Excellent experience. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly even though it was not an emergency situation. Kyle showed up pretty much right on time, we had a chat about what I needed, he gave me the cost of everything up front, then he got right to work. Did great work and cleaned up after himself.

We had a problem with noise and vibration in the inlet pipes to the shower. Collen came out and immediately identified the cause. He replaced the malfunctioning part and did some custom drilling and cutting to ensure a good fit. Collen was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Rooter Man and Collen.

Over the years Ben has come to our home to help me with specific problems. One essential for a plumber is how to use a shovel, and he can dig ditches with finesse, and speed and lots of laughter! (Digging ghost potatoes). He is also innovative in dealing with unforseen problems as they arise, using what is at hand to eliminate (sometimes dangerous) situations. (Blowing up yellow jackets) His zest for life is always apparent, (PBT sandwiches), and I look forward to having him come soon, to install a hand held shower for me. Gma Becky

They did a nice job installing my new HVAC but they do not offer maintenance services for the systems that they install which is less than ideal. They say they are too busy to do this kind of work.

Had Gilbert out yesterday to replace a hose bib, he was able to come out straight away and got the job done very quickly! Very kind and friendly guy, will be using him for any plumbing needs I have in the future for sure.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. Needless to say (though I guess I already said it), Mr. Rooter was AMAZING. My home's humming along perfectly thanks to their help.

**BEWARE**I called Roto-Rooter back on July 3rd 2021 since my water backed up into my house and thought it was a simple fix and my toilet needed to be unclogged. They said they would send out a serviceman and instead got a call from a salesperson named Chad Jones. He came over and convinced me to file a claim on my insurance and they would pay for everything including the mitigation and the reconstruction of my house. I trusted him and went ahead and filed the claim. I am not receiving emails from Julia Maiers from Roto-Rooter that I still owe them $2.400 that the insurance did not pay. I called my insurance and spoke with my adjuster and he stated that they did speak with Amy and they both settled to a lesser amount and now they want to charge me the difference. This company is definitely a SCAM and said they would send me to collections if not paid. This is very bad customer service and do not recommend this company to anyone. I will not ever use them again!

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

They were very nice and fast however they are pretty expensive. Cost me over $2,000 to replace my hot water heater.

It's nice to know this company still believe in quality and timely service. I had a shower valve that needed to be replaced and fast. It was leaking water and I couldn't get it to stop. I called them up and they where at my house in less then 30 minutes and had the valve replaced in no time.I've recommend them to friends that need to have there plumbing fixed too.

David and his team are always professional and trust-worthy. We have used his services for many years and have never been disappointed. I recommend his company 100%.

Cameron tackled what must have been over half a century of accumulation in our washing machine drain; successfully! He worked tirelessly and at considerable length to tackle the problem. A terrific example of work ethic and skill. We are extremely impressed by his determination and professionalism. Cost was also most reasonable. Very highly recommend this!

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

Installation of a new water heater and rerouting of gas piping in kitchen to meet current codes. Excellent knowledge and workmanship. Jose is pleasant and very competent individual.
