It was easy to make an appointment, although be aware they are an in-demand company, so their days fill quickly.I am not surprised they are in demand, either. I received emails and texts confirming my appointment and reminding me of my appointment, as well as a courtesy in transit phone call from the plumber, Bobby.Bobby was friendly and professional ad arrived an hour earlier than expected, but I was glad of it. He put coverings on his boots before coming into my home, which I appreciated. He examined the plumbing in the cabinet below the kitchen sink, and confirmed that the leak I called about was, indeed, caused by a failing garbage disposal, which would need to be replaced.He went over my options, and then went back to his truck to develop an estimate to replace the disposal and fix the leak. I agreed to the work and sighed electronically, and about an hour later, he was done. He also did a complimentary check of my home's water pressure, hot water heater and, I think, clean out.Overall, I feel the pricing was fair, and I will call them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I have used A & T a few times as I knew the owner from my previous neighborhood. I had to get a water heater replaced last minute a week ago and Pierre was by far, expedient, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. He ordered, delivered and installed within a few days. His company handles both residential and commercial. I would definitely use them again and any time I need an expert. I also used his company a few years ago due to a toilet leaks and also for some irrigation issues with piping in yard. Again, top notch work, affordable and went above even when the services I needed weren’t their typical types of issues they handle.

Excellent service. Had to replace a shower only posi-temp valve behind the wall after the original valve broke. Part of the job was cutting drywall from the room behind the shower, removing the old valve and soldering in the new. My tech, Lenny Rivera, was professional, thorough, and helped keep the drywall dust to a minimum. I am very pleased with the work. Thanks!

Jamie and Jordan with Plumb Masters were fantastic. Our grinder pump went out over the weekend and I called Plumb Masters because I saw that they provide sewer repair services. Jamie and Jordan came out, diagnosed the problem (our pump needed to be replaced), contacted their supplier to find us a new pump, and installed it. They also did their due diligence to make sure the pump was working properly before they left. Plumb Masters is now at the top of my list if we ever need a plumber.

I was just getting an estimate for some electrical work but these guys are impressive.Setting the appointment was a little laborious but then the communication and professionalism helped me forget that first part.He listened to everything I was saying, took pictures asked questions if he was unsure and discussed options. Then he went over six levels of service from the best of everything I asked for ratcheting down each option if I wanted to leave things out. Each option had a breakdown of the cost of every item. He also said if I wanted some other option that he hadn't covered to let him know and he'd send that too. He then sat in his truck to create the estimate and emailed it to me before he ever left my view sight.I am still collecting estimates, but they have really set the bar high for the next guys.
