Raul at S&D Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. Removing an old faucet to install a new one proved to be very difficult due to tight quarters but Raul stuck with it and managed to get it done without damaging the existing sink. He even re-caulked and cleaned up every bit of the messy job. Throughout the whole process he was calm, polite and professional. What a pleasant experience!

Needed help with modifying the existing pipe system under the sink. The technician, Colleen, came with all the equipment needed for the task and finished it quickly.

This has to be my best experience with an in-home contractor in the 12 years that I’ve lived in Austin. The two gentlemen showed up to do a hot water heater inspection, and I could immediately tell that they were professional and knowledgeable. So much was their initial impression on me, that I did the thing that all contractors hate and I started adding on other projects. They came for a water heater installation and then I added on a toilet and garbage disposal install and a buried outdoor plumbing repair. They came back a day later and completed all four projects, even though it went from 9AM to 6:30 PM. They worked hard all day and finished a few complex issues without any hint of delay or irritation. Really unusually great service. Bravo

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable .
