I would like to commend Cody from ARS Rescue Rooter. He was on time, competent and most efficient, completing all the necessary plumbing work in a professional manner. He answered my many questions, and since my house is over 40 years old, there are always plumbing issues to be addressed. Not only did he efficiently deal with a clogged washing machine drain; but as part of my home service plan, he drained the water heater and checked all the other sinks and plumbing connections, making reasonable suggestions about future work to solve ongoing issues. I will request him again when I call ARS with a plumbing problem.
