When I called, the receptionist was so polite as she asked “How can I put a smile on your face?” They we’re able to a tech scheduled for the same day, which is extremely important to me as I have a family of four with no working toilets. My plumber called and let me know he could come earlier than my appointment. He did and it was 90 minutes earlier thanks my 12-4 window! He was friendly and professional. We got right down to the problem, his diagnostic, and the cost. Everything was transparent, fair, and great quality. My plumber worked in a huge thunderstorm as he got poured on. He works with a smile, explained everything to me, and cleaned up well. I’m so grateful that I called S&D plumbing!

This is a great company that can handle a plumbing crisis. Emmerling, Ivan, and Benjamin are a team and you can tell that they care about their work and their customers. Right away I noticed their calm professionalism and I got a glimpse inside their van, which was very organized. This team stands out for being really prepared and efficient. Also, Benjamin offered up a good idea about how to solve an issue with my master water shut off valve. They installed a new tankless water heater, and Benjamin explained to me what I need to do to protect my water heater from freeze damage in the future.

Craig was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Previous company was not very thorough, but due to the issue discovered will have to go through them for warranty work. Water filter tank replacement from the brand I distribute. Needed a plumber. Did a quality job w/ prompt service.

Overpriced, make sure to quote with other providers too to compare. They quoted $3,200 for a fix that was literally changing an elbow in a PVC connector, fortunately I had someone else to compare quotes. Also they charged me $69 just to give me the quote. Ridiculous.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

I wrote and wrote and wrote about how great O&M is. And they are. Google, however, lost my gushing. So TL;DR: If the O&M schedule is full, and I have a leak, I'll wait for my house to flood before calling another plumber. They're that good.In terms of professionalism, and standing by their work, they remind me of the image of a tradesman from the 50s.

He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time.
