Called Monday to book plumber for faucet repair/replacement, shower head repair/replacement, two toilet fixings replaced. Waited til Thursday afternoon and plumber comes but doesn't have necessary components to do the work. Why the hell did he come if he couldn't do the work. He should have rescheduled. Then he charges me a fee. Totally worthless, useless, unprofessional... totally disappointed with Fox. Twice a year, Fox maintains my heating/ac unit... that guy has equipment, supplies! I've booked electrician(s) ... that guy has equipment, supplies. Never again will I call Fox for a plumber. No lunch for him; Fox should reimburse my service fee and send me lunch and dessert!

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

I was really disappointed in the level of service that they provided. First they charge a $85 service call fee just for coming to your location which I understand in fairly common, but then they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace a capacitor that costs less than $50 and only takes around five minutes to replace. I ended up doing it myself and cost me $35 for the capacitor and around 30 minutes of my time. I own five houses and will never do business with them again.
