Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

John and Brandon were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were both prompt and courteous and helped me get my garbage disposal fixed. They have a great free inspection service and helped inform me about certain things that I needed to get fixed and didn't press or pressure me into doing anything that I didn't want/feel comfortable with (unlike most companies/services these days..). I had two gentlemen, AB and Austin, come out to my condo to look at two bathroom sinks that weren’t draining. AB and Austin were professional, respectful, and informative. I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

After calling someone else and being told they could be out in 3 days, I was relieved when Mr. Rooter said they could be out the same day. In fact, within 3 hours of the initial call the job was completed.The tech was masked, gloved, and stayed at least 6 feet away, which was nice under current pandemic conditions. He kept us informed throughout.

Although I pay for Priority service at Fox I was unable to get an appointment until three days out to fix a plumbing issue which precluded use of the only commode in our guest house while guests were staying there. Roto-Rooter was easy to get on the phone and came out within hours. The technicians (one plus a trainee) were professional and knowledgeable. They quickly addressed the problem.

They came out at 5 on Friday and were super friendly and very fair priced.

This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

From front desk scheduling to onsite they were fast, courteous, professional. Gage and Robert replaced the wax ring in my upstairs bathroom. They recommended to test for water damage (there was none) and came back the next day to finish the job. They diagnosed the original problem which put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions and also finished my home install of a Japanese bidet toilet lid (love it!).

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong!Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run.Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

There was a pipe leaking from the street to the house. They knew the problem but did not mention money until they were onsite. $99 to drive to the house. $400 to dig to find the leak. That's before repairs. Not a local business.
