Ben and his team are the BEST. We live in a 1940's bungalow which on occasion show's her age. When it comes to plumbing challenges, Ben has been incredibly responsive, the quality of his work is great, and the entire team is a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY Recommended. Best in Austin.

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Mr. Rooter did a supremely good job patching up leaks in the pipes at my home in Austin, as well as at a friend's house. We both would give Mr. Rooter a very strong recommendation.

Anytime I call L&P plumbing, they work around our work schedule to fix any plumbing needs that occur in our office. We use L&P plumbing for our home use and our family uses them as well. They are prompt, courteous and very efficient.

You guys were timely and fixed my issue. I feel your weekend service call fee is high. My issue cost $200 your service call fee was $180... The fee basically doubled my cost. I'm just trying to mentally understand the extra cost but, I feel your service call fees are excessive.

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

They came 30 minutes late and then gave us 5 minutes to say yes or no to an absurdly high quote. Very disappointing!

I feel very lucky to have found AAA Auger. Stephen showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain it to me, then expedited a fix. Alex did a great job too, very polite and very respectful of our house. They left it cleaner than before they got there. Highly recommend.
