Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Drew Ross of Daniel's Plumbing was at the house for a good part of two days and did a great job repairing a significant leak. Drew was personable, kind, and very helpful in explaining what was damaged and the repair process. The work was well done for a good price and we will definitely be calling Daniel's when we need work done again!

I had just listed my house and had showings beginning at 2 pm when I noticed a leak in my master bathroom sink at 7:30 that morning. I was devastated, and called so many plumbers. Reliant made me feel like they were working with me right away! Stephen was able to come out in the morning and had it fixed quickly AND offered to check on all my other sinks to be sure everything was in good shape for the showings. I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Stepped up the challenge of fixing the water pressure in my shower. Showed up on time and reasonable prices (for a plumber).

These folks go the extra mile to make things right! There was a bit of confusion the morning of my appointment and Johnny Rooter was not able to come at the time that was scheduled on the previous day, and they made the extra effort to come out the same day after hours to rectify the issue. Not only was the issue resolved, but they made no hesitation to assume responsibility. Things happen, and they did what needed to be done. Can’t ask for anything more from a service company!

I called plumb quick after the winter storm in Texas. After hearing my problem and how long I had been waiting for a plumber they shuffled me to the top of their queue. The plumber, Dustin, came out and had a theory that a nail had gone through the pipe. After pulling out the oven, we saw the water damage and realized we had to call a mitigation company.After getting mitigation and their plumber out here, it turned out that his theory was 100% correct. Long story short, these guys are extremely kind, empathetic, and competent. I definitely plan to consider them for any future plumbing work!
