Outstanding service. I called Rooter Man to fix a broken copper tube on my shower wall. I thought they would have to get behind the wall to repair it, and that it would take several hours and cost hundreds. Not the case. Jason was at my house in 30 minutes, and because he was able to salvage the broken pipe, he finished the job in 25 minutes and only charged me the basic service fee. They will definitely get my business again.

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Micheal Moody was knowledgeable, capable and caring. He provided an excellent diagnosis, spelling out all problems and options. Economy offered very competitive rates. Couldn't ask for anything more.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Chris, Jimmy and Amid came by my home and are some really nice guys! They are as professional as can be too! I had my TP Valve go out and they presented me with as many options as possible to get my hot water back in working order. They are extremely knowledgeable, Caring, Compassionate and really made a great impression on me. They had to order the part they needed and made sure that the warranty covered the cost of the part, in addition, since they knew my family was without hot water the whole day, they coordinated with me and told me that they would be there early the next morning to get this installed right away.I left the garage open for them and not even 10 min later they were there! Chris and Amid are really awesome dudes, was like I knew them for years, they kept their word and in no time the water heater was fixed. Roto-Rooter even drained it for me and inspected everything to make sure that it was safe before leaving my house. Roto-Rooter is one of the best companies out there and have been around for so long that you have to wonder why? Well its because they are trust worthy, professional, and do what they say they are going to do. Chris, Jim and Amid, thanks for making that a great experience! You have a customer for life! Would love to buy you all a beer sometime to say thanks. :)

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Thank for making it so easy :-)

At 8:30 this AM, the COA knocked on my door to tell me they had turned off my water because it was leaking 4 gallons per minute! Obviously this was a crisis as I had already flushed the toilet with my one and only chance.Plumb Masters fit me in this afternoon, immediately located where the issue was and had it fixed in under an hour. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much Jennifer, Joe & Brian!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Paid $550 to have them come clean my AC unit. Didn't check any airflow, showed me before/after pictures of the unit and looked at my Nest thermostat and left. Low and behold a few hours later; my house isn't being cooled to 72 degrees as it had been set, it's now slowly creeping towards the 80 degree mark.The worst part is when I called them to explain my issue and see if they could come back out (business is literally a mile or two from my house); I was told no technicians. Ok, that's understandable, but when I asked if fees could be waived for not fixing my AC unit the first time and coming out the next morning, I was greeted with hostility. I believe it was something like, I'm sorry what? I can't do that, unbelievable., I am then put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes with no explanation....I eventually hung up the phone and when I called back, got the same person, albeit a bit nicer saying they were calling technicians for me... Interesting, couldn't have mentioned that when you aggressively put me on hold with no explanation. Also, nothing was mentioned about any sort of fees for the upcoming visit. Definitely cancelling any sort of maintenance contract with them after that experience. And now another day wasted where I have to wait around for them to come. PASS...UPDATE: 4 Days Later... AC has begun not cooling again. Another call to the company, can't send anyone out today of course. So after 3 visits, 1st being the initial diagnosis, the next being the 4th, they still haven't fixed the problem. Didn't know fixing AC was like playing horseshoes or bags, just throw something at it and hope it works, who cares if it takes them 4 times to fix it. My electric bill is considerably higher than it's ever been. Oh well, live and learn I suppose. And what have we learned today? Not to use 1st Home & Commercial Services....UPDATE July 16th, 2019: Feel like it's just due diligence to update this review now. Cancelled my maintenance contract so I am only minus $400 dollars and no working AC, guess that's better than $550. So after their 4th visit to my house, they finally determined there was a giant crack in between a vent/furnace in my attic and basically all my cold air was leaking out... SO WHY DID IT TAKE 4 TIMES TO FIND THIS??? I have no idea. Again, it's cost a lot in time (mine and the companies) and energy (bills) for them to determine this. I asked if the tech could send me the pictures he took in my attic, and he said he would send a quote.July 17th, 2019: Finally received the quote at noon, $370.00 to repair a duct with aluminum tape... Hmmm, hard pass. Even if I have to pay someone double or get up there myself, it would be worth it. That's about how I feel after a week plus of this, 4 visits, and who knows how many phone calls.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Very awesome and professional company that doesn't charge an arm and leg for plumbing work. I had a leak in my front yard and knew the general area of where it was. Trent (field manager) and another plumber (forgot his name) came out and performed the leak detection and repair on the same day. Both of them were very friendly and informational.I had called out two other bigger companies prior to AAA Auger to get quotes, and after receiving AAA's quote, I knew the others were trying to rip me off.Will make sure to hire this company whenever needed in the future! (hopefully not any time soon).Highly recommend.

Love the fact that no matter the problem, they are always ready and willing to help. Their A/C guys are very helpful and nice. I was having some problems and they were willing to stay after hours to help me out. I will defiantly be using them in the future and will be referring them to all of my friends!
