Kyle and Angel were knowledgeable and professional. After moving and repairing a gas line for a replacement fire place, they discovered a leak in our gas line that had gone previously undetected by the gas company after a tornado. They worked diligently to find not just 1, but 2 leaks in our gas line and fix them as well. They were friendly and kind to our children as well and respectful of our home and time. This turned into a larger job than expected but I'm thankful that we were able to get it done.

Yesterday, Preston & JR came to my house to install a tankless hot water heater, and remove my two old 40 gal. tanks from the attic. They make an excellent service team. They showed up quickly, and removed both of my 40 gallon hot water tanks from the attic, one of which was already leaking. After removing the tanks, and making the necessary retrofit preparations for the new tankless model, Navien NPE-240A2 water heater @ 11.2 GPM and EF rating of .99. Everything went great all day long. It was a big job. When they were finished, my attic was very clean. I couldn't ask for a nicer team to do my install. They do good work. So, after they left, I walked around inside my house (3 full baths) turning on all the hot water faucets to witness the magic. I noticed that I had a little less pressure than before in the kitchen and master bath, and NO hot water anywhere. I would say fairly' warm water is all that was produced from the new tankless unit. I thought, well, I'll wait until tomorrow morning and try it out. Absolutely nothing but COLD! So, I called Radiant at 8:00 am this morning to report my new tankless water heater would not produce any hot water. They apologized, and said they would get someone out here ASAP to check it out. It's Friday, almost 11:00 am on October 21st, and no one has called me yet and I have no hot water. Yesterday I had partial hot water to use from one of my tanks which was working. Therefore, not to put to fine a point on it, I was better off yesterday, than I am today with a new tankless hot water unit installed. I'll report back on this as things progress, and let you know how this all ends. This will be very important information for future customers. I'm sure they'll make it right. Radiant is one of the highest rated companies out there according to 9001 5 star reviews (they can't all be wrong). I just received a text from Stacey at Radiant, advising me there will be a technician here at 2:00 pm this afternoon to check it out. My guess, it's set at 120 degrees (factory recommendation), which is too low. I think it should be set at 140? More to come...The technician made it here on time. Very polite and friendly. His name is CR. What a cool guy, and very knowledgeable. Actually, prior to his arrival, I was fiddling with the hot water temp and raised the temperature to 140 degrees, and BOOM! Hot water everywhere. CR went up in the attic to make a few adjustments, and noticed there may not be enough fresh air circulation in the attic for this type of advanced unit. Now, I truly have instant hot water, Radiant is coming back out to install or modify my existing roof vent to make sure the air quality and circulation is at its best for this particular unit. That is awesome. Thank you Radiant. Those 5 star ratings are there for a reason. This tankless unit was installed professionally by Preston and JR. It just needed a little fine tuning afterwards. Very happy now about the quick response from Radiant's and team! Very impressed. Very satisfied with tankless purchase....ALERT: Earlier this morning, I heard a loud drip coming from our Master Bath. Upon further research, I found I have a water leak under my Master Bath sink (I turned off the valves). It was the new recirculation device Juan installed. I just called Radiant to schedule another technician to come out today and fix the problem. This is the second recall back for service. I call this working out the bugs, I guess? I was told, I would receive a text at 3:00 pm this afternoon to have a technician come fix it. We'll see. So far, Radiant has been very responsive to our needs. More to come on this new issue...To put an end to this review, I am very satisfied with Radiant and my new tankless water heater. On the 2nd and final call back, Ryan showed up at 4:30 and fixed the leak in about 15 minutes. For now, everything is working great as it should be. Hot water everywhere! I would highly recommend Radiant for your next HVAC/Plumbing Project. Service is excellent, and I would definitely use again.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

Called several places and this is was the only one available for an 8pm plumbing emergency! Frank came out really quickly, was incredibly professional, and did a great job! Really saved the day! Thank you!
