Best Toilet Repair in Austin TX

I am in Austin Texas and we had a water pipe burst and my insurance company set me up with S&D Plumbing, they showed up in a reasonable length of time, considering the conditions we are still experiencing here in Texas. They sent two young men who isolated the break and repaired the pipe very quickly. The young guys were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with their work...even more so considering these historic low temperatures.These are the first people I will call if I have further plumbing problems.

I had one of my water heaters burst in the attic late night. The team at Rooter-Man was able to come the house the next day and replace the unit. They worked carefully- avoiding any unnecessary mess and worked until the job was done. I had a second unit also replaced the same day - given they were both the same vintage. Price wise, I would say average, but the dedication of the team to address the issue promptly and get my home up to code was a big plus. I would use them again for any other issues in the future.

The guys who installed the new water heater went above & beyond to make sure I understood everything about the process, the cost breakdown, county coding requirements, etc. He even saved some beloved stickers by transferring them to a cabinet in our garage. A&T showed up on time and went to work to find a hidden plumbing leak in our yard. After about 15 minutes, the technician said he would not be able to locate the leak because of the circumstances of our lot. He refused any payment since he didn't find the leak--that's amazing. I would absolutely call A&T Plumbing again.

Mr. Rooter came to my place in Austin soon after I called, did the job right, and headed off to the next job. What greater praise could I have for a plumber than that they do their job with the utmost quality? :)
