We had Andrew and his apprentice Jesse come out to switch an old water softener system with an in-garage water hose/washing machine hookup! They also handled the replacement of 2 bathroom faucets for us! I’m very happy with their work!

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

They did come for an estimate at no cost and were able to schedule to fix my broken water pipe very quickly.

Lenny Rivera took great care of me and my family. Our water main sprung a leak and we were without water! Lenny’s expertise led to a quick repair and even pointed out that our pipes were involved in a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer that we could still get in on. Will definitely be using him in the future.

I called and set an appointment for the next day between 12-2PM. at 150 I was told they were behind and would be late. 10 minutes later I was told someone was on the way. 45 minutes later I called and was told that someone was on the way, 15 minutes out. 20 minutes later, no one had arrived. I cancelled the appointment because I needed to get to work on time.

Jay and Andy were great. They arrived at the agreed time, provided an exact cost for the work before beginning, and had the leak fixed in about an hour. This is my third time using Plumb Masters and the experience has been the same each time. I'll be using them for future work as well.

And when addressing my complicated job, instead of complaining, DAVID was happy for the creative challenge and gave me an intelligent work-around that saved money, time, materials and head ache.
