Highly recommended. We had a leak behind the sheet rock under the sink and the professional did an amazing job detecting and fixing the leak.

If you are looking for a plumber Daniel's in the best in Austin. They installed a water softener loop for me, they did a great job. If you value high quality work, and attention to detail they are the best. Ask for Larry and Morgan. Larry is like the Yoda of plumbers, and Morgan has the most infectious positive attitude (if you are having a bad day, she will cheer you up). I almost want to break a pipe to get them to come back :)

I called Mr. Rooter in order to get a quote for a cleanout break in my yard. They scheduled the appointment, and then notified me that they were on the way. I feel as though they were honest, prices reasonable, and workers professional. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, they do quality work.

From start to finish, my experience with Roto Rooter was excellent. The project leader, Jennifer Brown, was very helpful in explaining just what the problem was, how to best handle it and also in advising me in how to deal with my home owners insurance. She was here at the start of the job and when it was completed. The two technicians who performed the work, Jerome and Ben, were courteous, professional and took every precaution to make sure my house was not disturbed any more than necessary to get the job done. They periodically informed in where they were at and asked me to view their progress. I am very glad that I chose Roto Rooter and will do so again should I ever have a need again.

Last year I made a mistake trying to install a new bathtub faucet to my guest bathroom and I called a few different plumbers to come and do things correctly. L&P quoted me a very reasonable price so I went with them.Fabian showed up on time, took one look at my problem and then gave me some options on what he could do. Because it wasn't terribly urgent and we weren't sure if we were going to be remodeling he recommended that we just cap the pipe for the time being. After doing so (and re-installing a shower head so it worked better) he refused payment because it was such a simple job. I promised that when I did decide on what direction I'd take he'd be the person I would hire.Skip forward a year and I called Fabian to come back out to fix the plumbing completely. Again, the guy was on point every possible way. The faucet is now working flawlessly and the work was reasonably priced.I can not recommend L&P Plumbing enough. As long as I live in the Austin area, they will be my go to for anything plumbing related.Update:I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent as was his work.

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

The company's staff are always very friendly and professional. They are quick in sending out the technician to the job site & providing a complete quote immediately before leaving the site. Their pricing are competitively reasonable!!! David Jones, one of their technicians, is thorough in describing the works that need to be done & beyond patient in answering all of my questions to put my mind at ease!! I will use this company again and highly recommending it to families & friends.
