Best Sewer Main in Austin TX
Overall S & D did a good job on a big plumbing job at our house that was complicated involving cast iron pipes and digging/tunneling and such. There were errors and delays that cost us extra time, luckily our insurance covered most of the cost or it would have also cost us extra money. Costumer services was excellent.

They listened to our every question, and they were willing to talk things through with us to make sure everything was exactly the way we'd like. They did a very professional job, and a quick one, too! We will definitely be calling on them again in the future, should we ever again need this kind of work.

I called Radiant about peeling paint in my bathroom. Brenden arrived that afternoon. He was respectful (even wore shoe covers), knowledgeable, communicated his assessment and plan clearly, and worked fast! After the visit he referred me to a water restoration company.

I've used Daniel's several times now. My first experience was for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night - had a broken faucet that wouldn't turn off, which was super scary! Daniel's came out quickly and I loved that they gave me a tracking number to see where the technician was on their route. That gave me immediate reassurance that this company was professional and responsive, and my technician (Dominic) was really kind and got me fixed up quickly. Earlier this year, Daniel's came to the rescue again, this time replacing a failing water heater while I was out of the country. I'd received quotes all over the place, Daniel's price was very fair and they hopped on the job right away. Working with Anthony on my tankless install was a seamless experience! Today, Keith came by to help solve an ac condensate line mystery. He went the extra mile to open up my sealed HVAC unit and find a big clog back inside the machine (not in the exterior pipe line, which is the usual culprit). I also really appreciate that everytime I call, the voice on the other end is friendly and helpful - Michael has taken several of my calls before and I know I'm in good hands with his service! Thanks to all of you at Daniel's for taking care of my many plumbing woes!!!

Brett Bidwell at Mr. Rooter is the man! After the recent icepocalypse in Texas, we had a busted copper pipe in the attic. It was impossible to get a hold of any plumbers. I saw a Mr. Rooter truck across the street, and I went over to try to get on their list. Brett made time to assess our problem and fix it at the end of that same day, on his own time, after his shift was over. He got us patched up, and Mr. Rooter got us fixed up permanently three days later.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Travis got out to my property on time and sent me a text 20 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way. I showed him the standing water in my yard, and he got to work digging a two-foot deep hole to find the source of the leak. He showed me the problem and gave me an estimate before he went ahead and fixed it. He ended up replacing a few parts. Super friendly, super professional, and he cleaned up the mess afterwards. The whole job was done in about 2 hours. I will definitely be calling Austin Plumbery in the future.
