Excellent care and honest discussion of problems

Craig Plank was my tech. He called and texted before arriving. It was nice that his pic was on the text so I know who was arriving. He as good around my two dogs and answering all my questions and my eleven year old son asked. We had lots of gunk in my drain pipes. I learned that I should have asked fore services tech way before the second drain started leaking. He was great

biggest problem was lack of supervision on sub contractor, and returning calls, taking way to long to do the job. Will not recommend Daniel's to anyone and will never use again.

Economy plumbing should be called exceptional plumbing. They were exactly that, thorough, courteous, and got the job done the day they said they would.

Davis was here on time (tough to find a plumber that even does that!) and was very knowledgeable. He easily answered all my questions. All around great experience.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Fantastic service! Called them out for second opinion, and our tech Nathan saved us hundreds of dollars in tile, and sheetrock repair. Instead of a valve problem in the wall we had a heating element out on the hot water heater which was actually covered by a warranty. Highly recommended.

Paul was amazing! He saved our lives weekend . We woke up to a gas leak and within minutes Paul was fast and polite. I couldn’t believe how quick he came to our house. It was about ten minutes from my call. Paul was incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend.
