Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

I had just the best experience with Daniel's Plumbing. When my ten year old water heater suddenly failed, they were able to provide same day service. Their technician Travis arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the furnace in just a few hours. And they guarantee their labor for six years.

Michael helped me through a stressful situation by bringing a gas pipe (oven range loop) in my new home up to code. He went above and beyond every time he was out here and I learned a lot in the process.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Now that Mr. Rooter's fixed my shower, I can properly shower them with praise! Okay, lame pun, but my point is that Mr. Rooter are Austin's best plumbers. They did a fantastic job fixing up my shower, which seemed to me to have been a lost cause.

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

Had a great experience with my service - inspecting and repairing an old/faulty water heater. My repair tech was Jesus and he was exceptionally helpful - communicative before arrival, courteous, professional, and did a thorough job as well as educated me on the issue that I was having with my heater. In the beginning of our busy holiday schedule on Saturday AM we walked in to a backed up sink - that looked pretty funky. We called plumb masters who came out and worked and worked on it until it was cleared. It took some time. And like I said, it was a Saturday. I thought the charges were fair and the plumber was professional, kind and gave us a good tip or two to go forward with. GREAT JOB!!

In the past, I’ve been pleased with your company, but I believe that I was over quoted to replace the landscape lights in my tree. I don’t see why it will take 5 hours to do that job. I am getting another quote elsewhere.Becky Nuss
