Jess was great. He arrived earlier than expected but within the time frame given. He went right to worked. Finished quickly doing a professional job for a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to call again.

Called when we had to shut off the water to the house. They came within an hour and was a very fast service. Wyatt did a great job explaining what had happened and completed the work quickly.

So extremely pleased with Travis’s service today. I had a major back up in my pipes which flooded my whole bathroom. I called Clarke Kent, who was the 5th place I called, and the only place who had availability to come out. And Travis was at my house 30 minutes later. Talk about fast service. Travis was very knowledgeable and friendly and looked at all the possibilities before finding the clog. He was prompt, courteous, the cost was very reasonable and he was able to fix the clog right away. I was so relieved and if I have any other issues he is who I’ll call!

Great communication with this company and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Had my toliets replaced. Wasn't sure what I needed but the company gave me different toliets options to choose from. I was happy with my choice of the toto toilet with the cyclone flush. Didn't know there was such a thing but glad I do now. If you are reading this and need a new toilet I recommend this company for their great service and this toilet for easy clean up.

My toddler flushed his baby sister's toy down the toilet and it was not flushing. Appointment was made for the next day, which was great and quick. I was texted updates all day about when the arrival window would be so I could plan properly. Jalen came to fix it right on time! He deserves a raise!

Did a good job but I feel like I was taken advantage of with pricing. Technician came and gave me a price prior to starting. Once he was about 85% complete, he upsold me on additional work that would make my system more reliable. I approved. After completion, he came to me and said the bill was about $100 more than he'd priced. Not sure how that can happen on such an inexpensive repair, but I don't feel it was ethical.

5/5/2023 Update: Zachary (and Michael) got us out of another extreme inconvenience by replacing our hot water heater quickly and efficiently. Outstanding, thank you.10/10/2022 Update: Sean really helped us out of a jam this week. Our water well had failed and we needed to get plumbing to the water utility line in our neighborhood. Sean completed this significant job in one afternoon on fairly short notice, allowing us to connect to the water utility the next day. Sean is a fast and smart plumber and would recommend his services to anyone. Much appreciated!Excellent and dependable. I have used them in the past as well, but this transaction was more complicated with a foundation repair and a tight timeline. I needed to get repairs done before closing and Capital City Plumbing did a fantastic job communicating and getting the job done for me in order to close for my buyers on time. I also got another bid and they actually beat their price. Everything was super easy, great communication, and they understood my urgency of needing to get it done by a certain date and made it happen. Very professional team. They helped to fix plumbing issues and followed thru with also keeping safety masks and protective equipment on during entire time while working on my property. We used Plumb Master after hours to fix a broken fitting, the tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job on the repair. The issue we have is with the cost of the repair. Initially the tech thought it was one issue and quoted the repair to be around $2,000, since they thought that a large portion of a copper pipe would have to be replaced. Once he began the work it turned out to be something much simpler, basically a fitting on a pipe was cracked and had to be replaced. The two fittings that were replaced cost less than $50 and the time that was spent was 3.5 hours. 1 hour to travel from our house to the shop to pick up a part, 45 minutes to let the cement dry on the PVC fitting, and 2 hours for the repair. The final cost of the repair was over $1400 for replacing two fittings that cost less than $50. I want to be clear, the technician did a good job, my point it that the cost of the repair is excessive. I understand that this was done after hours and there is additional cost to that, on the bill I was charged a after hours fee, which I am more than happy to pay as it was a Friday night. I called several other plumbing companies just to see if what I was charged was inline with normal practices, this does not seem to be the case. I did call plumb masters to try and see if they could explain to me why the charge was so much and the gentleman on the phone basically said that was the cost because of the tool that was used. If your repair can wait and you can shop around I would recommend that you do that.Response to owner - The work that was done was completely different than what was quoted. The initial quote was to replace a large copper pipe, which was not done because that was not the issue. The issue was a fitting that had cracked, that is very different than replacing a large pipe. I am not disputing that a plumber needed to do the work and that required a skilled technician. The cost that was charged to replace a pvc fitting should not have been over $1400, that is just taking advantage of the customer.

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didn't have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.
