I was in a bad situation with a backed up toilet and a possibly burst pipe causing a leak in my other bathroom! The technician, Raoul, successfully fixed all those issues and I am very grateful for his diligence and courtesy.

Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 handymen and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from car won't start to grandmother ill, and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

It may have been a small job but they treated me like I was getting my whole house done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Everything was great except I felt the price was a bit high. He gave us some good follow up advice though. The price was the only thing I was concerned with. They came on short notice which was important! Overall a good experience.

We called late at night for a clogged drain, they scheduled us for first thing the next morning. The following morning Frank called letting us know he was about 30 minutes out, and then he arrived in that time. Once he arrived he quickly went about clearing it and had it done in no time. He was efficient, courteous, friendly, and informative. We have always had good responses and experiences with Roto-Rooter, and Frank continued that this time!

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Joe did a great job and fixed our leak. He came out on Easter Sunday. Very satisfied with the job.

The service went smoothly. They came in and replaced the disposal on the same day, and it does include a warranty.I did find the service to be quite pricey. The disposal and materials themselves were less than half of the price I paid (according to google, they don’t break out estimates), so labor was the most expensive part of it. Didn’t haggle, cause I didn’t want to be comparing prices, and I could see this would be done properly. But I do think this might be a company on the higher spectrum of pricing.

These guys are great. Dennis, who I now ask for by name, is fast, efficient and cheerful. He fixes my problems with a minimum of drama and expense. I once had a plumber say I needed a new $3500 sewer line. I got a second opinion from Johnny Rooter/Dennis and he fixed my problem for $125. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks for being good at what you do all the while being pleasant and very affordable.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.
