We found a leak in our gas line that runs across front yard just days before the big freeze of 2023. Called many plumbers with no answers or long wait times.GreenStar was the only one that came to our rescue with responsive initial visit and quick followup to get the parts and make the repairs, as well as pushing the city (at a busy time for them) to get the emergency permitting and inspection done.Chris came out many times to meet with the city inspector and gas company person as well as making the repairs. Even painted the new pipes. We are so thankful to have hot water back!

Chris is a wonderful plumber!! I have used him in the past several times and he has been extremely efficient and fair. Today, one of my rental units reported cold water throughout the house. Chris walked us through to check the water heater prior to him coming since there is a service fee. We were able to get it back on and we didn't have to spend a dime. In the past, he has done excellent work with my properties and met all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services and exceptional customer service, very honest. Thank you!

I’m revising my review because overall I’m disappointed with what I paid for what was done, especially since one “repair” has actually not worked and made it worse.My review is not about Chris’ plumbing expertise. He may very well be an amazing plumber. My review is about the value of the service vs costs and lack of transparency, including not providing an itemized invoice with a breakdown of labor and materials and warranty information. In retrospect I was dissatisfied with paying almost $300 for minor repairs that were partially incomplete.

Being a first time home buyer is scary, especially when the home is older and needs repair. Greenstar Plumbing helped us with all of our immediate needs to get our kitchen and baths functioning, at a reasonable price, and when it came time to do a full kitchen remodel they were the first people we called. Our kitchen is gorgeous and as soon as we can budget for bathroom remodels, we will be calling Greenstar!

Chris plumbed the waste water drainage for our entire house in four days! He also helped identify problem spots and worked with us to correct them. Do yourself a favor and call this company for your plumbing needs! A+

Chris is amazing! I call on him anytime I need help with my personal home or if I have any issues with plumbing at any of my four brick and mortar shops all in South Austin.He is extremely responsive and usually can come same-day or the very next day. I love knowing I can count on him to show up and get the job done right the first time and doesn't ever try to attempt to go a more expensive route - he's always watching my back on costs.

I hired GreenStar to fix a broken pipe in my yard. Chris was prompt and good at communicating the issue and what needed to be fixed.
