I had a slow leak coming from my main water line for I don’t know how long and it created a swamp along the side of my house. Radiant was able to come out very quickly and sent their amazing technicians to inspect and fix the problem. The technician Gary Grooms was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions repeatedly. Gary and team fixed my leak problem and did an amazing job. The quality of work is top notch and I will gladly refer anyone to Radiant and especially recommend Gary Grooms. Thank you again and job well done!

I called A&T services to replace two 27 year old water heaters in my home. I wanted to install tankless water heaters and Pierre sent me a quote. The quote seemed brief and non-descriptive to me so over the weekend we emailed back and forth. I asked a number of questions and he answered them. I researched the water heaters they would install and discovered they were probably the best on the market. A&T came the day they promised and installed both heaters and had them both operable that day. The price was as quoted with no add ons and was less than 1/3 the price I was quoted by a competitor. I will use A&T in the future for all my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber for a reasonable rate.Perry Marlow

After calling someone else and being told they could be out in 3 days, I was relieved when Mr. Rooter said they could be out the same day. In fact, within 3 hours of the initial call the job was completed.The tech was masked, gloved, and stayed at least 6 feet away, which was nice under current pandemic conditions. He kept us informed throughout.

Asa provided excellent service! He went above and beyond by helping us out with an additional faucet problem. Asa was prompt, professional and quick.

Brett with Roto-Rooter came out with a video pipe camera to check out our sewage line, after his colleague had been at our home over the weekend performing an emergency sewage clean-out. Brett was honest and kind enough to point out that the root stoppage might possibly be occurring on the MUD side of the line. When I called and had the MUD folks come out, they concurred, and fixed the problem on their own dime. I was amazed and pleased to have found an honest service person, who saved us hundreds of dollars.

My exgirlfriend got mad at me for catching her cheating on me and ripped off the hot water knob on my bath tub after she finished taking a shower. Victor was amazing! Not only did he replace my hot and cold water knobs, but he fixed the leaks too that were leaking water from the knobs when they were on! He also came back to ensure the water pressure was good. Fabian, his boss, was also very professional and helpful in making sure the job was done right! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing their plumbing needs met! Great work at a great price!!!

This review should have been done long ago. Last August, one of our rental house had a slab leak while we were on vacation. We hired fast leak to fix it. After we agreed to thecharge, fast plumbing started working on it. After about 3 hours, they want to charge a lot more to fix it and they did not tell us where is the leak. They wanted 8K ~ 10K to fix the leak. We realized we were being scammed so we cut the loss. But they charged us $500 more than what we agreed. After paying $1315, we had no idea where is the leak and they were gone.We finally found a very good company, which pin pointed the leak and fixed it the next day for a total of $3500.The conclusion is: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You are better off having a slab leak than dealing with them.

As a Property Manager, it is hard to find reliable vendors. Recently we had multiple plumbing repairs needed on a property and Sam with Plumb Masters came out and quoted the work and completed all of it in the same day. Great work and great customer service!!

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

Worst plumbing experience in 15 years living in Austin. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was booked via HomeAdvisor to come to my house between 15:00-18:00 on 07/06/19 to fix a small bathroom facet leak. At that time on 07/06/19 Fred called and let me know that they were stuck on a job with another customer with no water. I agreed to postpone their visit for a week since the existing customer’s need was greater than mine. Fred stated that in appreciation of my understanding he would reduce the callout fee to $59. This meant the costs of the job would be $59 plus parts which were a replacement putty plate for a Delta faucet (a standard item that costs a few bucks). The new appointment was set for 08:00 on 07/13/19. At 08:20 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me to check that I was home. I pointed out that their plumber was 20 minutes late and was told that they do not even dispatch a plumber (despite an appointment having been made) until they confirm the home owner is at home. After 09:00 the plumber arrived (with no parts), sat on the edge of our bathtub for 20 minutes complaining about getting his computer to work, not even looking at the job itself, then stated that the cost of the job would be $646 to rebuild the faucet. This price included $152 to go collect the part that he hadn’t brought with him. Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted by this behavior. Not only did the plumber not inspect the required work in any meaningful way but trying to charge us $646 for a job that should have taken 20 minutes and which Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had already stated should have costed less than $65 was totally and utterly unacceptable. I therefore asked him to leave, logged on to YouTube, figured out how to perform this simple operation myself, collected the part from a local store, and completed the work. What trade organizations need to realize is that in an age of easy access to information on how to do their jobs, their only differentiators are their integrity and their customer service. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing possess neither. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs.
