Heater check up done. Reviewed what he checked which includes the attic. Never had that checked with old company. Provided estimates for a couple of recommendations.

Efficient Heating and Air has always been efficient. Arthur was courteous and polite. He gave a good description of the items he checked and was quick to answer my questions. Great service, nice technician. We will call again before summer hits. If we can get to a point to stop using our AC, with weather up and down, we’ve been using AC a few days, then heater a few days. Thank you, Ms. Simpson

Of course our ac died on a Saturday night. Most places are closed or don't work on Sundays. Someone from their messaging center contacted me on Sunday that they would look for an appt asap. I had a phone call by 7am Mon. AC repair man by 830am. He quickly found the issue, replaced the part and got everything working great again. I was relieved it seemed like a pretty affordable fix. I would recommend this company & that technician Daren.

Our technician Sean was phenomenal - he was honest with prices - and even though our simple job turned into something a little bit longer he stayed until night time to ensure our problem was fixed! We have always had great experiences with fox and I will continue to recommend them!

A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working. I've never had a problem like this before, so I googled companies that do this. The truth I was a little suspicious, because I usually leave this kind of problems in the hands of my friends. I found this company called Turbo, and I couldn't be more grateful. I scheduled a visit, and they came immediately. They cleaned the filters and removed the gunk that might be causing the damage. Now my air works in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Ready for this?My mom was not getting enough heat in the master bedroom so we contacted rescue rooter for a simple check. One of their employees (who didn't look that friendly) came over and inspected our system. He came down from the attic and told us that we had to have several parts changed and that our system was in poor condition. He told us that if we don't take care of it there might be water dripping from our vents and bad things would happen. We were worried and confused because we were never expecting a situation like this since our house is fairly new. He gave us an estaminet in the range of $1000 and told us that he could fix it. We didn't know what to do and were thinking of getting a second opinion. In the coming days we noticed that our whole house was not getting any heat at all. We were freezing and my mom actually caught a sore throat from the cold. We called rescue rooter immediately and asked for someone to check the system. They immediately send someone and its turns out it was the SAME GUY. I act like I didn't know him and he went to check our system. After 10 minutes he comes down and says there was just a minor wiring problem and nothing more. Other than the wiring our system was working fine and was in good condition. This was the same guy who was pushing us through fear to do all the repairs just 3 days ago and now he told us that it was just a minor wiring problem. I was extremely disappointed and offended by this guy and wanted to puke.Today, I contacted a different local company and not only did they fix the master bedrooms heating problem, but told us that our system was in excellent condition and that we wouldn't have to worry about calling anybody for any inspection or repair for half a year or so.Please be advised. There are way better repair services in Austin. Don't fall into the same trap I did.
