We had a complicated case and Zoom Drain helped us the whole way through. Their customer service and communication was great, they were quick to schedule appointments, and were on time. Their service techs were very professional and friendly and were easy to work with. Would certainly recommend!

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!

Zen and the other Tech with him were both professional, courteous and did very well answering my many questions and their answers were clear and detailed. They did not give up at first sign of trouble. They tried serveral methods before detemining the drain pipe would need to dug up to further investigate.
Everyone was very courteous and professional. They did a great job. I will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.
The garbage disposal started leaking on Saturday. Zoom drain responded quickly to my service request and had a person there by Sunday. Reasonably priced, and fixed quickly.
They're a super responsive company and the plumbers are all knowledgeable and friendly. I think the prices are on the higher end, but they have done an incredible job.

Satisfied with the work performed.Billing was a bit sketchy.Zen wanted me to give him my credit card info over the phone without me seeing an invoice first.It wasn’t until I insisted on getting an invoice emailed or a link sent to me so I can pay online, that he finally agreed.I shouldn’t have to give my credit card info over the phone to a technician. Ever.

3 smiling faces, polite and courteous, came within 2hrs of my call. They knew exactly how to address the problem and got straight to work, still smiling. Their rate was very reasonable, no charge for the estimate, or coming out. They quickly located the massive clog in the main pipe and got the system flowing again. They checked all the drains before cleaning up giving extra confidence the drains will remain clear for years to come. They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.

Zoom Drain Austin exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic service! We called to request assessment of several drains in our house and then cleaning for any blockages. Appointment setup was easy and they were very communicative about scheduling and arrival time. The technician was very kind and professional. His assessment was thorough and we ended up needing cleaning in three of the four drains we had assessed. He had all the equipment he needed and took pictures and videos from before and after so we could see how much more quickly the water drained. Quite a difference, we had no idea they were so bad. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone on need of service!

The Zoom Drain guys are the best! They are professional, timely, and efficient. My experience from start to finish was 10/10 and I would definitely call them anytime I have a drainage issue and refer them to my friends. Their truck is fully outfitted so they come prepared to tackle any issue and are available 7 days a week. They are transparent about fees and communicative every step of the way.
