Abacus installed a whole house water purification system. Talk about organized and on the ball! You never have to wonder who is coming, when they will arrive, etc; you are kept informed every step of the way. Their people are really exceptional and must have extensive training on how to deal with customers. Their follow-through is amazing. Abacus says they want you to be completely satisfied with their job or they will make it right. What I’ve seen so far makes me believe that is true. The two men who came to our house, Tony and Chris, were skilled, courteous, neat, prompt, and good ambassadors for the company. Very happy. Douglas, the electrician, did his part efficiently and with the same professionalism as the others.

Wes did amazing work for us. After the big freeze we had Efficient come over to turn the water back on and handle any leaks that appeared. Wes worked all day. Fixed seven busted pipes. He was very clear about what he was doing and why. I'm glad we had a pro to take care of things.

As soon as I hung up with the representative, my phone rang and it was a very nice young lady getting me set up for someone to call me for a quote on a water heater installation. I had a water heater installed within 2 days of speaking with ARS representatives. Everyone was so professional. The plumbers did a fantastic job installing my water heater. They also reached out to me and sent pictures of water damage to my walls and areas of mold on the wall to make sure that I was aware of it. I am in the process of getting that taken care of as well.
