After leaving messages for a few other plumbers, we called Rooter-Man and Chrissy answered our call right away. Curtis showed up on time, quickly located the leak in our wall, and replaced our damaged pipe all on his first trip out. Highly recommend Rooter-Man and will be calling them again!

Clarke Kent Plumbing was the obvious choice with the most recommendations on my neighborhoods Nextdoor site. My friendly tech, Juan Martinez, arrived at the scheduled time and upon hearing it was sewage water that had backed up, referred me to a restoration company to discuss bacteria contamination clean up. He worked quickly to auger my line and ran a camera which showed roots penetrating my line at two points. He explained everything to me in understandable terms and showed me the roots on the camera as well as marking their location on the ground. Unexpectedly and much to my appreciation, he also replaced the fill valve on the toilet in my master bathroom free of charge. Juan went above and beyond to assist me during his service call and has won Clarke Kent my business for any future plumbing work.

He was a good guy help me get things good estimate but decided to go for somebody else good enough

When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Highly recommended.

10/10 recommend. They are very responsive- called me the same day I sent in a request and were at my house the next morning to repair my kitchen faucet. When the technician came in he worse coverings over his shoes, gloves, and a face mask. It made me feel more comfortable about having someone in my house during a pandemic. He addressed my issues with the faucet and told us best next steps if the issue presents itself again. I also think its great that the company is women owned- not something I see very often so when I do I hop on the opportunity to support them. So glad with the positive experience I had.

Asked this company to come fix our toilet and drain ended up being a huge waste of money. Two younger guys came out and said that due to the cast iron plumbing, they would have to charge me $1200 each to fix the toilet, shower and 2 sink. This would total to almost $5000. They also charged me $185 just to come out to look at it and never even sent me the quote afterwards to do the work. Basically just a blatant money grab on their end.AWS came out the next week and fixed the kitchen sink for $300 total, and are in the process of fixing the toilet. So I basically paid Good Flow Plumbing $185 to give me a false diagnostic with no intentions of actually completing the work.

The service Joshua provided was incredible. He was informative, knowledgeable, and kind. He offered the services available to fix our issues, with respect to our current situation as new homeowners.

Would commend Your Tech Robert (didn’t ask last name) He was super professional and took time to answer my questions. I would hope he would continue to work for Stan’s and I would be fortunate enough to have him again.

Technician was friendly and professional as always, service was great, but those prices!!!! Too high, but its pretty much the same everywhere. You want to be mad but you cant cause its everywhere.

I called Neighborhood Plumbing on Thursday and they were able to come out Friday morning. I was worried because when I requested service it said I would not hear from them for 2-3 days. Thankful Allan and Austin were prompt and professional and figured out our shower problem immediately. Very professional and this is the second time Allan has come to our home to fix our plumbing issues. We will continue to call them in the future.

Overall the plumber did a great job with unblocking a toilet. There prices are ridiculous and they charged me $414 to unblock a toilet. They are definitely ripping off their customers. I would not use them ever again.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He quickly identified the issue and explained to me in detail the procedure and fixed it.I would highly recommend Jacob for any plumbing work.

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed
