We had a plumbing leaks but didn’t know from where. Had another plumber come out to confirm that we had a leak but it was too small and he couldn’t figure out where and told us we would just have to wait for it to get worse. A neighbor recommended BenjaminBL to us so we called them for a second opinion. Benjamin himself came and found 3 small leaks using the one hole left by the previous plumber and only cut one more hole behind my fridge. The leaks were fixed quickly and problem was solved. They charged a very reasonable price and my husband was very pleased with his knowledgeability and professionalism, as well as the cost. Will definitely use them for any further plumbing issues.

I would highly recommend Radiant! We had a leak at the street we noticed on Easter. Even though everyone wad closed, they had a live person answer to take our information and the next morning we were contacted first thing hours before others and they sent us a plumber by 9:30am. (We chose not to have them come out as an emergency, but they would have if we wanted).Zak was the best plumber we have ever used and took care of our issue immediately. We also chose to purchase a tankless hot water heater since ours had a crack and was leaking and we feel it was professionally installed. Zak and Paul came out a second day to do additional work we requested. We price checked our purchase and we paid the best price. I recommend Radiant, Zak and Paul for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Spoke with Gilbert, was explaining him about low water pressure. He was kind enough to ask questions to understand problem. He was transparent about issue and cost for any services. I ended up not needing to do anything as it was city's fault. I would hire him if needed in future for his honesty and expertise

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. I'm a real estate agent and I just used Capital City Plumbing for my clients who were buying. I have used them in the past as well, but this transaction was more complicated with a foundation repair and a tight timeline. I needed to get repairs done before closing and Capital City Plumbing did a fantastic job communicating and getting the job done for me in order to close for my buyers on time. I also got another bid and they actually beat their price. Everything was super easy, great communication, and they understood my urgency of needing to get it done by a certain date and made it happen. The technicians were also super helpful and explained all of my questions and got back to me right away. I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering them. Chris was honest, knowledgeable and actually cared to take the extra step in assisting me to locate the leak. I appreciate his down to earth and relatable demeanor. This was an exterior leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible and given the time constraints, I was relieved he stayed until 6:30 p.m. to fix the issue.

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

Plumb Masters is quickly becoming one of Austin's most trusted names. Called a competitor first based on a post card I received in the mail. They wanted to charge approx. $60 just to come out, and were evasive about how much a known repair would cost. I looked at the reviews for Plumb Masters and gave them a shot. I was not disappointed, a courteous and knowledgeable person scheduled the appointment, and provided a solid quote to repair two exterior leaking faucets. Easy and the pricing was more than fair. If you want someone that will provide transparent pricing and good service you need to call Plumb Masters.

We had an issue early Monday morning and Mark was able to fit us in the schedule the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Showed up on time for a day of appointment, got to work quickly and had my drain snaked and running clean in no time. I will say that I appreciated the extra time he took to snake well past the clean out, even though the blockage was only within the house.

Excellent!! My girlfriend & I were working on her parents house to get it ready to sell & discovered the 'plunger' that closes the bathtub drain had broken off & been stuck in the pipe for the past several years. Van came out & looked at it (free!) & said he'd need a few days to think of a possible solution that didn't require removing a toilet & tile on the other side of wall to get to back of the bathtub (we'd already tried a coat hanger, steel rod, & a chain with a hook unsuccessfully before calling AAA Auger). He called us back with estimates for attempting to pull it out through the pipe, going through the wall if that didn't work, and explained there was a good chance removing it through the pipe wouldn't work since it was lodged solidly enough to unbend everything we'd already tried. We tried that option first anyway because going through the wall would have been much more expensive and taken longer to have wall & tile repairs done afterwards. Van was able to remove it through the pipe and was helpful, friendly, punctual, and professional throughout, as were other staff who called to let us know when he'd be arriving. We'll recommend AAA Auger to everyone we know!
