The plumbers were very professional and had all the most current equipment and techniques. This is not an inexpensive company, but you get what you pay for.

I called Rooter Man plumbing for an estimate, and Curtis came to do the bid. He is friendly, easy-going, and efficient. He sent us a bid the next day. We had one other bid that day and called that evening to tell Curtis we would like to hire him.He arrived at 10 a.m. the next day as promised, and worked diligently through 3/4's of the project. He returned promptly the next day and finished by lunch. He answered all my questions patiently and offered suggestions for the continuing project.Curtis is knowledgeable, thorough, hardworking, and easy to talk to. He did the work quickly and efficiently. If we have future plumbing needs, he is the person I shall call to do the work.

Friendly, respectful and efficient! I am a renter and we had an issue with the upstairs bathroom dripping water from the downstairs ceiling. Benjamin came over and inspected the ceiling, figured out where the leak is coming from and installed a new shower head and faucet the next afternoon. It was super quick and painless.

Update 11/17 - 3 days later, sink is clogged again and now my faucet extension hose gets stuck half the times I use it. I'm done.Update: Alvin Santoy came back today. He explained that any time you take pipes out and change things, you possibly impact the seal of the sink. He rechecked everything and fixed the ptrap. So far so good. Thanks to Alvin for his responsiveness.Work was done to unclog drain and while here the plumber moved things around, rerouted the cord from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and not sure what else. Besides the clogged drain, we had never had any other plumbing problems, no leaks, no issues with the garbage disposal. Suddenly, post the repair we have issues with the pipes under the sink and there is a lot of leakage. The plumber indicated there was a leak in the p-trap and provided an estimate for an additional repair on top of the $350+ I paid for the clogged drain. It just feels as if the work done to unclog the drain caused more issues as now instead of having water backing up in the sink I have water pooling under the sink in the wood cabinets.I sent a note to them to ask for a revisit and received a call from someone who basically told me it was likely a problem with the p-trap and that's why I have the water. But, again, I had no issues prior to the repair visit.Hoping they can resolve the issues. But must admit I was not a fan of the agent who tried to say the issues were due to me not adding on another service with Mr. Rooter.Stay tuned for update!

Alexis 1068 came to unplug my kitchen sink that was severely clogged. He was punctual, nice, courteous, knowledgeable and very prepared. He explained all possibilities and double checkef that the water was draining again. His experience in unplugging my drain was invaluable and I would hire him again any time.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

My master bathroom tub got clogged so I called my home warranty company. A plumber from Austin Plumbery came out and said we needed a new stopper. Our stopper is copper but all the plumber had was silver. He put in a silver one and said he would check on adding a copper one and call us. He never called. I called Austin Plumbery and they said copper was not included in our warranty plan and if we wanted them to switch it out with copper, it would $290. Instead of us just paying for the difference in the hardware cost, they wanted to charge us all over again. I will never use Austin Plumbery again and will let my home warranty company know.

We were very happy with the work that Andres Flores did removing an old RO system and connecting it to refrigerator. He was very polite and explained what he was doing and why. Removed the old tank for us. We're always pleased with the work Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing has done for us. They installed our AC, hot water tank and now has done some plumbing for us. Cost was very reasonable. They must hire only the best....Will and Gay Holton

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

Procrastination queen here. Had been living without hot water to one bath room and the kitchen for well over a month. Didn't know who to call.... didn't know the process. Didn't want to get cheated. One call to Ben Morgan with O&M and he had a technician at my house the following Monday. I called late Saturday so exceptionally speedy response time. His technician Drew was over the top friendly and full of smiles. They determined that the hot water heater was under warranty and called the company and had the part shipped over night. Had a technician out there 2 days later to fix it. Don't call anywhere else. Don't waste your time. O&M is the only plumbing company I will trust from here on out!Thank you Ben and Drew.
