Best Sewer Replacement in Austin TX

Melvin was awesome to work with. He performed drain testing by filling pipes up with water and looking for the water level to drop. Made me 100% certain I didn’t have a slab leak in my sewer/septic line. Thank you!!!

The receptionists for this business are horrible. From the first phone call I had nothing but attitude from the office staff. The first plumber who came to my house didn’t bring a ladder despite me informing the receptionist that our tankless water heater was in a downstairs ceiling crawl space 14 feet off the ground. Instead of rescheduling me for someone who had the equipment to handle the job, he tried to tell me that the issue we've been having (scalding hot or ice cold water out of the pipes no matter how the faucet handle is set) is due to hot Texas summers. Yeah, I’ve lived in Texas my whole life. I know that in the summertime, pipes in the outside of the house heat up faster. That wasn’t the issue. After he turned down the temperature of the water hearer from 120° to 115°, he told me that would help the issue and to call back if it didn’t. Surprise surprise, it did not solve my problem. I called back to get another plumber with the right equipment out, once again receiving an attitude from the woman answering the call, and the second plumber charged full price for the services he provided. I thought it was ridiculous that the plumbing company would send an ill-equipped plumber, who charged full price for his services, and then charge us again for the second visit to essentially supplement the first visit. The first bill was $230, the second bill was $150, and when I called to complain about that (again facing attitude from the receptionist) they offered to knock $100 off the second bill. How generous. I’ll never use Clarke Kent Plumbing again.P.S. the water is still insanely hot

Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Our repair ended up coming in under the original estimate, we feel his service offers a good value. We will be using Gilbert for any future plumbing repair needs.

Reliant was very professional and great to work with. They performed a difficult undermount sink replacement and were very careful to protect our kitchen countertops and the sink looks beautiful. The second part of the job (plumbing connections) needs to done once the adhesive has set on the sink, but so far it’s been great!

Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well.
