Awful company that has no integrity or want to do right by their customers. I just spent $5,000 on a new HVAC SYSTEM 2 months ago. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We discussed that I keep my home at 68-70 degrees and they recommended a certain unit. The unit never cooled my home sufficiently. I had to call them out 5 times and every time I got a different explanation for why it wasn’t working then they switched out my thermostat to a thermostat that they can run tests on.... still no follow up or a reasonable explanation for why my house would never cool to 70 degrees.... I can’t even get it below 75 degrees until 2:00 am when outside has cooled down. This has been going on for 2 months now and they finally told me that there is nothing they can do about it and that it acceptable for the unit not to be able to cool to 70.... they said their guidelines is that as long as the HVAC cools the home down to within 25 degrees outside then it is working properly. And then they basically told me that if I wanted to cool my home down to 70 degrees that I’d have to pay for them to install a bigger unit that would cost $2k more on top of the $5k I already paid. Then they didn’t even have the decency to come out and take their test thermostat back and put my nest thermostat back on the wall..... the test thermostat is still on my wall! These people do not care about their clients and they gave me the run around for 2 min ya before basically telling me f*** off. Now I am going to have to speak to the manufacturer of my unit to try to get help. I am contacting the better business bureau. And if nothing helps I will be contacting my lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

My heat pump was showing an error code. Richard arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. Although additional parts are going to have to ordered, he was very accommodating in setting up the follow up appointment.

Completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped cooling, it was very hot so I went to turbo, in less than 3 hours Carlos, who was very kind and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.

I discovered a leak in my water heater at midnight and was able to shut it off, called the number on their website and it was answered by a woman who scheduled a service tech to come that morning. Stephen arrived at noon and determined that there was still warranty through Home Depot on the unit. Since he arrived by himself I helped him remove the old unit from the attic. We went to Home Depot and secured a replacement and I helped to get the new one back in place. Stephen handled all of the connection points including fixing a minor leak on a factory installed fitting. He cleaned up after his work and was professional throughout the 6 hour job.
