Craig was great! Came out and completed a very thorough inspection of our air conditioning/heating units. Very polite and knowledgeable of systems and how everything should be functioning.Radiant office was also wonderful for getting tech (Craig) out ASAP and kept me up to date regarding timing.

I had Gilbert replace my bathroom faucets and kitchen insinkerator last week. He was responsive right from when I first called him about his services. His rates are upfront and reasonable and he has a professional attitude. He also gave me some plumbing tips just as an aside. His work is quite satisfactory and I'd be happy to avail of his services in future.
