Best Water Leak Detection in Austin TX

I had a plumbing issue early in the morning that I could not fix myself. When I called, the receptionist was so polite as she asked “How can I put a smile on your face?” They we’re able to a tech scheduled for the same day, which is extremely important to me as I have a family of four with no working toilets. My plumber called and let me know he could come earlier than my appointment. He did and it was 90 minutes earlier thanks my 12-4 window! He was friendly and professional. We got right down to the problem, his diagnostic, and the cost. Everything was transparent, fair, and great quality. My plumber worked in a huge thunderstorm as he got poured on. He works with a smile, explained everything to me, and cleaned up well. I’m so grateful that I called S&D plumbing!

We had a small leak that we couldn’t find the source of. Curtis K. from Rooter-Man came and helped us out. We were texted an arrival time and photo so we knew right when he’d show up and who he was. After reviewing our problem, Curtis explained our options and didn’t pressure us into making a decision. He found the source of the leak and made sure we understood what needed to happen. When he was done he did a good job of cleaning up and making sure we were satisfied.

I had a great experience w Benjamin Plumbing and Benjamin himself. He has all the good traits you could want; friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. I originally had him out initially to consult on some interior issues I wanted to address. During this process, Benjamin discovered that my unit’s water shut off valve had rusted off. That became the task to do, esp after the deep freeze of 2021. He completed the job nicely, adding a redundant shut off at a pipe split. Great idea! Thank you Benjamin! HIGHLY recommended

I explained my concerns about my outdoor water line that had frozenSo and busted in the December freeze. I also explained my concerns about the water line routing underneath the deck which could be damaged by rats. So Cristhian developed a unique design using flexible water line that expands when freezing, surrounded it with PVC, covered it with thermal insulation and chicken wire to fend off the critters. I was very impressed with his ingenuity and will definitely use Daniel’s Plumbing again!

I had a sewage backup on Tuesday morning that I requested a technician to clear the line. They arrived earlier that the original commitment time.The problem was difficult and a second technician Oscar Lenny was dispatched. A camera detected a broken line. I received an estimate and agreed to the repair which took place the next day. The repairs were completed to my total satisfaction and in a timely manner. Oscar was courteous, efficient and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the total job and experience.

Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

We had a problem with our tub and the next day AAA sent Jason to help fix our situation. While he fix that he noticed the sink was set up improperly and it cause our second sink to not have running water. Well he fix that too with out even asking. What a awesome way to start our day.
