We called Clarke Kent for a clogged pipe. If you’re looking for quality work at a fair price from employees that treat you and your property with respect this is the company for you. This was a pleasant experience during a stressful time. The call to set up an appointment was easy and we didn’t have to wait an extended time for a technician, the office called to notify when they were on the way. Evan was our technician and he was a dream to work with, kept me updated with his progress and answered all of my questions with a smile (I could hear it not see it as he was masked). The guys from Clarke Kent were respectful of our property and left the yard as they found it. This is a plus as so many companies leave tools, masks, drinks and the like. A+ service.

We had a very positive experience with Benjamin. He was prompt in answering our initial call, took care of our short-term problem, and gave us very insightful and honest information about our options to address long-term issues.

Really fast response to a repair request via their website. Scheduling was easy and I was kept updated on when our plumber (Zak) would be here. Zak was courteous, professional, and explained our options fully without pressure. We ended up choosing a replacement, which they were able to do same day and had easy financing available (hello surprise replacement). Great install, we got a “tour” of the new unit, and we have hot water again.

Based on experiences with previous plumbers, I was hesitant at first, but ultimately was blown away by Daniel's Plumbing. I had the pleasure of working with Logan and Austin and they helped me solve a couple standard plumbing problems, and a couple fancy special requests. They upgraded me to a tankless water heater, installed my whole-home water treatment system, repaired a broken hose bib, and added custom water lines for my patio misting system and hot tub.These guys take customer service to heart, and handled every question, concern, and idea I had with the upmost respect. They worked fast, kept a great attitude, and communicated with me every step of they way. If you need a reliable plumber, I would highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing, and be sure to ask for Logan and Austin! Oh and by the way, maybe Austin will show up in his Leprechaun outfit. Ray was great and restored water to house quickly

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

Mr. Rooter answered quickly and was able to walk me through shutting off my two water heaters because of a leak, while the technician made it out. Steve was very professional and friendly. He had my problem fixed in 1hr and hot water restored. I was very impressed. Thank you.

I called Roto - Rooter on Mothers Day afternoon and a technician was at my house in about an hour and a half. Mark was courteous, professional and patient. He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly.

I have used Thunderbird Plumbing twice so far, and both experiences were great. Once for installing a water shutoff valve for a refrigerator, and the other to replace a PRV. They are responsive and gave very reasonable quotes over the phone and provided top quality work, as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again for future needs.

Great customer service! They were able to get out within 2 hours of my call this morning. They took the time to explain the situation, problem solve and provide options for solutions. Their price was reasonable and no hard selling. I will absolutely call them again!

You guys were timely and fixed my issue. I feel your weekend service call fee is high. My issue cost $200 your service call fee was $180... The fee basically doubled my cost. I'm just trying to mentally understand the extra cost but, I feel your service call fees are excessive.

Chris came out to flush my main line a month ago, as I have a break in it that was causing it to back up regularly. He was very friendly and courteous and I trusted his assessment at the time. However, I have later learned that he quoted me a high price to fix issues that were not accurate - the physical location of the break was not even close to being accurate - and this was proven by another plumbing company, who I will stick with from now on. They are fixing the correct issue now at half the price.

Called up on New Years Day for an emergency. Was told a technician would call be back. Never received a call, 3+ hours later Roto-rooter had someone at my house to clean up the mess & unblock, although the damage had already been done. Would not recommend Johnny Rooter to anyone who has an emergency.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

I saw the truck driver R-398 driving on 290 and they cut off multiple cars and were driving recklessly and almost hit a car. Maybe don’t have aggressive drivers on your staff? Be more careful. You almost cost a family their lives.
