Best Water Line Repair in Austin TX

Chris and Cole did a fantastic job locating and quickly repairing a snapped water line that goes into my home. They took the time to educate and warn me about Kitec piping as well. Will be using these guys for future plumbing issues.

I have a been a loyal customer for many years due to their reliable, friendly and outstanding service. I have had faucets repaired, water heater service and installed and a new tankless water heater and gas line installed. Every time I have needed a plumber they have been able to provide dependable service.

Free estimate!? Costs apparently $189 and when sent an invoice it said shop fee ?. Then when I called to ask about the process I was given the run around. And was told I would receive a call back from the manager/owner and never received it.Customer service should be a priority to you and not having your staff make excuses for the lack of it.

The technicians Nestor and Andrew were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and installed my new AC/Heating System in a timely manner. Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. Service Rep Omid Mandave was the nicest, neatest, most helpful and professional plumber I have ever worked with! I usually hate to call the plumber because they leave a huge mess. This man cleaned up so well it looked as though I had just done a thorough cleaning myself! As he worked he offered helpful advice on maintaining our pipes so the grease won’t build up, and the proper sink strainers to buy to prevent things from going down the drain by mistake. Plus, did I say he was nice? He was a very pleasant man. My husband and I both enjoyed visiting with him while he worked. He was thorough, careful, and did a great job. I will ask for him if I ever need plumbing services again.

I called a couple of diff Plumbing companies for concrete slab leaking problems under my foundation to find out and do the repairs. Melissa of Fast Plumbing Austin is a nice lady. She understands what my needs an explain very clearly and accurately I though. Next day Steven and Parkly come for leak detection by pinpoint test 1 st day then come back to fix the leaks. I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak. He is trustworthy and authentic and I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing leak detection or plumbing work.

My heating/ac was not acting right - cold air was coming out when I expected hot ... and my electric bill had increased significantly .... it is fairly new, installed two years ago as a new unit. 1st Home sent out their employees Ryan Hill and Mikhail.After taking time to totally examine the unit, they showed me where the unit was failing to function properly and why. The original installation had been a fairly shoddy job, which unfortunately did not surprise me, and Ryan explained how they could fix the problem.I now have a wonderful unit that I expect will serve me very well.I like the fact that I am part of their membership and that all my heating/ac, electrical, and plumbing needs will be addressed by them as part of my membership.Ryan and Mikhail were particularly helpful, polite, punctual, courteous, knowledgable .... everything you would hope for in regards to service people entering your home to help.

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

The work that was done was fine. But the plumber tore up the vinyl from removing the toilet and didn't give discounts even though he ruined the floor and I had to reinstall the toilet.

Awesome company very quick in response and very efficient one of the best here in Round rock wouldn't use anyone else !
