Lifesavers. My partner and I moved into our home Summer 2022 and were apprehensive about a septic system, but ready to take on the challenge. Fast forward to last week and we started noticing some irregularities. Given our unfamiliarity with septic systems, I contacted Rooter-Man just before closing on a Friday afternoon and they were able to confirm me for Monday morning.Byron came out and WOW! He really broke everything down for me and explained the mechanics of a septic system, talked about the specific (outdated) system at the property, and possible issues. Turns out, my septic system is near failure. Byron patched us up and got us up and running so it's usable and gave great recommendations on next steps in our long-term repairs. I was certain we were doomed and wouldn't be able to use our plumbing until we got a new system installed, but I am so impressed with Byron's proficiency, his knowledge, and his dedication. I would absolutely call Rooter-Man again for any plumbing needs and Byron is my new go to!

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!)I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

Capital City is super competitively priced! I got estimates that were so much higher. And they don’t skimp on quality or customer service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I’d had two plumbers out for the same problem and it persisted until I hired Cap City. Within an hour it was fixed and hasn’t reoccurred. Support this small family owned local business! You won’t be sorry.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

I called fast plumbing for two different jobs and they were terrific. Melissa is responsive, thorough, and super helpful. I needed advice on the best way to plumb a guest bath addition and the guys came out, analyzed the current plumbing layout and really helped find the best way to plumb the new bathroom- and it was not an easy task!!
