Best Water Heater Installation in Austin TX

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had an underground broken water line leaking 40 gallons an hour. I called S & D Plumbing an easily made a non-emergency appointment for the next day. They have great communication from Customer Service to Dispatch to Technician...with both text and email correspondence. They gave me a fair bid on doing the work the right way and then located and fixed the leak quickly and correctly. I feel very lucky to have found these guys. I will call them in the future for any other plumbing needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks Melvin and the S & D Team for doing such a great job!

The plumber Collen came out, diagnosed the problem very quickly and was straight up about what needed to be done. No nonsense but he was very personable.

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Nick was great! Knowledgeable, patient with my questions and explained what he was doing when I asked. He was professional and good at what he does....I highly recommend Nick and I will personally request him in the future.

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.
