quickly, and was six feet away at all times. As a high risk person, I truly appreciated the extra effort!
