Not sure what the problem was but after being talked down to and treated disrespectfully the technician decided it was the best option to leave without the job completed and cuss me out on his way outUpdate: Abacus did everything in their power to make this right for me and I really appreciate it. Their more experienced and professional team members came through and helped solve the issue in the house.
