Super fast service when I had a plumbing emergency. The plumber was so nice and helpful and because of his excellent customer service I chose to have some additional work done by S & D. (Toilet upgrade replacement and some other updates to sinks etc) Great Service!

My tenants called on a holiday with drainage issues. I couldn't find anyone that was willing to take any more appointments because it was a holiday. Rooter-Man rolled right on up and got my peeps taken care of in a jiffy.

We had a plumbing leaks but didn’t know from where. Had another plumber come out to confirm that we had a leak but it was too small and he couldn’t figure out where and told us we would just have to wait for it to get worse. A neighbor recommended BenjaminBL to us so we called them for a second opinion. Benjamin himself came and found 3 small leaks using the one hole left by the previous plumber and only cut one more hole behind my fridge. The leaks were fixed quickly and problem was solved. They charged a very reasonable price and my husband was very pleased with his knowledgeability and professionalism, as well as the cost. Will definitely use them for any further plumbing issues.

I called Radiant and the receptionist was very nice and informative. She reached out later on in the day to let me know when the technician would be arriving just like she said she would. John was the technician that came to diagnose a problem with our garbage disposal and water stench. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and concerns. He had some great insights as well. I’m so glad I called them and will definitely call them again if needed!

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Had to call a few different plumbers around Austin the last couple of weeks, and Mr.Rooter has been the best and easiest to work with. Truly excellent group of plumbers.

Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

L&P plumbing recently installed 5 toilets in our home. After a few weeks we discovered water pouring through our downstairs guest bathroom ceiling light fixture. We immediately called an emergency plumber (S&D) to see if they could determine the problem. Their conclusion was that the toilets were not installed properly by L&P. Leaking toilet water from the upstairs caused damage to the inside and outside of our walls. Since that toilet was installed so poorly we became concerned about all other toilets installed. S&D discovered they were also installed poorly, not sealed. L&P came out today but refused to properly seal the remaining toilets. We now have to use another company and pay to redo their failed work and hope no more damage is done to our home. It's been a complete nightmare and no one wants to deal with toilet water all over their house. I would feel completely different if L&P would correct their failed work. I would most definitely choose another company.

Their name is an understatement! It was the fastest service I have ever experienced and the most ethical. I was walked through over the phone who to fix a simple problem. In less than 3 minutes, my problem was solved!

They did a great job finding two sewer line breaks and fixing them. Very responsive. Timely notifications. Always willing to explain what they were doing and why. I recommend them highly.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

This is by far one of the best companies around. We had a main line leak, with water running down the street; the city of Pflugerville was quick to shut the water main line to our house; unfortunately, the repairs fell on us. We called Plumb Quick and they sent us Rey who was able to come to our house within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, dug 2 feet down to find the pipe and repaired it. We don’t know what we would have done without Rey and Plumb Quck. They are honest, professional and hardworking. Thank you so much for saving us that day!

One-day response on non-emergency, arrived on time, finished up in 30 minutes, reasonable price. Very satisfied.
