Craig did a great job helping me with my heating system before the freeze. He diagnosed a sensor issue pretty quickly and got my system back running in no time.

Used these folks one time and was extremely happy with their service. The owner (Gilbert) was a real stand up guy. He explained everything to my satisfaction, showed up when he said he would, did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. Their prices are excellent too. Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

I was so impressed by Mr. Rooter, that I absolutely HAD to hop on Google and tell everyone in Austin that these are the plumbers to call when you need one. They're reliable, hard working, and work well. Everything about them is just amazing.

So the technician was very professional he explained everything that he was gonna do and did exactly that...now when it come to dispatch I have a very different opinion. I was originally scheduled for Monday between 8-12 which was confirmed by email and text. When I hadn't heard anything the lady in dispatch tried to lie and say I was scheduled for Tuesday if they were to busy and couldn't get to me she should have just said so instead of lying about it. Y'all have phone calls recorded for quality assurance I'm sure y'all will know who she is. Other than that service was great.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

This is the company you wish every company was like. They are professional, conscientious, detail and quality oriented. They come no time and finish on time. They can do complicated jobs or very simple. We added a gas line and had general plumbing work done too.Don't even think about trying someone else. Use these guys. It will be done right and you will be satisfied for years to come.

I could've had the worst experience, were it not for Chris. What started out as a routine plumbing job turned out to be a half-day job. Suffice it to say, the invoice ended up tripling by the time they were finished. But, this wasn't his fault. Chris was patient with me and explained our options has the project progressed. Not only did he point out the issues, as they were coming up, he also explained what we could do to fix the problem -- obviously he's seen it all before.tl;dr -- Highly recommended... even for the most difficult plumbing issues.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

I called and made and appt and took off of work to meet them. They no called no showed and then when I called back and spoke to Tara she said they could come out for an extra $45. I told her I scheduled an appt with one of her plumbers last night and gave her his phone number to verify. She said ok and still wanted to charge me $45 extra. If you own this company and read this please start recording your calls from clients and listening to them because your burning leads. I would give 0 stars if possible for wasting my time.
