Best Sink Pipes in Austin TX

I needed someone to come out same day, and even though they were booked Lorenzo came out after his jobs and figured out what I couldn’t. Will be using these guys again in the future.

Curtis showed up earlier than expected, (called first), and was able to solve my clog problem pretty quickly. He explained all he was doing, was very professional and cleaned up after he cleared the drain. Excellent plumber. Excellent company.

READ THE YELP REVIEWS. Not sure all these google reviews are even legit. Most just say a google user. He was a great help and I was glad that he came out!MY REVIEW: AVOID THIS COMPANY......If I could give 0 stars, that's what they would get. They don't show up when they say they are going to. The girls they have answering the phones never know what is going on and they make up thousands of excuses on why you can't talk to a manager. When they finally go out to the house, they say it's one part and then no it's another part and then it's you need a new water heater. The water heater in questions is under warranty so the only cost to put in a new water heater is labor. You would think that would cost you a couple hundred dollars, oh no, try $1,000 to install a water heater. They say that's because it takes them all day. Well if it takes you all day, then you don't know what you are doing. We have had 6 other homes get new water heaters, 3 hours is what it took and one even had to make the door larger. Get a second opinion before hiring them.

Roto-Rooter in Austin definitely deserves a top rating! I had some old fixtures in a condo that needed to be brought up to code, but several plumbers had been either unable or unwilling to complete the job, Jose (790) not only took on the challenge, but contacted my property management company as well as the city of Austin to get the water shut off to perform this work. He went above and beyond in making phone calls ahead of time and making sure everyone was in place in a timely manner. He, along with Jesus (2707), managed to change out the fixtures quickly and efficiently, and it looks great! I couldn't be happier to have this job complete after a week of trying. Thanks, Jose, for taking ownership and really helping me get this done in record time. Other companies could definitely take a lesson. I will certainly use Roto-Rooter in the future for my plumbing needs.

They do not like to get dirty. Sewage back up at Apts and they said it was icky and refused to work on it. Said it wasn't sanitary poor babies lol. Call real plumbers!

Jordan is always so professional, honest and friendly. He did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. AAA Auger is my go to for all plumbing needs.

Great service - Cody arrived on-time and called ahead to confirm his scheduled arrival. Was very efficient and helpful - I had a leak to fix, which he diagnosed and repaired promptly; then I had several valves to replace, which he did efficiently and quickly. He understood and explained problems I was having and advised me on how to take care of them.Company works by the hour and openly provided hourly rates on the phone. Final bill was as expected. Great group to do business with - will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

I had a leak from my AC several days before Tim's visit. Problem was unable to be fixed first time ,but Tim found the outside drain pipe and was able to clear line. So, AC is draining through that ,not in the house.Tim explained his plan, then showed me what he had done to rectify theproblem. He was patient and polite and answered al my questions.

Jared Patterson did an awesome job of helping me figure out the plumbing in a house I just bought. There were some pretty big mysteries that he managed to solve. I recommend them highly!

They came out and installed a couple of bathroom faucets and home owner shut off valve at my meter and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend ! They were friendly and on time and got the work done at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

$578 to repair a very small leak on an outside pipe that did not even last 24 hours. Additionally, the tech looks to have used ABS Pipe (BLACK) vs. PVC Pipe (white). I'm not a plumber but from what I understand black ABS pipe is NOT suitable for water piping. So they came back out for a warranty call and got this fixed up. The photo provided with black pipe is what they initially fixed the pipe with, then cracked within 24 hours. The 2nd photo is the warranty fix which I'm much more confident with based on the fix. More so sharing to show the limited area that was touched for $578. Provided us a quote for a water pressure valve for $2k including labor. After the highway robbery of $578 to fix a pipe that cost me less than $50 to fix myself I figured I better get a 2nd estimate for the pressure valve. A nearby plumbing company provided a quote of $600 w/ labor for the pressure valve. Take it how you want or for what it's worth but $578 to fix a pipe this small is insanity to me.

Chris is amazing! I call on him anytime I need help with my personal home or if I have any issues with plumbing at any of my four brick and mortar shops all in South Austin.He is extremely responsive and usually can come same-day or the very next day. I love knowing I can count on him to show up and get the job done right the first time and doesn't ever try to attempt to go a more expensive route - he's always watching my back on costs.
